Wouldn’t recommend I went ordered with a friend paid extra for special chow mien not plane was charged but they didn’t change my order I asked for sweet n sour ribs and got a dry bunch of ribs only think is food is edible but tasteless abd feel violated cause I paid for a service I didn’t recieve waste of £15

I've been here approaching 6 months ago, and the wait wa almost an hour on a Saturday night in January. The food was fresh, but I won't return if the wait is that long.

On the whole pretty dreadful. The absolute worst was the seaweed, cooked in rancid oil. We ordered prawn satay and received chicken. Never again.

Hit and miss this one,. Sometimes their food can be delicious, and then at other times dry and overcooked. The service is the same, sometimes they are helpful, and then at other times, obstructive. We go there for local convenience, it's nearby and I can walk to collect. Recently though, their staff have become distant and rude, to the extent that we may have to find a more suitable Chinese restaurant to purchase our meals.

The food is ok but these guys seem to have a issue with answering phones the opening time is at 5 but they won’t answer till 5:15 change the opening times then

I ordered chicken from here today and they gave me burnt chicken and refused to replace chicken dish. The lady was very rude on the phone. The food smells very bad and I ordered rice and they did not follow dietary requirements.

Ordered for takeaway, was ready in about 10mins. Really great box meals, and mixed starter, only down side was the ribs were a little dry. Will definitely be back!

Best Chinese in the area. The prices have come up a little bit recently but the quality has stayed the same. Good portions and tasty food.

This place has been one of my go to for a very long time but recently they haven’t been meeting dietary requirements; The staff are more rude and inconsiderate. I made an order and specifically mentioned i wanted a vegetarian singapore fried rice and i was giving a normal singapore fried rice and one of the guys started telling me i should of ordered the right thing and comparing me to other people and how I keep doing this. they have turned very rude and inconsiderate i won’t be ordering again

I honestly don’t know how this place is ALLOWED to still be open. The chicken in our chicken fried rice is brown and disgusting, looks like it’s been stripped directly from whatever animal it came from without the decency of a bit of salt in the food. I asked for chicken satay but NOT in its sauce and found it drowned in about a litre on satay sauce. All in all threw it all in the bin and ordered a pizza. Save yourself the hassle, it’s vile!

Always enjoy popping in here for my weekly fix. Staff are helpful and encourage "customising" dishes to suit your palette. This place has the best curry sauce too!

Ordered at 7pm. Two phone calls and we are told driver is on the way. It's now gone 9pm and we are still waiting for our food! Unreliable a dishonest. Won't be ordering again!!!

Loved the food and how quickly it was ready! And how long their menu is - so much choice!!! Sad they don't deliver to our area but I guess we'll have to go again when around the park.

Worst food ever food came soggy had no taste and tasted out of date do not order from here. I called to get a refund because the food was not eaten and they told me to call the bank. Worst service and horrible food. Do not buy

Food is always great but that’s the last time I use them on a Saturday night. I was told 45 mins for delivery and I’m still waiting 1.5 hrs later - even after calling to chase up :/

Still waiting for my ribs which were missed off my order was told they would be sent out to me! I will be in the shop tomorrow for a full refund!!!

I called to order something and it wasn't the first time the boy speaks very badly and rudely, it's a shame for the business because the food is good!!!!!Never order again!

Special fried 4ice was a little bland but the best thing in my order next to the prawn crackers. My banana fritters were banana soggies after being encased in a metal container and then sealed in a plastic bag. The sauce was super sweet so not really edible. What a waste of £30+

I live around the area since 2019. It's the only Chinese I use after trying out the competition extensively. Good food, feels clean, good customer service, rarely anything goes bad, and if it does they resolve it very professionally. Recommend 100%

Opening hours unusual, they do not deliver to my area, but worth driving there to pickup. There are other oriental chef nearer to me. This one does make better food.

Usually very happy with the food even order from here although we have one 3 minute walk from here however tonight was quite disappointing food cold curry half spilt and soo salty...hope it was a one off.

Genuinely the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever tried.

King prawn chow mein tasted nothing like chow mein. The prawns were so soggy and soft tasted disgusting. The noodles were overcooked and the sweet and sour sauce was very cheap. Had to throw in the bin straight away. Wont be ordering from here again. Disgusting food and poor packaging

It's a good place for all far eastern oriental food i.e. Chinese, Malaysian & Thai. Portions are very good and good value for money.

I really dislike chinese food as it always seems greasy. However, the chow mein with bean sprouts from this place is just divine. No grease. The noodles are thin, the flavour is not too much. The food arrives piping hot and on time. It tastes fresh. Im extremely fussy with how my meat is cooked and the chicken is perfect. Not under done or too burnt. Just perfect. The prawn crackers are also not too greasy. Perfect. (My uncle travels from Beckingham to purchase from this specific restaurant only. He refuses to have a chinese meal from any other restaurant. Thought id throw that in here.) im now able to enjoy chinese food. Thank you all.

Ordered from various Chinese takeaways in local areas over the years. Oriental chef have the spot at the moment. Tasty, reasonably priced and good sized portions. Personally recommend beef in black bean sauce, sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style, roast duck in peking sauce, chicken chow mein and egg fried rice. The fried squid with salt and pepper is tasty also. Good website, friendly over the phone an on uber eats

The best Chinese takeaway local to Muswell Hill. Amazing quality. The staff are always obliging and they always give a decent portion size. The food is always fresh and authentic. Has to be my favourite Chinese take away in the whole of North London. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Their family meal deals are especially good value. Including duck multiple other starters and a minimum or two mains. Amazing deal. And amazing value.

Possibly the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. Ordered from them about 3 or 4 times and every single time has been absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the food at all, always hot, always great portions, always enough sauce. Delivery time is always amazing. All the staff I’ve spoken to on the phone have been extremely polite and lovely. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Food is generally good, but arrived late and cold. They also didn't include hoisin sauce, cucumber and spring onions for crispy duck. They are obviously struggling to cope with the demand, something they should really do something about before standards continue to get worse. In this climate, they really won't last long at all unless they stop alienating customers. I won't be ordering ever again, and will tell others to avoid

Ordered through a discount offer on Uber Eats. Initially a bit sceptical due to having my fingers burned a few times recently on deliveries. However the delivery was very quick and the food was undoubtedly 5 star. Excellent all round!

I have ordered from this Chinese restaurant a few times and never had a problem the food is decent. But today my food was delivered in such poor condition {please see photos} and when I called and spoke to them there customer service was so terrible, they did refund us £5 out of a £44 order to rectify the issue but I personally won't be ordering from them again.

You know that this place actually served some decent chinese. Not going to lie i was skeptical at first but deffo hit the spot.

This is a good restaurant. Beef with black bean sauce and Singapore noodles. Dishes weren't oily or gloopy although the Tofu was somewhat overcooked. Taste was spot on though. Lots of chilli. Not for the faint of heart. Overall its all good totally happy to order again.

In mix vegetables all vegetables are not cooked full. Waste of money.

Been using this place fir years. Different style of dishes to most Chinese places, not too expensive, have eaten in before and not been disappointed. Staff are polite too. Big portions. Varied menu. Delivery only now due to covid.

Always get really nice food here .... however the last two times iv ordered a 50/50 of main and rice/noodles and each time been lucky to get one third of the main in the portion .... come on guys be fair it's supposed to be 50/50 .... like I said not knocking the food quality but the quantity needs to be addressed

Amazing Lemon Chicken and Egg Fried Rice - completely addicted to it. Super quick delivery times in the nearby area - love that place. they even know who calls them when you are a regular client :)

Tasty Chinese food and great prices. Went here after the Arsenal Napoli match and had a lovely special chow mein the noodles were delicious and so was the chicken. The only thing I would say was the pork was a bit dry. The owner was polite and was talking to us I had a great experience apart from someone getting arrested inside the shop.

Been coming here for nearly 10 years or so now and it always has excellent service the stuff are nice and friendly. The food is alwaus fresh and tasty i never have no problems sometimes gives us extra food sometimes.

Just had the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. The food tasted like something was wrong with it. It was slopped in to the containerd without a care. Only plus side is that there was a lot of it-

There are tables here but they are cheap and tacky, not a place to dine but useful to sit at to wait for your takeaway. The food is fairly tasty and I do like the chow mein here. Staff are friendly and the prices are cheap. You can see right into the kitchen which I tend to be in favour of in a place when the prices are low... I just wish they would give the place a makeover, it doesn't feel very welcoming as it is.

Oriental pork is amazing with Singapore noodles

Very good tasty food at low prices, amazing selection. Friendly, accommodating & lovely staff. They also have discounted offer few hours during the day. Love this takeaway and highly recommend it!!!
