Costa Coffee in Glasgow City

All I could think about is how the place needed a good clean. The floor, the tables, the window sills were all pretty disgusting. Everywhere you looked was dirty and not just a few crumbs or the odd coffee stain from today.

I had an amazing experience at Costa Coffee! ☕️😍 The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the atmosphere was super cozy and relaxing. 🛋️✨ The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect! 😊🙌 I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable place to unwind. 🌟☕️😊

A very large Costa with lots of seating options. Usual Costa quality of food and drinks.

Favourite Costa. The food and drinks are usual as it's a branch but the staff are really nice and always do something extra. If coming with the car - be aware that you have to add your car plate in the small tablet otherwise you'll get a penalty.

Pleasant café with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The selection of coffee specialties is good and the quality is convincing. The snacks and cakes are fresh and tasty, ideal for a short break in between. The cafe also offers free WiFi, making it a good place to work or relax. Overall, a recommended place for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a cozy break.

Hmm. There were flies buzzing around inside the food display. We avoided the food. The tables were pretty untidy. The coffee as always. Damn Fine.

Gluten-free options are available, which is helpful for Coeliac. Would be even better if a savoury gluten-free option is available for breakfast.

Great Costa next to BBC studio as we wait to go in for a show. Only five minutes from car park. Very friendly staff.

Usual Costa fare, but the staff are nice and friendly and it has good vibes and location is handy

Have came a couple of times for lunch and always find the staff to be cheerful and helpful, and there is plenty of seating even at busy periods. Standard Costa decor and branding. Premises is generally quite tidy and service is fast for food, and as expected for drinks orders ( a little longer.)

Usual Costa! Lots of tables inside & outside. Good range of food, dropped a star as a lot of cakes etc not available. It was a Sunday afternoon but kinda expected a reasonable range of cakes, a wee bit disappointed but would use again.

Stayed at Hotel but used Costa most days during our week stay . Nice friendly staff , good range of products . Would have been an all over 5 star but found it to be a bit dirty . Drink stains on tables , tables not cleared & a lot of crumbs on floor & chairs . I know you can be busy but even when I have been in & your quiet , staff standing about . Please keep up cleanliness so I can give you 5 stars : )

This place says up until 6PM, but closed when visited at 5:30PM. Attached picture taken from notice at the door says opening times and also Google says 6PM. Glad Starbucks across the road opens until 6PM. If you are planning to go here don't have high hopes to be open..

such a comfort café to go and chill on a bright sunny day ✨ service is awesome. price is reasonable of course and the portion is quite MASSIVE ahahha. I prefer Costa for several reasons ❤️ toilet is pretty clean and the vibe is very very comfortable 🌤️

Right next to River Clyde part Preimer inn hotel in Glasgow riverside The Costa coffee shop is clean tidy and staff friendly its also a great place to chill out and chairs are comfy they make good cup coffee pop in and check it out.

Comes attached to a hotel, it's cozy in there but because I was meeting a friend I didn't get to sample the delights

Sunday afternoon, quiet nice spot. Can imagine this place gets busy during the week. Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of seating and nice ambiance.

Great coffee. I am usually at a Costa each day, not this one. But this is a gem.

No surprises but a decent cuppa and cake.

No vegan options (although there is one on the menu) hot food like sausage rolls but no salt or sauce.

The nicest Costa I've ever been to.

Standard Costa Coffee experience. It's nice to have it in the area (not many other coffee options nearby).

Fantastic location, just below the premier inn hotel and in the side of BBC Scotland building. There is huge parking available. Village hotel is just in front. Sse hydro , armadillo are just 2 minutes walk away. Dine in and takeout both available.

Finally open again after a very long close during the eternal pandemic. Spacious space with a good number of tables and comfy seats, plus a few tables to sit outside. All your Costa faves and treats. The treats aren't very fresh though, we've had a couple of brownies and cinnamon buns which were quite dry.

You will get the front door wrong. I promise you, you will get the front door wrong.

Don't use for Business Meeting if Driving! Coffee as good as any Costa, which is why I always use Costa and never Starbucks. Bad review is due to the parking. 2hrs only. No obvious way to extend your time. Then you get home to find £60 fine plus the car rental company admin fee of £50. That's £110 for a coffee stop.

Person who served me was called Jack and was very polite, charming and didn't seem like he was bored working there. Give that lad a raise!

Have stayed here many times over the years. The welcome is always good, the rooms are very comfortable if a bit of a walk from reception. The location is very good for visiting local sights etc and for business. The on-site Beefeater is excellent with very good service and food. The white water centre is just across the car park and a walk round it is ideal for walking off excess calories. Happy to recommend and will definitely be back.

So this costa is by far the best costa I have ever been in. Amazing wheel chair user access. Toileting facilities. Amazing atmosphere by the riverside of glasgow. I have attached photos but I wholly recommend this costa.
