Service was excellent, however the food was not fresh! Bakery and cakes were from a couple of days! Disappointed how this costa’s quality is going down!

The coffee came 1/2-3/4 full, o took a picture, how can you charge £4.75 for a cup half full. I have pictures to submit

It was very quiet so the service was quick. The till operator was very friendly. We sat in the fabric chairs in the window and they were so grubby and dirty that we moved. The table we moved to had food all over the floor. The toilets were out of service also so I had to use the accessible toilet which was dirty also. One hopes the kitchen is cleaner.

Always a good visit at this Costa the staff are lovely even when the queue is kind it's worth waiting.

Overpriced coffee not great and the chairs are covered in stains. It feels very tired and grubby for the prices charged.

My coffee was leaking from the bottom of the cup. The driver said she would contact the shop. Not happy as I couldn’t take the order!

Coffee was luke warm, to be fair I should have gone back but was pushed for time.

I ordered my food 1 hour and 30 min ago and it just arrived making me late for work

It is, rather surprisingly, not possible to purchase a weak flat white coffee from this outlet, at least from the young man who served us. He was polite but adamant. I must admit that he did offer to dilute the coffee if it was too strong.

The sandwiches were virtually unedible they were cold and the crusts were rock hard

Awesome friendly service. I came here because the Mrs recommended it from friends. The food and drinks are the best in the mall. Always Costa for me.

Yet again my order was missing stuff. This time it was two croissants and no chocolate dusting. Very frustrating.

Time kept changing but was a lot long than initially advised. Therefor bacon and sausage bap cold and hard in places inedible and coffee was cold and only half full

Driver delivered to wrong house

The time was put back a litle bit but the main thing was atleast the driver moved it before the original timer ran out. I would defo recommend that driver again. And atleast he wasnt in a rush to get away unlike the other drivers ive had orders delivered by. Anyway the costa was extremely nice and will defo oreder it again in the future!!

Best costa I've ever been to and I worked for Costa aswell. Always sort me out a lovely coffee every week when I go to the dance school opposite with my daughter 😊. Staff are so friendly considering I know how hard and stressful the job is!

I do love Costa the staff are friendly but does get very full quickly especially at lunch time so waiting can take awhile

Absolutely appalling but who do you point the finger at. Estimated delivery time 12:20 arrived at 13:15. Not bothered about me but my three children were beginning to look at me as a substitute meal. A white hot chocolate and cappuccino were half full, the white hot chocolate was half full with a seperate cup containing 3 marshmallows.....yup 3...all food stone cold but after receiving the same standard of poor service yesterday had preemptively heated the oven. I thought fast food referred to speed of delivery but now realise that it means a long period of abstinence prior to consumption. It would be quicker to go to shop and do it yourself! And delivery drivers. Thermal bags ONLY work if you close the lid to keep food warm or cold! Rubbish never mind my children have a birthday this time next year....won't make the same mistake twice!

I’m unsure why I keep trying… asked for coffee extra hot, arrived half empty and bordering on the cold side. Asked for sweetener, got stirrer and no sweetener at all….Toastie isn’t even worth putting in a wasteful oversized box. Sad cause it can be good, just not often from here apparently.

It took 1 ana 1/4 hours to deliver a part full, cold coffee. None of the food items ordered were delivered

It's a costa. You know what you are going to get. But it's got good veggie and vegan options if you have people with dietary needs, and decent coffee. The camberley branch has a smaller selection than some, but plenty of comfortable seating. It's great if you have little ones and you need high seats or space for prams.

Coffee arrived very cold and undrinkable and had to pour them away

No chocolate sauce in the frappe no whipped cream on the hot chocolate and it was overly watery

Didn’t even arrive!! 3nd time in two days items get refunded eventually but still have to pay for non existent delivery! Ridiculous I’ll go elsewhere now.

Even got my lil chocolates that come with the toblerone! Normally deliveries skimp on these but always rely on coasta!

Noisy, lot of echo. Coffee was not great at all mostly dark hot water. St Clement leaf was yummy, panettone not great.

Well my cheese and ham toastie only had ham and cheese on one half! Usually Costa is great, not this time though.

Poor customer service as employees where rude and abnoxous and the coffee was disgusting and tasted stale and burnt the only thing that was good about it was there muffins and I will never be going there again as I do not like that straight after leaving I was feeling physically sick 🤢 and will never recommend this Costa to any of my family or friends!!! I asked for baby chino which wasn't delivered. My order was delivered to another person who then had my phone number and rang me to complain. It took a long time for the delivery to get to me which was disappointing. There is no option to ask for marshmallows and cream to be added to hot chocolate

Ordered a tuna melt panini and a caramel latte, not exactly a hard order to complete but yet I was delivered a cheese and bean toastie rather than the panini ordered. Disgusted.

I sat in for brunch with my friend. I had ordered ham and cheese toasties and when I was eating it I noticed a small piece of hair on it. I grabbed the attention of a guy who was walking around, I didn’t get his name but he had brown hair(with a failed man bun), slightly on the chubby side, fairly short. I informed him that I found a hair on my toasties and he looked at me like I was crazy... he asked to see it and when I showed it to him he said “I’m sorry, I can’t focus that hard into small things”... I told him “well I have a clear vision and I can see it” to which he replied “I’ll get someone behind the till to look at it” walked off with the toastie and came back to tell me he’d make another one. I didn’t want another one, I only wanted an apology. ⚠️check your toasties before you eat it.⚠️ So now I have a plate of toasties hopefully it’s hairless.

It was deivered quick but half of the food missing. It was cold, no beans in the bean toastie. 2/5 toasties missing. 2/5 cakes missing.
