I'm afraid I've been guilty of going to Pi22a 3xpress out of choice previously, but this visit to Zizzi in Camberley has swung my opinion. It has a large and varied menu with specials too and the food for our table of 7 was exceptional. The service was great too and they demonstrated first-class customer service when an error was made with our order, by quickly rectifying the issue and I believe giving the replaced dish an extra twinkle or two. Special mention to new team member Kai who did a brilliant job, despite still learning the ordering handset, he didn't get flustered and just did his job really well, checking in with us throughout. Unbeknownst to Kai, two of our number were also in catering and he got an extra tip from them for the great job he did. A whole team effort done really well, hence the top marks.

Amazing food! It was the best and I'm so happy that we chose Zizzi. The service was great, they were all so kind and attentive. The atmosphere was gorgeous and it was all just chef's kiss.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Took an age to be seated even though we had booked, a booking they then couldn't find. Not enough space for all the waiting customers by the doors which was uncomfortable. Then we were sat by a window which was cold! Had to flag down staff to take our orders and then again for the bill. No one checked on us if our food was ok. It didn't seem that busy with empty tables, so clearly understaffed. But that shouldn't mean poor service. And the icing on the cake was the cheek to add a service charge onto the bill! Which I dismissed and didn't pay. This is the UK, I'll tip if the service warrants it, and this visit did not! Thank god the pizza was nice!

Popped in for dinner. I don't like that they don't mark their menu for gluten free but the server talked us through it and there's plenty of options.

For a chain restaurant, it has a nice interior and a good menu, catering to veggie or vegans as well! Staff are polite and food came out at a reasonable time and tasted good! The mocktails were surprisingly good too!

Sarah is a great waitress and is really helpful and considerate of us each time we come. It’s why we come back so often as we know she will look after us. Ps. Only downside The pasta superior dishes are very small portions and almost child size for my partner, even for myself as a girl.

Had a fantastic meal at Zizzi’s on Sunday 5th January. The food was lovely and we were served by a lovely waitress who took the time to take us through the menu and recommend specific dishes to us (we went with her recommendations and they were delicious). She was blonde and think her name was Sara / Sarah. Will be eating there again soon! Thank you Zizzi’s!

The generosity with the cheese really kicked the dish off, already a menu packed with flavour and then boom, lashings of cheese and chilli oil to garnish. Yum.

Binam did his best and was very friendly. Unfortunately the food was quite poor quality for the amount they charge you and it was Luke warm / cold when it came out.
