Yesterday i went to the Costa Coffee with my family the staff they were not so welcoming! I asked for the bathroom code that I want to take the boy and he told me once, you quickly said please give me a receipt because I don't remember it and I distorted a girl's face! And then you wrote it on a letter! Meanwhile we were drinking there, we were not from the way! And a day ago they didn't behave so well!!!! They have no respect for the customers!

The Americano was virtually empty with a wet and disintegrating cup. Driver said he would return but hasn't.

Came into the cafe after a long day at work. Needed to charge my phone. Came into the cafe there was a long line of people at the till. Before I had even sat down and was looking for a place to sit one of the Baristas, called out to Me and publicly embarrased Me by stating "Seating only for customers". I responded with " Whos says Im not a customer ? Im going to put my bag down and place my phone on charge then I will go to the till". I sat down. Again the Barista called out to Me that it was only for customers. I responded - "This has never happened to Me before and as the customer, I should not be experiencing this, when I havnt even been inside the cafe for 5 minutes. I will be leaving a review about this experience and sending this to HR". Her colleague got involved and agreed that as long as I go to the till and purchase something what I had done was fine. I told them I would be leaving a review anyway. I purchased a brownie for £2.65 Im currently charging my phone. Im in my work uniform, theres no way I can be mistaken, for a homeless man / drug addict / young man with no job. Appalling customer service. Im definetly sending this to HR and Operations department. Sort the staff out. Im a business owner, outside of work and self employed within the workplace. While making profit is the bottom line and understandable, customer service gets you far. Doesnt matter if its in London or not and rent or anything else is high. Thats not my personal problem - I dont have to think about that. Whoever runs this branch / franchise / Costa organisation itself, chose to be located here, therefore any issues with revenue isnt my concern. Im just here to enjoy the atmostphere, eat from the chain and charge my phone. I hadnt even sat down and I was treated like I was doing something criminal without being a customer. I may decide after this to boycott all Costas. Just for this, Im going to everyone within the organisation who can do something about it. If I had sat there for 30 minutes and hadnt purchased anything, thats understandable. I literally walked in and got verbally attacked, in front of the local community, when all I wanted todo, was make myself comfortable and charge my phone, thereby using the facilities and taking advantage of the atmosphere the chain is known for. Its a NO from Me.

It doesn't work to order a toast sandwich as it arrived stone cold.. But it is a lesson that needed be to learned

I have visited number of times hayes town Costa.In the past service was not that good, but now i have seen new face that is very friendly (Ramandeep) and she handle customers with smile. I ordered terry hot chocolate which was delicious.

So, I just got my favorite cake slice : Orange and raspberry victoria slice and I loved it as always. That's actually my favorite one from here apart from their variety in coffees. I can have it all day. For the service, it was quick. The staff was really enthusiastic. The two girls I would appreciate, who were working really quick with a smile on their faces. The place was full despite of being spacious. A good sign for a brand. Will visit soon again.

the staff in Hayes town in station road are very rude and they talk about the customer. Unprofessional and inappropriate talking.

Ordered a chai latte and got a tea I could've made at home. When I pay £4 for a hot beverage I expect better. The staff have been ran into the ground and look disinterested. I don't blame them cus they were only 2 working.

Only came in to meet someone briefly (their decision to meet here) so ordered a small latte - expressed 'small' when I ordered...realised I'd been charged for and given medium when payment came through on phone...Easy way to make 30p franchisee...another reason to deplore coming to these places which rip you off so much in the first place...unfortunate but predictable.

I ordered an iced drink and when they gave me a hot drink. The man said no you didn’t order iced how is he telling me what I ordered when I don’t order hot drinks 🤣 so rude. The lady who remade my drink for me was lovely though.

I ordered lunch for myself and a friend and their lunch came and my toastie didn't. All details on the receipt stapled onto bag but no toastie. Very disappointing.

Just eat are being paid not only for delivery but also for checking orders are correct when I spoke to the person who delivered he couldn’t care less weather my order was right wrong or anything was missing in total I basically paid £28.14 for an americano that was as black as night when I ordered a white americano between costa who I have complained to also and just eat what a diabolical screwup.

My order was not what I ordered. Not the first time. Tried again always give a 2nd 3rd chance. All the good order was wrong. And no marshmallows. And it’s just not good enough Read the receipt you staple to the bag and check the contents. Not too difficult. Or May be it is. And at the prices these days, it’s not acceptable. Don’t like leaving negative reviews normally. Come on try harder. Positive note delivery person was fantastic.

Staff frequently fail to fulfill orders for delivery to a satisfactory level. Making a cup of tea should be a fairly simple task: Add teabag to cup Pour in hot boiled water Stir to brew Add a splash of milk Simple, right? Yet I have lost count of how many times the tea I have ordered has been delivered either as black with no milk when I have ordered tea WITH milk, or I get a cup of warm milk with a teabag floating in it.

It's a Costa! So the food and beverages are consistently good quality however this particular branch isn't a place you want to go if seeking some quiet coffee indulgence,the last couple of times I visited this particular branch the atmosphere was not the best with screaming children running amok, now don't get me wrong, I know how toddlers can be, but the parents of these children didn't seem to care their children were running around like mini whirlwinds.. If nothing else they should've worried about them potentially hurting themselves.let alone bothering other customers.. The staff too didn't think to have a polite word to the accompanying adults. Oh well.. I won't be going there again!!

Costa Coffee Feltham is located at the High Street, a very convenient place to reach. The atmosphere here is very soothing with very nice staff ready for service. This place also has outdoor sitting arrangements. You can also spend your working time here in a very quiet and soothing environment.

Ordered a decaf coffee. However, the woman who served me can't make coffee here. The whole shot was not used, so it ended up weak. Went back and politley asked for more coffee to be put in (not another one ok), but she seemed disinterested in solving the issue she caused. My wife had to put some of hers in mine. Is this acceptable, Costa?!! It is so annoying as big companies like this promote loyalty cards, apps & nonsense like that, but we have to put up with bad service. Absolutely horrendous, avoid this place.

Order arrived destroyed, driver can't speak any Englishso had to communicate via Google translator. Driver refused to cancel the order because still wanted to get paid. Takes 7 days to get a refund. Total disaster.

I have been a loyal member of costa for over an year now and I have never tasted a cappuccino and a mocha this worst. Don't know what they were mixing. They weren't the same and we pay hell a lot of money foe this and absolutely disgusting taste costa. U definitely need to review and monitor what they have been mixing. It can cause food poisoning too. The staff were v nasty , they r students I guess. No friendly nature or behaviour. Even one star is more for this place. I will rate a 0.1 for this place for the taste of coffees and staff service.

Worst Costa. Gives the Costa Brand a bad name. Never has seasonal options. Says that things aren't available in the region even though other Costas nearby manage to get the deliveries. Has tried to refurbish to make itself better but didn't have any alternative milk. Staff don't communicate properly with customers. If all Costas were like this,. Wouldn't go near them.

I came in for coffee and the worker was on her own, she bossed it. Multi tasking and making bangin coffee. She could have closed the store but she said, no, I'm here to work. I'm impressed with her work ethic and she just got on with it. Costa. This is the type of person you need to pay right. Promote her. I don't know her name but she is the best.

Today at 11/08/22 17:00 I visited costa coffee at station road Hayes. The service was okey , but I saw something that was really disgusting.I called upon one of the employees and show them a seat that was stained , black and terrible. She said it’s just a stein but not dirty. Then I asked to see the manager. The manager came and I asked her how she think about the chair , She said that she thinks the chair is okey and nobody is asking me to seat on it. This is really a bad reputation for Costa. She said whole Costa is falling apart.I told her the least she can do is to remove the chair in question out of sight of which she did I attach a picture of the chair . You can do better!

Costa coffee has really gone down over the years, almost every branch I visit the general cleanliness and quality of service has gone down, in comparison to their competitors. I was greeted by giggling staff, not interested to serve or clean up the cafe, then I was served coffee in a dirty cup and when I went to sit down, it was almost impossible to find a clean table! This is the last time I’ll be coming to a costa coffee, they’ve obviously got so big they don’t care about the basics.

I still have not received my refund for the 3 x jubilee muffin I ordered.

Ample space to sit, coffe was lovely, sandwish over cooked on one side but still mostly edible, unfortunately the staff need training on customer service, no-one in que and although the barista was making other coffees I wasnt acknowledged that i was stood at the counter for a good few minutes. I was eventually served by another member of staff who greeted me with a frown and like i was causing her an inconvenience. Despite my ever cheerful and friendly attitude I barely got a nod from the lady serving me. Such a shame. If they treated the customers with a friendly attitude and smile it would be a great place to frequent but it wont be a regular spot for me.

As usual I thought delivery would be different but unfortunately they fail to understand that the cortardo comes with caramel even when ordered, cheese sandwich is always old!! Ruined the afternoon.

It is OK but looks shabby from outside and has very unusual for Costa but typical for Hays customers - bad manners and sometimes aggressive. That makes the atmosphere unpleasant.

I’ve had many iced coffees and I’ve never experienced an iced mocha with such a bitter sour taste. I asked the barista to remake the drink and they shouted at me saying I don’t understand iced coffee. I got the remade drink and still it was bitter they just add more syrup which made it incredibly sweet and undrinkable. I hope the next time they make any coffee they don’t burn the coffee or make assumptions of their customers.

Coffee wasn't too bad but service is laughable. Staff are clearly overworked, always a long queue, service is slow. After taking order the girl immediately vanishes withough checking if I had presented my Costa card, or paid for the order, or wanted a receipt. Good luck trying to get someone's attention. Who ever is reading this, get these guys some more staff and/or training

This is the 2nd time this Costa has got my order wrong first the missed an item second they put coconut milk instead of almond milk… how can you get an order with 2 items so wrong… needless to say it went down the drain!!!!
