Always came to costa for a coffee and work. Thought i should fianlly leave a review

Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Working so only pop in . But I would sit in. It doesn't looked cramp for space inside

We were the only customers in the que, and the lady who was serving knew we were standing near the till wanting to be served. She made us wait 5 minutes while she was cleaning a tray, so she could have done this after serving us as the closing time was 8 pm, and it was only 6:40 pm. Also the place was empty. Eventually, when she got to the till, she was looking away, and we had to request to be served. I don't think Costa really cares about customers anymore.

Very nice Costa, very friendly and helpful staff, we needed a high chair.

Always enjoyed their carrot cake above all others, but since the refurb it is on the dry side due to not being covered anymore and the air conditioning. It used to be covered by a glass dome. This type of sponge always dries quickly. Apparently, it 'looks better'. ?? Surely to sell it is the real aim.

I ordered two peach iced teas but had to return them because they were too bitter. The replacements were completely flavorless, like water. The server seemed annoyed when we returned the drinks, and when I said I’d step outside for a bit and come back to collect them, she gave me a disapproving look. In the end, I wasted £8 on drinks I had to throw away. On the bright side, the Caramel Frappuccino was really good. In my opinion, Starbucks has much better quality peach iced tea—I’ve never had a bad one there. This was my first and definitely my last time trying the peach iced tea at Costa.

Friendly staff. Carmel shortbread was melted. Wasn't the freshish we have had.

I went to have sandwich and a drink, and thought I would top it with a desert. Since there was a queue I wanted to use the toilet. But they've coded-security-lock. So if you don't buy anything you are not welcome to use their toilet. What happened to society this is very unethical of Costa Coffee. When I asked staff printed a receipt that had the CODE-TO-TOILET on it. I entered the toilet expecting to find it clean given the extra security measures they have taken. The toilet was totally filthy, skid marks in the loo, floor scattered with used toilet papers, most of the floor was wet. Such a disappointment my goodness. I walked out of the café straight 🤮

As always, it's a pleasure going to meet up with friends for coffee and cake at this establishment. Great service,

A great place to visit for a coffee and cake. We’ve always been able to get a table and the staff keep it clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly.

Flat white with the biscoff cheesecake. Absolute Heaven. Staff aleays cheerful. Grimpy customers though.

Great location as its located at the Bletchley shopping area. There are a good number of free parking spaces.

Take away cortado coffee was nice, served by a lovely young lady, obviously at the end of her shift yet still smiling, friendly and accomodating.

Always very busy. Slow service, but friendly.

Requested twobdrinks with cream and sprinkles and was informed they could not do this any longer, even though we order the same every week. Two staff were speaking in Polish to a friend served her two lattes, with 4 slices of toast, 8 butters, 4 pots of jam all fornthe ripe old price of £1.50 how disgraceful thst we couldn't get cream. The toilets are also dirty and smelly.

Brilliant staff which go above and beyond to help. Can't beat a Costa Cappuccino 👌

Hi everyone this morning I visit with my family to your place ( 6 Burners lane, MK11 3 HB) bout there behaviour was very very bad I order my food and hot drink because of my colour( look like Asian, but Im from NORWAY) the serve in til 2 ladies they proved the food not hot late and my hot drink was I ask by cup saucer but they serve me plastic Cup, my tray was wet then I ask them please can you change my tray Who was 11:04 30/10/2023 charity number 1079773, they front of every they laugh each other two ladies smile. I don’t understand why they behave like this with people. I didn’t ask free I pay by my card . Service was very very bad please look at camera in your shop.

Too busy in the fridge to notice customers, costa litter outside. I went to greggs next door

Staff were more interested in chatting and killing time for close than serving the 3 orders in put in before me... waited 45 mins for 2 drinks

Pick up a coffee on the move. Conveniently located centrally in the retail park easy to connect with major routes.

I came here with my mum on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and quiet the store was. It may be due to the location but whenever I come here it isn't overwhelmingly busy, which is really nice. Every table was clean as well which is different from some Costas I've been to. Service was fast and the atmosphere pleasant. I will definitely come again.

Nice place to stop and have a break. Staff are very friendly and willing to help . They do close earlier than expected. There are a few shops around this Costa coffee which shut at 8pm at night. Would be nice if it stayed open till 7 pm in the evenings.

To be fair most Costa shops I've been to are mostly drive throughs but always seem very polite and friendly. Can't beat service with a smile.

Superb staff, and there's usually a table. Food really good for a quick bite for lunch or treat. Cracking really.

Lovely place and fab coffee 👍 The staffs are supportive, great communication and attentive - the only heads up to be done is about the croissants on the date of my visit, my croissant was hard and looked old! Hope the next time the croissant is being amazing to be 5 stars😀

Very friendly and swift service. Drinks were nice and hot and they heated up my daughters sausage roll which was a nice bonus

Decent place. It was near to closing when I went in but the service was quick. The cake I had was also very nice. Its in a large shopping park, parking was a nightmare.

Gosha the manager is the best I have come across in a Costa

This is one of the nicest Costa Cafe I've been - Feels very cosy inside - Queue time is longer than usual however overall good cosy cafe to chill for few hours ..

Never had a bad flat white from them.

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came today to Costa in Bletchley as I wanted a latte (to sit in and drink) the lady at the till (blond hair and a bit overweighted) was excessively rude and with no manners. No greetings, she came straight to what do you want? I told her I wanted a latte then she handed it to me with no small plate neither a tray after dropping half of it around. I asked her for the cream and barely look at me and said it’s an extra 50p . So I paid it and she didn’t say thanks neither a friendly smile. after few minutes I came back to her to give me a tray as the latte has made a real mess on the table due to her dropping it earlier. She didn’t give me tissue even tho I mentioned the mess on the table I had to ask her again for tissues. I was really mad at that point. I understand it might be stressful at work sometimes but that’s not a reason to treat people badly or do a horrible customer service.

Went past Costa yesterday . It was windy and those display around the front holding the Costa display like a fencing area is dangerous. Part of the display is supposed to be scrwed in poles but no they flap in the wind . As I went past the wind blew one of the poles out , so the end stabbed in to my leg and hurt and bruised me . Health and safety .screw the poles in .😐

Very slow service, on the day I was there, also paid for medium lattes and got regular, had to wait again for my order to be done again! Obviously cannot cope on a Saturday!!

Slowest service on the planet, staff clueless

Terrible service, waited for over 20 minutes, used my free coffee on my app and added my own syrup - which I have done at many other stores for over 3 years only to be told that they would not be making my coffee as I couldn't use my own syrup, when questioned their reason was health and safety! I wasn't asking them to drink it so how in any way they could cite health and safety is beyond me. So after all that, I left empty handed and out of pocket. Will never return to this store!

I placed an order on too good to go to collect from 4 pm till 4:45pm, I have been there around 4:40pm and the doors have been closed.

Has now become my regular visit branch which is a decent size and can eat-in / out or takeaway when things allow . Always seems to have a well stocked range along with the drinks range , always found the staff friendly and chatty when not so busy. Being on a popular retail park there is plenty of parking and has good opening hours-can be busy but not normally a problem .

Does what you expect a coffee shop to do

Absolutely brilliant i had a lovely cup of tea,& a delicious Matsarella Tomatoe wrap. I highly recommend this Costa Coffee venue,the staff are excellent !!!

Costa with short queues. Surprising.

The manager is so rude. We were social distanced in the queue whilst in masks. Manager comes out and barks at us to leave space! Even though those in the queue in front of us were grouped up, some without masks! The penny then dropped! I wasn’t Eastern European! Sad to say that if you are obviously English yiu get spoken to like dirt. But if your face fits then so what the hell you want! ALL staff are speaking in foreign language to each other too! I find this very disrespectful to customers!

Nice coffee ordered a croissant with butter it was a bit dry would have been better if it could have been heated up - long que 3 staff working only one seemed to be taking and making orders not very productive good job I wasn't in a hurry

Not the best costa in M K my third visit but the staff are great .pleasant and helpful.and quick service Stony does a better coffee (why i dont know) but this venue is friendlier and easier for parking .

Most costa's i go to are good but ive been to this one a few times and it always seems very slow to be served... my drink was warm rather than hot.. nicely set out but not quite up to scratch

This is a great Costa with polite and helpful staff. The atmosphere aswell is very relaxed. They have a huge selection of hot and cold products from sandwiches to toasties. Also a good selection of cakes and pastry. Located on a retail park so plenty of parking and disabled bays. Also has a good amount of seats to sit back in and relax over a beverage.

Coffee was great but didn't much care for their gluten free range

Love my regular visits to Costa. However, please turn the cold air conditioner down. We had to move seats yesterday in the Rooksley branch...it was freezing!

Mostly the same as any other Costa. It's a fairly big one, with plenty of seating. The staff seem fairly friendly.
