Costa Coffee in Chiltern

Great service by flavia (excuse me if I didn’t spell it correct) very friendly as always. Sadly they run out of my pouring cream so settle for normal latte with blue milk of course 😅

The cafe could do with a good clean. The sofas are dirty and there's all sorts of muck and bits and pieces under the tables. The walls could do with repainting as well.

Was there today got 4 coffees. Manager and freya the Italian lady were excellent and they gave us lovely coffees. Highly recommend to local people who are looking for an a very good service and ☕️ coffee

A lovely Costa coffee shop in this part of town. Nice atmosphere and busy but not too busy. Great customer service from staff eho are friendly and welcoming. Very cosy aswell inside.

Popped in for a coffee after my Sunday afternoon walk just after 4pm and they were closed - when advertised hours are until 5!

A further visit with my friends. Again no toast, no bacon rolls. The coffee server Charl was again very rude and very rude to her co workers in front of customers. When we asked if the coffees in front of us were ours she just pointed and said nothing. Think Charl needs to spoken to and most importantly she needs to treat everyone with respect and manners at all times

Poor service: unfriendly, lack of communication and manager had a scowl on her the whole time. Such a shame as I usually get lovely service at Costa.

Been coming here for over a year and they used to have great staff and customer service but now they have new staff it’s gone down hill there so rude

Busy but lovely place. In a middle of small town/village. For the first time gentleman serving us was generous with crunch on my salted caramel crunch 😋 Cosy, warm place for quick coffee.

Nice experience however, they didn't let my dog in to the shop to buy my coffee and go, I do find the Costa's in London do allow dogs in to the shop to collect my coffee and go.

Nowadays robotic franchises or chains provide mechanical customer service just like the mechanical processed food that they serve. But not at the Chalfont Costa Coffee branch. The first time I was served by Adrian I thought it was a one off. For example, he even suggested I go for the premium Coffee beans when I got my free coffee through the Costa app as then I wouldn't have to pay any extra. That's customer service where he is purely customer thinking. After having been served by the whole team I now regularly travel from Ruislip for my Coffee, foregoing the 4 branches I drive past. Shout out to the whole team who have served me directly over lockdown and beyond Ashton Sarah Aaron George Billy

Service here is very good. The lady I think she is a manager is always friendly and professional. I am in there every morning. She advised me to get the Costa app that way I could get offers. I did this and I am very pleased with it. She is a credit to your company. All the staff are great there.

Me and a friend went for a coffee earlier today with our dogs and the service was beyond perfect! A staff member greated us with a huge smile and gave our dogs a Costa treat each and made sure our order was placed as we had issues with the website. Made our day with how they treated us ❤️.

I popped in for a quick coffee as I was passing through for work. I only realised I had forgotten my bank card once I had ordered my coffee. Sarah the Manager was great and understanding with the situation and said I could return at another time to pay. Happy to say I was able to go back the same afternoon and settle. Thank you Sarah.

Think I hit a busy time and service was a bit slow. Also the tone of the manager in directing people to stand on their allocated spots was somewhat abrupt, although I appreciate the point probably has to be made 1000 times a day. Coffee was fine and tables/venue was clean and well socially distanced.

Does not open until 7:30am if you are lucky. Often a queue outside by 7:20am. If you are after a coffee before 8am, best to go to the bakery

Been here a couple times for a hot chocolate/bacon roll but unfortunately today was not open at 7:15? The open times say 7 but due to covid I understand. Please update if you can

I missed my Costa coffee during lockdown, so I'm pleased with the easing of restrictions. However, hats off to the staff for working in the new pandemic environment, with one way systems, masks and screens. Well done guys!

Setup just like all of the other Costas, generally clean and good service. Costa prices are high for anything other than coffee.

Staff are always friendly but I find it always takes quite some time to get a drink.

The staff that work here are great and the coffee is always good.

The branch in Chalfont Saint Peter lacks pots of soup.

Had very refreshing iced milkshakes really enjoyed it in this weather. Lights lunches choices on toasted sandwich, wide selection of drinks. You can access free WiFi and charge your phone, tablet or laptop. Clean and tidy environment plus toilets. Wheelchair/buggy accessible entrance.

The chairs and tables outside were dirty and cigarette butts made the area smell bad. There were 2 staff serving but neither (considering there was about 4 people inside) came to clean the table.
