Good selection of food and drinks, coffee is well made 👍friendly helpful staff, good levels of cleanliness, good location. Choice of seating, WiFi and plug sockets.

The girls who work here were super friendly and made me feel at home extremely welcome as I felt on edge with my first initial visit Mocha was 10/10 I will definitely return, great customer service and my cuppa. You have won me over top marks to the ladies all round Was extremely busy Beautiful aroma Really clean place Clean toilets 5 🌟

Tops of my frappes were left uncovered and were spilt during delivery.

Service was extremely slow, only two staff on shift who were more bothered about chatting than serving. One disappeared leaving one staff member to serve. Waited nearly 10 minutes to be served, asked if there was anyone serving. The staff member came back and was very rude and abrupt with me. Sent a complaint to their head office via their app, notified one staff member about this and asked them next time I am there to serve me a lot quicker than today. The whole experience was appalling and very upsetting for myself as I was not treated as a customer, more of an inconvenience, I felt let down by the whole team.

I ordered 2 bacon sandwiches and 2 coffees/hot chocolate. Only the coffee turned up. I called them and they hung up on me. And then wouldn’t answer the phone! Absolutely appalling behaviour and I won’t be even calling into the shop, never mind ordering from them again

Driver was polite, quick and efficient

He refused to deliver my food unless I went outside in his car. He’d call me and demand I go outside and that didn’t feel safe for me at all. It was scary and humiliating the way he would ask me to go to him. And then he put the food as delivered and went off with it. So he stole my food too.

Out of all the costa coffee shops this one has the friendliest staff I've been to , always warm and welcoming, lovely place also to sit and watch the world go by , clean and tidy too 😀

Had a new starter on, staff wasnt helping her when she was clearly struggling told her to “be faster”. For a while it was okay until there was a smash on the floor, an older man with a walking stick was forced to carry his own tray with a hot drink and food on, ultimately he dropped the boiling hot drink tray food etc they could have easily taken it over for him. Staff was completely rushed off her feet. Costa should have been more prepared with extra staff on hand there was 2 the new starter and the professional.

This is my favourite coffee shop in Bradford. Staff are attentive, welcoming and efficient, when you walk through the doors you leave the madness of Shipley. The shop is always clean and tidy, with flavourful aromas wafting through the air, emitting tranquility and relaxation. I’m always greeted with a smile, with as much speed as they can afford, this place is always busy. I was served by a small boy called Shauny, they were working hard juicing beans and creaming dream hot chocolates, they’re always lovely, kind and fun. Every person on the staff is amazing, Big Nic always has a joke, Pippy has the best side eyes, the new staff are lovely too. For me, this is the best place to escape the home office.

Lovely Oasis in the centre of town. Spacious. Good open views. Friendly staff. Nice to watch the world go by with a proper coffee. One of the best Costa coffees anywhere

My sausage bap was missing from my delivery

I ordered a takeaway capuccino with caramel, got in the car and drove away, after a few minutes I realized that there was something wrong with this coffee, I tried again, looked inside and it turned out to be milk with water and chocolate sprinkles. I turned the car around and asked for a second coffee but unfortunately I didn't get it, the lady from the service decided that I had drunk too much so apparently the "coffee" was good. I did not expect such impudence. I will avoid the place from a distance, and it was enough for the barista to admit that there was a mistake and offer a second coffee. I realized that it's more profitable to lose a customer than another coffee.

The hot chocolate I ordered didn’t arrive with the order - this is the second time this has happened.

A good Costa, the drinks are really nice having a Costa card is handy, however the toilets are often unclean and they don’t do gluten free food which is a shame

I go here everyday for a cappuccino. Staff are lovely. Food is great.

I've been coming here for about 5 years. The staff are usually friendly, the coffee is always up to the usual high Costa standards and there's almost always somewher to sit.

Arrived 30 minutes late ordered 5 drinks delivery driver only turned up with 1 ended up having to drive myself and go collect the rest that he had left at costa driver was absolutely no help

Had to send three coffee's back, luke warm, put them in the microwave to warm up, terrible!!!

Met with an old high school friend for a coffee and the barrista insisted on making a fresh latte as the original wasn't quite up to his standard 😅 respect to the guy for having pride in his work 👍🏻 wonderful experience 🙏

Very friendly staff were second to none.

This Costa looks to be in the middle of a refurb. Some of the walls were down to bare plaster. I've been here a couple of times and to be honest the service doesn't match up to others Costa's I've been too. I couldn't see any trays and I wasn't given one to carry my hot drink. (this could be dangerous)And I wasn't given any serviettes either. So it's always awkward when you have to put down your wet used spoon on the table.

The staff need training in "customer service with a SMILE". The atmosphere is not friendly or customer orientated. When it's so expensive to have a coffee or drink, never mind high food costs, you should at least get friendly smile and attentative service. Not impressed!!!!

Costa forgot to pack some items

Coffee gets weaker prices dearer. Greggs across road better value After waiting in store 25 minutes to actually order 2 coffees (whilst the 3 staff) completed all their 'just eat' orders we finally got served. (At least 10 of customers behind us in the queue gave up and walked out!) Not only was the debit card machine not working but couldn't get the Costa coffee card swiped either. Told to come back tomorrow and they would add the points....What after it took half an hour to get a coffee in the first place!! Like my first review said ... Greggs across the road better value....and would have been served in a 10th of the time.

Dirty store. Old food on the window frames, extremely hot and all the windows steamed up. Worker came over to take our tray and plates when we were still eating and drinking. Food and drinks bang on as always 👌 Not the best Costa around.

Love Costa Coffee, a little expensive but so worth the extra. The Coconut flat white, is such a great drink.
