Worst chocolate twist ever, dry and bready.

I ordered an almond croissant. It seems they decided to give it to me instead of throwing it in the rubbish bin! It was embarrassingly stale and a bad croissant. I looked at the others they had, and they were just as pitiful. I guess Costa has confidence that people will eat whatever they serve since it’s a big brand, but it’s truly shameful. To serve customers the most expensive and the stale ones at the airport. I hope my voice reaches them! Ps. I shared my opinion with the staff and they replaced the croissants two times to provide fresh ones to me but unfortunately, all the croissants were stale! It’s not the staff's mistake that I will increase my service stars but the rest of the stars will stay low!

The service was trully excellent!

It's a Costa, same coffee as outside the airport but more expensive. It does have a large seating area with an arrival and departure board. The server was polite, prompt and well presented.

Served by Callum. So efficient, polite, friendly. Made the experience worth it.

My God, I ordered a cappuccino...has anyone looked in the pot where the milk is frothed? Excuse my language, but I could have puked!

Barry and his colleague whose name I didn’t catch at this Costa were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us and our little boy. They’ve really made our trip so far and put us in a great mood to start the rest of our holiday. A*** service

This is the second location of costa which I have tried. This place has a nice ambience and is a good place to sit and spend your time. I had a flight early in the morning and had a layover of about 9:00 hours. Stayed couple of hours here and had good time. Their mint tea is nice and the snacks they got are great too.

Ethan and the gentleman working with him were very friendly and helpful, very good customer service hard to do at 3am in an airport well done guys

Big Costa in Birmingham Airport

We were stuck in Birmingham airport waiting for a connecting flight with my dad who had been ill from cancer. There were no seats so most of us had to borrow some chairs from Costa including my dad who really needed one as he wasn’t feeling well. When they opened up, a rather angry woman who was opening demanded we gave back the chairs for the customers. We asked if my dad could keep his as he wasn’t feeling well and he was frail but she wasn’t having any of it and demanded the chair back he was using. We said he was ill with terminal cancer and said he wasn’t well, but the woman still wasn’t convinced and so in the end we had to give back the chair so he had to sit on the floor uncomfortably. I think the staff here should either have basic training on human compassion, or maybe employee staff with an actually heart and soul, and not the void husks that seem to be running this Costa branch. For shame on the staff you employ at this branch Costa, the worst of humanity.

Worst service the guy with the weird haircut is rude and miserable better off getting a coffee from Gregs tbh

Ordered and paid for my coffee, asked for no plastic lit on my cup, I didn't want it to go, but the lady insisted she was obliged to put it, I asked again please not to do it but she insisted again. I left without my coffee. Very bad service, rude behavior, and stupid rule - if there is really one about it.

Had a coffee from here and I have been sick 3 times already before my flight don't go here its horrible

I specifically asked for a shot of espresso in my frappuccino and I paid for it, and yet could visibly see the barista not put a shot in. When I confronted him, he just blatantly said he added it. Pretty poor service I would say!! The barstools and the tables weren't cleaned after use either. Although I understand that there'd be a moving crowd and it might be difficult to clean often, given the pandemic situation and for basic hygiene I'd expect some level of cleaning at least every 10 mins or when a person moves out.

Hot chocolate and seating was nice. Expensive croissant tasted stale - Not impressed. Have been to quite a few Costa coffee's and this one was below my expectation

this costa is amazing they have great service and one of the workers looks like he was hand crafted by the greek gods. highly recommend going you will get amazing food/drinks and hopefully if he is working you will get an attractive blonde male serving you

Awful coffee, lukewarm, weak, characterless, not Costa standard. Avoid this Costa

Don't bother wasting your money on the so called Spiced Apple Tea.... otherwise it's ok nowt special.... much better standard of service from other Costa Cafè in the region.
