Costa Coffee in Windsor and Maidenhead

We ordered but the staff member who took our order decided to go on a break without actioning the order so we waited a good few minutes thinking our order was next but it wasn't. 4-5 customers later I went to the counter to ask about the order & then the staff realised that I was completely skipped. Then we had to wait for the order & again despite by this time repeating my order 3 times, they forgot the marshmallows for the children's hot chocolates. This has been my worst experience at a Costa in 15-20 years. Really sad

Visited this morning Poor service miserable staff very dirty crockery this costa in Windsor should high standards for this area can not believe a Costa like this specially in Windsor

Sausage bap lukewarm and tasteless, coffee (med latte) lacked froth, badly poured, also barely hot enough - probably because she put the milk in the glass and then started making the coffee! Paid for extra shot, still weak and tasteless - not convinced she actually gave me the extra shot. I'm usually a costa fan! Not this one, service rather offhand as well.

I unfortunately find my self on the streets through no fault of my own, I have suffered murderous persecution from my local police force Cleveland police and I unfortunately found myself homeless in my fight to stay alive. I entered this particular establishment in Windsor Yards. After 2 minutes of charging my phone up while I awaited the coffee shop next door to open, I was very unkindly judged and asked to leave. When I pointed out that over the last year I have spent over £1500 in Costa shops when I was lorry driving and that I won’t be long so I’m not going to leave…their answer was to phone security. I have never felt so ashamed in all my life. I tried to explain to the heartless lady that it’s okay I am a good person and tried to explain my situation, I was looked at like I was scum and ignored and told to leave. This was the most heartless way to treat somebody and I still feel hurt. I did lose my temper and after realising I was getting very angry I left. The big three coffee shops, one is European, that one bends over backwards to do charitable good in the community and help the homeless in the areas that they operate in, the same cannot be said for Costa and the other American one. These companies make an absolute fortune! I ask the good people of Windsor to abandon this shop and hopefully send a message to top brass and the people who own the franchise’s to instil kindness and a heart in their staff. Feel free to use the other Costas in the area though…yours a very hurt and upset ex customer Michael Elwood

Coffee is not good. Far too milky and not enough coffee.

Service is slow but okay - watch out as I was overcharged for dine in when taking away.

Waited ages for my order and then I was given the wrong order

Friendly staff, quick service and delicious coffee.

I was there yesterday and my card declined 3 times they told me my card wasn’t working and there machine so my friend paid £3.10 for a Ive latte later I checked my ohone to see £3.10 had been taken out of my account

I foolishly spilled my coffee and went to the counter to apologise and buy myself a new one. The girls not only were fine with it and rushed to clean my mess up, but they also replaced my drink for free. ❤️

Always busy, never seems to be enough staff, queuing out of the door on a quiet Tuesday. But it's a Costa so decent reliable coffee at reasonable prices.

Prefer Pret for value of price.

My wife and I use Costa to have a break from shopping as we always enjoy the coffee that is served. This branch has just had a bit of a refit and is looking ok. Unfortunately when we last used this facility the WC was out of order but that might be due to the refitting works. But this is still a good place to have a break and a sit down with a drink.

Was to slow. Asked for toast. Had to go back at least 3 times. As was not browned enough. Was busy in there so I persumed the lady that was sitting in the corner on her phone and lap top was the manager. As she looked up. And then decided to go help behind the counter. Dreadful service

Service is really slow. When we went there, there was a queue out the door and it never got any better during our stay. Tables are not cleaned regularly.

My very favourite coffee shop in UK. Also lovely Windsor branch and enjoyable.

Classic town centre Costa Coffee shop, great selection of quality hot drinks & cakes with outdoor seating available too. The staff are friendly, the location is good, has a pleasant atmosphere inside and a good place to stop whilst in town.

Poor customer service from member of staff Hugo, I was promised a free muffin last time I visited the cafe because it was very dry. Today Hugo refused to give me a muffin and made me look like lying.

It was good for coffee and cake. I went with family and it was a nice time
