An accidental mistake turned into a funny surprise game. Me and my partner both got two large hot chocolates, and I asked for marshmallows in mine. However, the kind lady forgot which one she put the marshmallows in. We laughed about it and said it was okay. It turned into a fun little game of who has the marshmallows. Let's just say I didn't win 😂

Sheroni was very rude! I was standing there for ages without being acknowledged until I said something.

The driver never delivered my food

The driver brought my coffee and I can’t tip him after he came all the way from the wrong address. The driver was so lovely

Good place for an excellent coffee! Costa coffee is always the best in town. No hurry and able to chill out for some time and reduce all pressure. Friendly staff. Two floors and plenty of space available. It's a good choice for a cup of coffee or a hot chocolate.

Very good customer service and great food

Not only was food cold but delivery driver went to other restaurants whilst having my food making it late and cold

All the cakes we ordered were stale and the food was cold We had to throw cakes

Standard Costa, nothing special, not too crammed, just interesting location and great for a long slow coffee and people watching you can get a highly sought after window seat...

I love the place here. I have been coming here for years. The staff is so polite. Have so much respect for Paul and Simona. Best coffee in town.

Absolutely nice and lovely place to have drinks or food. It's located upstairs in the store Next and you have a view of the shopping center. You can have a break after shopping and watching the people doing the shipping, so cool.

Just got served by Simona- so so sweet and nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely recommend this Costa for taste and service!

This smaller branch of Costa is a good option if you don't want a long wait to be served at the larger store in the high street. Seating is limited,but they do have seating outside.

Working in Uxbridge and neros is actually alot closer but I walk here instead. Staff are friendly polite and efficient. I think the custom here don't order their coffee in a long sentence so the service is so much quicker.

£3.20 for a regular latte!!!!!!, plain greed, won't be going there again.

Amazing customer service. Really it's what makes grabbing a coffee all about. A caffeinated beverage and a friendly atmosphere. I love to pop into this branch of Costa to sit for a hour or two and plough through some work while sipping on a black Americano. Music makes it better too! Best place for meetings and to warm up when it's chilly outside!

Tasty coffees, the prepackaged toasty was decent, and the service was very kind and quick. Glad to have a good shop so close to the Uxbridge Tube station!

Good Coffee of course by Costa Barista, excellent customer service, a hidden gem in Uxbridge, this is the place to be, highly recommended especially for those who have little children, or if you want to have good catch up with friends and colleagues.

Nice coffee. Tried the vitamin B12 and Zinc and it wasn't bad at all! The range of cakes was poor though. Staff was friendly. This coffee shop has tables outside usually and it's enjoyable to have coffee here, not in lockdown though.

Best interior for a cafe. A little queue and Covid rules strictly followed with enough spaces between customers. Polite staff took the order and we picked biscuits on the go. A large cappuccino at its best presentation and taste was awesome. We liked the cake it’s so delicious as my wife enjoyed it too. Anyone who visit Uxbridge high street for shopping can relax for few minutes before heading home. Very quite place on high street with best setup.

What's left to be said about Costa Coffee, I'm rarely if ever disappointed

Costa staff at this branch are brilliant with their customer service. Probably one of the best costa coffee shops in the UK. Staff always helpful, polite and very professional. Other stores should take note from this store. NOTE: ******Mid-week and Saturday this store closes at 6pm, on Sunday’s closes 430pm ****** A special thanks to Ashraf the store manager he should be thanked for instilling a true customer oriented focus but I am treated like valued special guest. My experience from beginning to end is always superior. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my visit but I wish you continued success and ask you to thank your staff for 'making a difference. The biggest fault at some costa coffee stores is due to lack of training, especially in customer service skills.

Member of staff, extremely rude, initially refused to make my drink. Pushed another member of staff off the till, right Infront of customers. Absolute disgrace, doesn't even warrant 1 Star.

Kris is lovely and let me have a cuppa and a mince pie right before closing because he could see how tired I was from Christmas shopping! :)

Five stars to the "blonde guy" who opens the shop early in the morning. He was very friendly, courteous & efficient. An extra five stars for his demeanour & sense of humour to get him through the mayhem of a veryy busy morning!

I asked the staff about the red velvet and the person who helped me was very good he showed me the syrup and read the ingredients for me. I was worried about how sweet it was and after knowing I asked to have half the amount of the syrup and they made it for me the way I asked for ...

Amazing service from Mohamed always extremely polite and courteous to all customers. See him assisting those that need it, service with a smile. We always choose to come to this Costa because of Mohamed. An asset to have at your branch.

This Indian people are Full IDIOTS...they can't do good café and service is terrible.If you know how good café should be...you never take again from this people!UNPROFESIONALS!!! Take single espresso from them and same from opposite Costa ...and you will see the difference ....

Small corner of a department store nice why u shop but can't move tables are so tight u have to move furniture staff get orders wrong alot well 4 rimes out of 4 so far i understand the ceriumstances of busy but again I'm paying not to be mucked around despite havING a baby im one arm and a tray of drinks and a push chair to push no one to help me to my table as I wait for the people I'm meeting .. do I leave my baby in the push chair at the entrance to the Debenhams amongst strainets to them walk to the till the far end of the cost 150m through 50 60 people easily to get my drink that are left for anyone to take or do something to 5 minutes ago and are actually warm not hot or do I risk bring my baby being burned or my tripping with baby and drink to move through all then people furniture having to moved by other people in Costa luckily a lively man helped me bad customer service ignorant staff who can't get 3 hot choclayes with cream right in 4 occasions never again would I go there I'd rather walk 10 mins to starbucks and pay more for my order
