for the expensive coffee it offers, at least it should be clean inside. The furniture is terribly dirty

Hi, i had a very nice experience the other day and it was because of the very nice staff who served me . Luisa was very professional and nice , with a big smile on her face she had the patience till I made my mind on what coffe I would like and help me with the options. Very kind,with a very pleasant vibe. 💓

I was in need of something nice and hot before a business meeting in Wood Green and I entered for the first time in a lovely Costa. I found myself very pleased with a fast and friendly service from the staff. A really nice and tidy place, where I could easily see the products and the prices on the shelves. There was enough staff members on the serving area, also on the floor. Well done to the leader and to the team! Keep it up!

I’ve always been a costa fan but for some reason they have stopped doing full fat milk, so coffee now taste of water and is disgusting….

The barrister that was working today the woman her hair is dyed blonde and she wears it tied back. Awwwwful at making a coffee. She didn’t tell me there was no cream. This is how she served the maple syrup! Sack her she sucks!!! ( 19 October 24 around half 4. The guy that was working there was great and sorted it out. She’s incompetent.

This Costa tends to get busy with long queues and longer waiting times, however if you go there at the quieter times it’s very speedy service. I just ordered a soya latte and they served it in no time. The taste is so smooth and silky. Best coffee served by Edina. Try to get her as your barista and you won’t regret it.

I'm quite disappointed in how inexperienced they are on makeing a drink specifically mango and passionfruit ice cooler. it's supposed to be a thick consistency. I firstly ordered one and it literally was watery then I had asked for it to be done again as it should originally be thick because I buy them very often so I know how they should be. then they made me one with literal cubes of ice still inside unable to drink it.

Today I ordered coffee with my friend and he ordered an Ice Latte. The Ice Latte made by the staff was so bad that they served it without cream. I guess they don't know how to make Ice Latte. They were very careless. I couldn't drink the coffee and had to throw it away. We pay for it. I would like the coffee I paid for to be made properly.☹️

Terrible place by all measures, bad coffee, bad service and rude staff , the place is full of rubbish and too noisy. 5 mins here is too long

Service is really slow. 3 staff members and a small line and I've been waiting 7 minutes just to be acknowledged. Staff are nice bit a bit more urgency would be nice.

Used to be a good place that served good coffee! Now the coffee just tastes full of milk hardly any coffee taste for a large coffee… will definitely Aviod this place and go to another costa up the road.

Will kick you out of your seat an hour and a half before they close so they can clean and close a section which I find ridiculous

I am first time in shopping centre Costa , the gentleman on the till who serviced me very polite , the lady she was barista who is preparing coffees who is European was so rude I have never met this kind of behaviour I have only asked do you know the toilet code , she was shouting in front of people I felt so bad I can only said why you shouting me and security guy has come up I have first time seen security in Costa , I understood why there was a security guy in place. Horrible service I will never ever go . That lady should learn customer service !!!!

I ordered large coffe with Pain au chocolat, the taste of the pastry was stale. When I complained the manager was so rude and said he was the one who baked them in the morning and when I confirmed that it tasted bad he said it's my opinion. I refused to eat it and he through it in the bin without offering to replace it out of curtsey or even apologise for his bad standers and baking skills.

Rude uneducated people working in this branch. Yikes...

Terrible customer service ! There used to be a time when baristas did not need to be educated in typical British politeness. But now you have belligerent, militant staff like Bedri that lack communication skills, lack customer service and basic courtesy and think that arguing, patronising and prolonging conflict with customer adds value to the organisation they are working for. Well it doesn't customers take their daily custom and move two doors away to Chaiwala.

Ok Costa. Nice tasting veggie fajitas wrap, heated to takeaway in their convenient cardboard holder sleeve (kept it warm, and less messy to est on the go). Regular cappuccino just ok. Was very busy round 1pm, bit of a queue.

David the manager is rude asking people where they come from if pronounce wrong he is being racist

I asked for a large tea with two tea bags instead of one. The blond lady charged me two cups of tea because I asked extra tea bag. Is this normal? This was on Saturday 27Jan24 around 17:25

Never normally have issues with this costa, and staff are generally quite pleasant. However, extremely disappointing to be told no cold/iced drinks are being served an hour before closing. I could understand if it was 30 minutes, maybe even 45 but ididn’t realise at 5:55pm cold drinks are no longer served. If this is the case, staff should put a sign up informing potential customers since this has never been the case with other Costa’s. Seems like staff are more concerned with closing the store, instead of customers who have still left plenty of time BEFORE close to purchase a drink.

Marinella and Tina were both unhelpful and wanted to rush and close up so refuses to serve any cold drinks even though they had plenty of time. I am a regular at costa , however this branch has rude , unhelpful staff

Lady behind counter was okay, classic can’t be arsed but at least she was efficient. However the coffee was disgusting, I drink in Costa a decent amount I know what to expect but this was absolutely awful. Overly bitter, like the espresso machine was faulty bad, three different coffees and everyone said the same. Needs to be looked into because no one finished their drinks.

Great service is back on again in my local branch due to few staff charges. So it can be my regular pit stop again to come with my power wheelchair ♿️...

Often busy, so be prepared to wait for seat, especially on weekends.

Needs to be more spacious. Cashiers a bit rude and standoffish like they don't want to be there.

I ordered the maple coffee it wasn’t good at alll and I threw up that day..

I put 4 stars due to the long wait time but hey that's good at a coffee shop right? It means that the business is thriving! This costa needs expanding as it is so popular. My coffee lid wasn't screwed on properly and so I told the staff that they didn't put it on right and they made a new one straight away and ensured that it was assembled correctly to give to me. They were sympathetic and apologised and overall I had a great experience regardless of a small mistake that was made. The space in this cafe is huge and should definitely be upgraded with more tills and staff. I think that this place is well ran and clearly has a good management team behind it. Never let me down and will happily come here again! :)

Always love a large cappuccino from Costa 😘. The staff are friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant 👍 😀.

It is a little busy in this shop and quite noisy. Table needs to be cleaned regularly. However, service was ok. It just quick eat in and go.

On entering Costa Coffee, I noticed how untidy the unoccupied tables were. There were only a few customers waiting to order, so I received my order quickly. Staff were pleasant and pointed out the current discount on muffins. I cleared a table, then shortly after noticed a member of staff clearing the other tables. It is amazing how loudly some people talk, and this Costa branch is relatively small, though it has some seating outside in the Mall area. Maybe if I wasn't having a coffee alone, and not just scrolling through emails on my phone,  I wouldn't have noticed the noise level, so much. Safe to say, I drank my coffee quicker than I usually would and left shortly after.

They are so rude staff they don’t know how to work correctly and they doesn’t close the lid correctly so all the coffee drops ti my clothes . Awful

I ordered an ice latte here not too long ago and it was rather nice. I liked the flavour of the coffee. It was strong but yet had the right amount of milk for a nice balance. The service was quick even though there was a queue when I got in. It went fast and then it was my turn. Friendly and nice service.

Staff were very lovely and welcoming, especially Mohammed who took my order. :))

Costa is my favourite coffee shop wherever I am but especially in Nicosia! They are always polite and courteous and the coffee is always made to perfection. The atmosphere is friendly and family orientated and they even provide a water bowl if you decide to take your dog with you!

Just Capochino coffee is not good

Avoid this costa! The lady in the cashier is HORRIBLE! Lazy and pretend that forgot orders. Ridiculous! She uses glasses and usually works in the morning.

Staff were very nice, one very rude customer was causing a nuisance no fault of staff.

Food here has definitely gone downhill. The mozzarella and tomato panini has barely any mozzarella, and no recognisable tomato. The Iced Whipped Choco Latte is basically just ice.

The staff are pleasant but extremely slow. The order was wrong despite it taking a very long time to arrive. More staff would be a good idea.

Went out for the first time since my baby was born; we sat down at the very last table as,the seats were much more comfortable there and also all other tables were occupied. On the door it said the place will close at 7pm...well not the case, which wasn't a problem as we couldn't stay for a long but the fact that we were asked to move from our table regardless all other tables were taken kist so our atea can be clean is just something unacceptable. I was holding my 2 weeks old daughter on the carrier on my chest and the women could tell it wasn't something I was much comfortable with plus i was still drinking my coffee...I wasn't sure what she was expecting me to do - stand up and drink it fast or literally just leave so she could clean the area. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good service or atmosphere.

Always too busy, toilets hard to get access to, Costa is just getting a bit too expensive I think the area woodgreen isn't the right place to enjoy a quiet drink or have a business meeting in there.

Good coffee but the staff are really really really really slow. Stood there as the only person while three staff prepared backed up orders for 10 minutes. At prêts orders go through in seconds

Staff are not careful whilst they are taking orders. College the receipt. It was my fault as I didn't take the receipt 😞.

Unfortunately this store has issues with it's cleanliness. I understand that they got many visitors but that's not excuse.

Reasonable costa coffee, open before most things in the area but let down because no toilet as it was broken (and given the sign up seemingly for a while!) Staff were also busy chatting rather than paying attention to order

This Costa was chaotic when I went in, I feel sorry for the staff who all seem rushed off their feet, and while I was there a man brazenly shoplifted loads of food and kept piling products into his bag even when a member of staff asked him what he was doing. Agree with others, the person on the tills keeps taking orders but the barista staff can't keep up with them and creates a massive backlog.

Bland coffee that kinda tastes like uhmmm, coffee. Once in a blue moon is good and a reminder not to waste to much money on coffee from a shop.

Disappointed that they couldn't/wouldn't provide black forest hot chocolate even though the app said it was back by popular demand.

Slow service. Long wait as staff seem to be trying to do too many things.

Every free table there had used cups on, the breakfast burrito I ordered and asked to be heated was ice cold in the center and for its price it could have at least been warm as it tasted awful. Maybe passable in a rush but would recommend almost any other coffee shop nearby.

Horrible Place is dirty, people use the tables to rest, they buy a coffee or water and stays hours talking. Ok the people's behaviour is 😡 but no excuse for the dirty tables. The noise inside is 😡 the entrance the exit the lines ... If you want to experience Hell is a good choice 👿 otherwise keep distance.

As a former waitress I feel I have some insight into this type of establishment. Unfortunately the service was very poor. It took a very long time to receive my order, and part of the reason was because they had forgotten it! The staff were incredibly slow and unapologetic for forgetting my order. Really unhappy.

Absolutely disgusting experience, staff were very rude, argued amongst themselves and took it out on customers. The manager needs basic understanding in the ability to deliver basic customer service or atleast not be rude. As some one who has been coming here for 15 years, the place is busy and booming but nose dived in its treatment of people. Update july 2022 Came back here 2 years later, even worse attitude, girl arguing that I never told her I wanted low fat 😆 honestly a disaster place.

Made an order and waited for long time. I had to nudge the guys and asked for my order and they just had to do it. If I did not ask, I would have waited longer. There are no system in this place at Wood Green

Great place to enjoy a premium quality frappe !! Although a bit on the expensive side, it's made up for by the quality !!

Even with Covd-19 procedure in place it's still good to chill here for a coffee break! You have to take away, but some of the same friendly staff are still there, you just have go out into the Street again. No inside seating. All re-opened normally again. So I pop in often. I'm not sure what I will do when the new price rises come in.
