Costa Coffee in Sandwell

Really lovely place, the barista Sam was especially nice. Rhubarb and apple drink was really lovely too! They also have charging ports (yippee)

Service was poor ,rude behaviour attitude for no reason ... I was ordering food and the white tall lady I think her name was Dorota she was looking somewhere else and answered in a rude way. we pay not for spoiling our mood I visited quite often and evrytime I feel like that

Second time I’m ordered from here and both times I’ve had items missing and when I ask about it I just get told to claim it back by the driver . Terrible terrible customer service. Starbucks next time I think.

Served by a tall english lady, was very rude. A heavily pregnant lady needed to use the bathroom. And she was rude in her reply. Her attitude stinks. Needs to learn how to talk to her customers. Or else needs a career change.

Lovely tasting coffee and workers, the taste was fabulous, definitely will recommend it!!

Customer service wasn't great here. I like their coffees, however, to use their bathroom, there is a code on the door. They don't give you the code, (like most places), you have to wait for them to be free to let you in. On this occasion I had to wait ages. Not really acceptable. When I was eventually let in, it was untidy and wet everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this branch of Costa Coffee.

The Americano made by Rachael is very good! The hot chocolate too! So nice they are both best described as sexy! However their chocolate brownie is so common doesnt have the lift! Thats why I bought my own!

Arrived at location at 5.15pm but chairs were already up on tables and floor being mopped. Asked the manager (who served me) politely if it was still open because it said it closes at 6pm. After being glared at through her glasses she said it closes in about… (pause) 30 mins. So preferred coffee and went to the toilet but it was locked off. Asked if I could use it and was told it had been ‘sanitised’ and can’t be used now. I then took a seat to drink the coffee and the manager went outside to get the big bin and bring it inside! 😂 Great place. Maybe a senior manager needs to speak to the manager and give some advice about customer service. Please.

Lots of tables and chairs - well spaced out. Nice selection of toasties as well and baps. Very tempting cake selection! Easy wheelchair access. Free 3 hour parking on big car park next to shop.

Ordered 2 drinks and two cakes only drinks and 1 cake arrived.Cant get in touch with anyone to inquire I've paid for two cakes and two are on the receipt but only one delivered.Also only half a cup due to spillage !! Absolutely shambolic service

It’s good place to be at, only when it is quiet and clean. I believe a bigger staff is needed to deal with the long queue, and for certain more often cleaning rounds for the tables.

Just went to loo at Costas coffee shop and the woman at the counter who was very rude said customer only even though I was going for lunch won't be going there again they need to respect Customers !!

Great service and good coffee and cake

I ordered a lemon muffin, salted caramel frappe, millionaire shortbread and a hot chocolate. The lemon muffin was missing even though it was on the receipt that came, hot chocolate had spilt all over the bag and I added marshmallow on-top of the hot chocolate, and I’m not even joking, there’s was 1. Just 1 small marshmallow. The salted caramel frappe tasted like it was made with tap water. Not ordering from here again.

I Went to the Smethwick branch & needed the toilet before I ordered. This butch assistant said, after I said I was here to buy but needed the loo said I had to buy something??? After repeating that my intention was to buy something as I did every time I went there, he continued to say I needed to purchase. What a boy/child!!!The excellent manageress overruled him & gave me the code so I could relieve myself..This week I went to the Bearwood branch only to be messed around by the same idiot from Smethwick. They had moved him??....( his previous job must have been doorman from a club because that's how he come across, like its a transferable skill to polite & firmly say no. If an elderly lady came in she wouldn't treat them the same way...other Costa explain that you have to purchase & give you the code...but this guy treats you like he is a childish punk...I will not be back....

An absolute joke. Accepted the order knowing full well they didn’t have some items in stock. Why take the money!? Cancel the order if you do not have the items that people have requested, better yet take it off the menu if it isn’t available. You would think a big company like this would know better!!!!!!

I ordered a hot drink and due to the container it had leaked so not an enjoyable drink as the cup & package was wet & not suitable to drink from. I would suggest better package for drink deliveries , thanks

The advertise fake info regarding treats for your birthday, went in with my 6 year old but we ended up paying for everything. No treats for her. Beside that the opening time was saying 8am but when I reached at the shop the time was edited on the door to 9 am ...

I went to this costa store this morning and they had the most rudest and cheapest costa employee ! I had a valid voucher from costa and wanted to redeem it but they were making excuses even tho the voucher was on an official app FROM COSTA and had an expiry of 50 days ! They just didn’t want me to get a discount on my drink I walked out of there. I wished I took her name she was so horrible

This is very warm and welcoming cafe. Sam assistant manager is very helpful and professional. There is nice selection of desserts to wet your appetite. Some chairs and tables are outside too.

Very friendly staff, efficient as always. Quite busy but sufficient empty tables. Tables cleared quickly when vacated.

Slow service and my drink was overflowing and ended up spilling all over my hand.

Unfortunately the 3 Cappuccino Coffees that I ordered did not have the froth or chocolate on that I would associate with Cappuccino and even worse when the order arrived the coffee was cold and one was only half full. Disappointing because normally the Coffees are really good. I Shell still use this outlet in the future.

I had a long wait in line before I was able to order, it must have taken 15 minutes.

Always go to this Costa after the gym. Staff are really friendly and very efficient with serving customers, to the point of remembering my order now. I left a review for the Broadway plaza one recently which wasn't great. There is a stark difference in speed of service and taste of drink between this one and Broadway Plaza and I'll continue to return and use this Costa as my main one.

First class disabled toilet with helpful staff

This time I had my coffee a bit cold. It is okay for me but I know others would deny it. I still give 5 stars because I love their cortado, and it’s the only cosy coffee place around here.

Excellent quality goods as always from Costa. Fantastic large full cups of coffee unlike some places where you get a large cup but it is only half full when you take the lid off. Costa coffee have large cups and they are full cups when you remove the lid. Really enjoyable snacks to go with drinks. Would recommend a delivery from Costa. Thanks for the Excellent service.

My coffee is Stone cold , very late and not even a cappuccino! I expect a refund or a fresh coffee!

I bought Coffee there for ages now. Today I just went with my kids to the toilet with Intension of coffee. Been refused. Well.. rise your customer.service standards.

Nothing beats a good'ol hot drink from Costa on a Saturday morning! Considerate packaging, my hot chocolate arrived in a clean state with no spillage 😊👍 however my croissant wasn't buttered and was cold on arrival (perhaps an option on JustEat to have this served warm would do the trick!) Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again!
