Costa Coffee in Bromley

Coffees and food good however the man who served me was rude. Didn’t even bother to say hi just grunted. Second time I’ve been served by him. Usually the staff are very friendly He needs customer service training.

Our local Costa has been updated and is great!.... so much brighter and more cheerful! Nice to have different choices of seating too. The young guy who serves there is great, so polite and very helpful. Toilets could do with an upgrade now!

Ordered Maple Hazelnut latte which normally has cream and biscuit topping. The guy prepares the drink and only at the end he remembers to say they ran out of cream. So you get to pay for a special drink and what you get in the end is just a latte, no whip and no topping, no refund. Fair enough?

On this visit the food was beautiful. Staff were lovely, service very good. Garden very pretty.

I don't think I've ever had an order 100% correct from the Hayes Costa. I'm sure the staff are nice and probably really busy but it's still a real shame. Usually it seems at least half the menu is unavailable too.

Asked for water with the coffee but we didn't get it. Otherwise much of a muchness ... outside of a serious leak above the seats near the window.

Locksbottom is my nearest Costa but I find that the Hayes branch provide a much better service, have more in stock and don't refuse your order, as if often the case at Locksbottom.

Food is always delivered hot and on time. Any problems and the branch ring you. Fantastic service.

As always, a very pleasant visit with very nice coffee.

Great service from the lady on the counter and the barista that made our coffee's. He recommended us some choices of Frappuccino's and totally loved it! Superb customer service and professionalism!

2 items missing and 1 wrong item delivered. Coffees were luke warm despite the quick delivery.

Nice choice of seating, from hardback chairs to soft sofa. We had a cortardo and a pot of tea .... why don't they ever fill the teapot with water? It's just water

The drinks were all spilled out, had one cup half full, the cinnamon bun was was wrong and was rason, the water was still but ordered sparkling

The coffee didn’t have a cover over it, so the cup was practically empty, dripping all over the bag by the time it was delivered

I was able to track the driver, who took 1 hour 15 mins to deliver my order. The food and coffee was consequently stone cold

Much better then it used to be, friendly staff, clean and they know how to make a coffee unlike most Costas in and around the area.

Can get busy, so can be left waiting a while. But to no fault of lazy or unprofessional staff -- you can tell they are doing their upmost to serve you quickly. And very friendly when they do.

The cups we were served were filthy.. I had to return them and get other ones.. Was told its because the dish washer doesn't work properly! The utility area door left open and unfortunately we had to sit next to it.. A stench from inside we could do without!! Costa u need to get your act together.

The coffee as always is decent enough. Well, I rather enjoy it. It could be a little stronger. The staff, on the whole, are friendly and professional. They are however, either understaffed, slow or unobservent. I would tend to go for the understaffed these days, like so many of these places.

It's Costa. I like them all. Favourite coffee shop. That goes for the majority of the shops.

Just another Costa - great service and food

First they delivered a wrong order to me, then I take 1 bite into the muffin and you can tell it’s old. Dry with minimal flavour.

It's okay coffee was good Wi-Fi was unstable had a zoom call to make

I always enjoy a costa. I had a bacon bap which was cold on arrival and I tried the new spiced latte which was vial. But I generally enjoy Costa hence the stars. If my food was warmer than I would have gave more stars. I have just ordered again to give another chance of hopefully receiving hotter food.

Went in today at Hayes for 2 medium Lattes. Horrified at the price here. Charged £3.05 each. £6.10 for both !!! West Wickham charges £2.65 each = £5.30 !!! ????

Just awful, new inexperience staff who evidently cannot cope when it's busy. The worst Mocha I've ever had in that Costa and I go there regularly. It's all rushed no attention to detail. I specifically asked for semi skimmed milk which he poured into the jug and it finished, the guy then proceeded to add whole milk and to top it off my drink was luke warm. Not good enough guys. I expect better from Costa.☹☹☹

It was a lovely place. Bus since management has changed, it became awful. Most of the time just two young baristas which can't cope, inexperienced and slow. Place became dirty and lots of broken stuff. Customers have to clean tables themselves.

Good little Costa, love the Sunday opening and has a good range of food and drinks. Staff have always been helpful and there is a good amount of seating, with a few tables outside.

I have never had a less than fantastic meal here. The chefs here can make even their simple side dishes (the roasted potatoes! The baked peas!) revelatory. They provide thoughtful iterations of classic dishes, often integrating current trends in ingredients and tastes to update and refresh traditional foods. And every one well executed

Great tasting coffee and sweet dessert, reasonable prices as expected from Costa. Only gripe is that the seats were a bit too close together so kept having to move to let others passed.

Had work around the area last week, drop in for a quick americano, polite staff was chatty, but not too chatty, knew I was in a rush. Love costa coffee strong and less bitter than starbucks

Very slow, annoying talkative staff, messy, often trash is left untouched from previous customers all over the tables and seats, cramped poorly thought out layout, not enough single/double person seats, and extremely overpriced considering with Costa what you get is third-rate Starbucks and with this particular one on top of that you also get the aforementioned issues and a poor menu selection and a disturbing lack of toilet paper in the toilet.
