Costa Coffee in Medway

Kept cancelling orders without instructions. No way to contact store as phone number is wrong.

One of the best costas i’ve been to. Service was very fast and the drink was well presented and not rushed. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches on offer. Staff were very polite and we appreciated their efficiency.

The coffee is great but the place is dirty and the staff grumpy

Just a "normal" Costa, nothing exceptionally good to report, but also no complaints. This store is inside a service station, and uses shared tables etc. Very busy, even on Christmas day.

I called in for a d/expresso , and realised I was short of the full cost , i said to the young lady “I’m short luv,, “ and the young lady said “don’t worry, choose what you’d like and I’ll pay the difference “ How kind … it was only 5p but she didn’t know. I didn’t get her name , but it was around 3:30 on 22/8 23 . Service 👍🏻

boring lifeless staff but does the job

There was a lack of choice of cakes when we went. The service was pretty quick and staff were friendly. We were given our drinks which were tasty in disposal cups which was annoying as we were drinking in and other customers had proper cups. Seating area was clean but not large and didn't feel like somewhere you wanted to sit for long.

Great place for Coffee price seemed higher

Mad respect to the one staff member who was slaving away at 1am.

Poor costumer service. Waited for 30 minutes just to get 2 coffees. And a rude stuff served a family who came after I ordered. They’re binged served before us. When I asked for refund he said you have to wait until I serve other customers and he was lugging at me.08-05-2022(05:02) I didn’t saw this kind of rude stuff and customer service.

They are not letting customers claim their free drinks on their costa app because their tills are too old 😑

Great coffee as always from a Costa but being a motorway services you can’t use gift vouchers and way overpriced!!!!!!

Poor customer service, try some where else for your coffee. They don't accept Costa gift cards here either.

Best hot chocolate from any Costa in the UK

Ok colleen, i get its a night shift, but swearing and upsetting me and my mate cos you had to click an extra button for me to use a club card really wasn’t necessary.

Great service and 50% off what's not to like

Great service from the sole member of staff, great coffe with a smile. Probably not an easy time to be working here, first day after COVID19lockdown when people can go away. Still not too busy but good hygiene observed. Well done!

Flies crawling on counters, sink, walls and trays. It's very dirty.

I still don't understand why we have to pay more at motorway services these days after all there's a lot more traffic on the roads these days. Therefore more customers. Anyway good service and coffee lousy price

It's a Costa, overpriced, oversized coffee and rubbish food in plastic bags

Within the Moto service station food hall area more on the coast bound side between junction 4 and 5 but there is a footbridge from the other side under cover and shielded from the elements. The usual selection on coffee's and teas with snack options, indoor seating

Verything here is great but only 4 stars as you do pay motorway service price even thro its a costa shop.....

I think I've walked into a nightclub. Kiss FM is blaring and there are various youths hanging around. Even the lorry drivers have done a bunk...I think I will follow their example. This place sucks!
