Awesome I found the person who make my coffee daily and I read his badge name how Antonio made is one of the best I try in London I mostly try all branches in London Now I change my time when he is in work so I want he make my coffee I know others not happy but he do the best thank you ANTONI And we need some one like him for afternoon coffee too

This driver in is getting very slow, always make me late as once you go through you can bypass the kind wait.

Conveniently located off the A40. Sometimes a few cars in the drive through que, normally takes a few 4-7 mins max. Occasionally the staff over intercome ordering servcice can be abit abrupt. Overall good.

It was dirty and the condition of the toilet could only be described in one word - disgusting.

Need to get all staff hearing tested or intercom service on drive thru replaced. Stop here 5-6 times a month in morning and they always mishear the same order .Even work colleagues are surprised how they always get it wrong no matter how loud,clearly or specifically order is requested

I buy hot chocolate at list 2-3 times a week . It cost me nearly £15 pounds a week. Worst is staff cannot make the drink properly. Its either cold , milky and only half the cup instead of large . Each time I have to tell thr staff but they cannot get it right . Staff need training to make hot chocolate, it's ridiculous.

Awful service. Was waiting in the queue to be served and they served the guy who just came in before serving me. When I asked them am I not in queue they rolled their eyes, I’m a paying customer what type of customer service is this. Tall German looking guy and the short girl, absolutely awful customer service.

Not really visiting anymore.. used to go there before October last year.. nor anymore.. I suppose it's on the list if you know what I mean

Every time I come through to the drive through there’s a guy called Uzair. What a legend he is - he always takes a moment to have a quick conversation. He must have so many customers but he remembers the last conversation we had 🤯. Definitely makes you feel welcome & want to return to this Costa. Great customer service, I wish more staff were like him. Give this guy a promotion

Excellent, My thanks to Uzair (not sure if the spelling) who was outstanding in customer service when I visited a few days ago. Had a massive headache following a night shift and he was superb, made some nice jokes and comments which brightened up my day just before another night shift! Highly recommend, staff were excellent, got myself a mocha or cappuccino can’t really remember but got extra chocolate sprinkles… Pop by, very nice little stop off just before the awful traffic passing Hanger Lane…

I love Costa Coffee and the atmosphere it creates. It is always good to go back. I am not a big fan of their food, though, but the coffee it's amazing.

I went here with a friend and bought a lot of food and drinks. I received a parking charge for overstaying the parking (signs were small in font and difficult to see). I returned to ask if I can speak to the manager and staff declined to let me. If you want to be disrespected as a customer and be on a time crunch to leave then this is the cafe for you!

Somehow like it more than high street costa for its large space and isolation, great place to focus on writing things, got very productive there

Its what it suppose to be a drive through cafe to be. The few times ive been, it was busier than usuall.

They frequently close much earlier than their posted hours, including the drive-thru.

The waitresses all spoke Italian even if they weren't, I really appreciated this

On Monday bought two iced coffee and test was terrible and the guy who made was so rude and racist even he made the coffee terrible purposely i am customer of costa since 2014 I stopped to buy from them.

First ever drive through Coffee Shop i saw. Perfect for people on the move with tight timing.

Went their with family . Ordered Bubble tea mango flavour . Manager was there forget name . He is very rude . Tea was worst ever someone can get . The behavior was Very rudy . Left from there with broken heart . Never has this experience wity costa before .

A welcome sight when driving into London with good parking space and drive through. The coffee was hot which does not always happen in Costa and the atmos was friendly. Loving the raspberry and Almond slice which was not dry but too small and sicilian Lemon muffin is also a good choice. .

The drive thru is always long, but the service is fast. You're not waiting a long time to get served. Coffee is always hot, and the toasties are delicious and also hot.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I have never had any complaints! Service is amazing, staff is very friendly and helpful. I also visited earlier today at 14.30 and was served by Jabir. He was lovely and speedy and he recommended us some new drinks that we hadn’t tried before. All in all, this is definitely my favourite coffee shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a nice coffee and a pleasant experience.

It was nice to stop here on my way to work. Plenty of parking which is important for me. A lot of sits inside and outside of coffee shop. Very good coffee and varieties of food from M&S. Enjoyed to stay here as friendly staff and got nice coffee. Definitely come back there.

I hope this gets to the lovely lady who served me on July 8th 2023 around 2.45pm. I admit I have a fussy order and I like my drink in a specific way and she was so patient and helpful explaining what she can do for my order. She was so friendly & helpful. Great service excellent experience.

I went to the Costa branch at 13B Alperton Lane, Perivale, Greenford, UB6 8DH, England, and I came across an Asian employee with yellow hair who was one of the best baristas I have ever dealt with in my life. Therefore, I would like to write an excellent review for that employee so that I can put it on Google. My experience at the Costa branch was excellent thanks to the amazing employee I encountered there. The employee was of Asian origin and her yellow hair highlighted her natural beauty, but more importantly, her outstanding skills in customer service. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by her warm and friendly smile. She was extremely nice and genuinely interested in meeting the needs of customers. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the products and provided valuable recommendations regarding the coffee that would suit my taste. I truly felt that I was in superior care. It was not just her professionalism in service that caught my attention, but also her speed and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders. It didn't take long until I found myself in front of me with the delicious cups of coffee I had ordered. Honestly, I did not expect to be this satisfied with my experience. I was truly grateful to the amazing employee for her efforts and the care she showed towards her customers. I made sure to personally thank her for the excellent service she provided. I highly recommend visiting the Costa branch at 13B Alperton Lane, Perivale, Greenford, UB6 8DH. And if you happen to encounter the amazing employee there, be assured that she will bring you your favorite drink excellently and deliciously.

Lovely ambiance. Nice coffee. 2 things to improve on: 1. Lady taking our order (at around 1pm on 20 April 2023) could have been a little more friendly/cordial by giving a little smile, even just a hint of a smile 😊perhaps! 2. I wanted some pepper with my toastie, but none was available. Was told, "we don't have any in stock". 😏

I am a regular customer that visits this particular Costa. To be honest the place is absolutely amazing with great staff in place working together to deliver the best customer service. The food is not too bad but certain times the hot drinks don’t meet your expectations. Despite that the location is ideal for daily commuters and instore is rather cosy. There is just one issue that needs to be addressed. Nearly all the tables in this particular Costa are not stable. This could get rather catastrophic, especially for those ordering hot beverages as it can easily fall on you. This can be health and safety issues that need to be addressed by Costa as soon as possible.

Location, staff and ambiance is nice enough. 1 start as they totally fail to inform you of a fine if you stay over 90 minutes with a car (I was there for 110 minutes). There is so much space for a clear sign outside and Costa and KFC are literally the only places to be. I contacted Costa and they totally shift responsibility to the parking site owner. Total joke. Shop owners should take some basic responsibilities to their customers. £100 fine for a place to have coffee unreasonable too.

Just ordered a Toblerone hot chocolate at the drive through and it was like water. No chocolate taste not even milk. The drive through has been awful everytime I've come here and I won't be visiting anymore. Save your money and go to a different coffee shop.

This morning I visited Costa Coffee, I ordered a flat white with extra shot of espresso, unfortunately my order tasted like latte. Not what I expected

Staff are very good but food not fresh. I have just ordered almond croason it's hard, not fresh. Didn't enjoy it and ended in bin. You need to be sure you serve fresh food!

Short staffe. unprofessional, untrained unconfident staff . Customers complained about 🪰 flys inside the cake 🥮 counter but staff didn't care . Bad coffee. Clean place . Need more staff snd more training. You dint get what you paid for.

The location and the place itself are very good and it’s very clean etc.. however if I didn’t drive off I would’ve returned my Coffee. Just wasn’t upto standards from other Costa Coffees unfortunately. May have been a one of as I don’t come here often but I won’t be coming back.

Met clients for a meeting at this convenient location for us with parking. The clients were about 20 minutes late, the meeting went on for just over an hour. Checked my emails and messages in the car before leaving and my time there ticked over 90 minutes - I just received a £100 private parking ticket. What a joke - the place is in the middle of nowhere just off the A40 - nobody would park there and leave the site. We spent £25 and never left Costa. The cafe itself was average.

This Costa is wayout of my place & usual ways, saw it on my way driving visisting my friend, who lives there Ealing, it took me 3hrs to reach my friend's house tired & exhuxted( this time drive may be a half the way to Scotland ) as there was a cycling Rally & therefore the road closure & the time consuming to arrive, I needed a buzz from the long driving so out we went to this very pleasant place,clean & Costa anywhere is my favourite place anyhow 4 espresso macchiato & relaxing. The place was very nice, clean & efficient service from a very friendly servicing waitress. Yeah it was worth the visit by pure chance

Very busy, broken costa club scan machine, no cups but disposable takeaway cups only. Not very impressed.

Cannot stay more than 90 minutes if you have a car. I got fined £100. Very peaceful place to work but why there is a parking limit. Costa and third party parking companies need to sort this out as we paid for the service. Disappointed.

Althoigh I am not a Costa Coffee fan, excellent location + good drive through and service.

I usually go for a drive thru around 8am - always a quick service and friendly staff, thank you 😊
