The scope of the selection is not magical. Changeability ok, the belt moved nicely quickly. You could also get extra portions from the list. Rice lager is a refreshing and pisitive tasty surprise. The flavors are just right, the prices are high, the stomach was full.

Wonderful Service and Great Food! Had a fantastic meal at YO Sushi at Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Tatiana made some very well delicious recommendations on food I usually don’t go for and I took some to go as well . The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Even with a bit of a wait, their warm hospitality made it worthwhile. Highly recommend!

It is a airport restaurant, so food as expected not very good, it was okay. The dumplings in my noodle soup was actually not bad. The place was extremely busy and narrowed space, so don’t expect much service - the last sit beside me said the miso soup was bad - and suggest them to not serve to others.

Sushi was ok, nothing is very fresh. My main complaint is that after getting the plates from the conveyor belt, they still charged me a non optional 15% service charge! For what? The service charge was also not disclosed anywhere. Felt scammed.

Just bought the take away sushi but they refused to let me sit at the bar and eat. WILD! I understand if I’m taking space away from another customer but there were many open seats available. When I showed my disapproval they didn’t care so so sat at Cafe Nero. The guy let me sit there even though I didn’t buy anything from them. Honestly crap service!

Good food! However it amazes me how little professional the staff are (mainly Indians) They were constantly bantering each other, swearing in Punjabi ( I am African but I speak their language) they probably didn’t realise I could understand them, using racial slur towards me as there is no black people eating sushi. I wouldn’t step a food into this place. I still think the food was nice but the Indians working there should have a hard look in the mirror

Only used DROP OFF MY FAMILY AND EXPECTED BARRIER PAYMENT ON VC EXIT SO HAD TO GO ROUND ONE WAY AGAIN AND RETURN TO TRY AND PAY . I phoned 2 numbers on the signage but unable to pay as I DO NOT KNOW THE PHONETIC ALPHABET WHICH WAS UNREASONABLE REQUEST. WHEN I RETURNED HOME TO CANTERBURY KENT 2 Hours Later I phoned again and the VOICE RECOGNITION WAS VERY POOR FOR MY PURE ENGLISH ACCENT AND TOOK 9 MINUTES WHICH IS A DISGRACE . OLD PEOPLE DO NOT ALL USE INTERNET PAYMENTS ETC AND SHOULD NOT BE BULLIED INTO RIGID RULES TO SUIT YOU AT A PUBLIC AIRPORT DROP OFF SPACE .

What a pleasant surprise to get a good sushi experience at the Heathrow airport. We had our lunch before our flight and we enjoyed ever bow creation. They have a good mix of hot and cold Also must try the firecracker dishes and the teriyaki dishes Food was flavorful The prices for quantity could be better valued but we enjoyed the experience They also have alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages Our server Rish was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't receive service. What kind of service do I need? A three-point plate weighs 6-7 pounds. Ottogi flavor with a curry menu that never fails There was food residue in the cup and they asked me to pay, but I told another employee because I had finished my work and didn't come. How on earth did you survive?

Great sushi at T3 in Heathrow. The food is extremely fine, with really friendly service. The “assembly line” is original and actually typical for the type of food. You pay according to the color of the plate, the pricing is fair, but not exactly cheap. The space is a bit tight.

Japanese food is not standardized so it is hard to make it right. This place, the noodle is wong for ramen. So I think they don't even care, as long as there is good business. Teriyaki chicken noodle can be spicy and a noodle soup! That's against my belief... Don't expect sushi chef will make his hand clod to cop up with the expected temperature of sushi. Some Japanese food are fast food, but there are still technologies on how to choose noodle, how to cook.

Good food. One of our dish was very good, and the other was okey. The restaurant was nice except the loud Asian EDM-music that was mixed in with ”normal” songs. Only complaint there. The service was good and the server XXXXX was nice. What I didn’t like was that we felt very pressured to write a review before we paid. We got a QR-code to scan that we first didn’t understand what it was for. But it was to here, to sign a review. He was standing behind and looked while we should write a review. He made sure that we plublished before he have us the card reader to pay the bill. He even had a note how to spell is name so we didn’t missed it. Reviews should be optional and not pressured in to. That’s why the low rating.

Such a friendly and fun place. Experienced it with my 10 and 15 yr old and they absolutely loved it. Taste is perfect for Indian/ Asian taste bud. Huge variety of food including tons of vegetarian options. Potions look small but actually is very filling.

Came in on a slow day with very little people, wanted a table but it was reserved for minimum 3 person - as we only was two people we got only option to sit on the line with bar stoles - i explained that i got a bad back problem after surgery, but still the lady up front refused me. Embarrasing situation. Also the lady up front was wearing a singlet at a sushi bar, extremely unprofessional and unappetizing.

Avoid at all! Food served in a very small portion, not fresh, as u can see in the pic😅Fired thing not even bigger than my hand! Ramen should be spicy, but not spicy at all, and have worst taste, just like Instant noodles. Oh the service is also bad too, can u believe that I was seated by a person who I don’t know, all because I came here alone, and once they gave me categories, they put two pairs of chopsticks together, tissues and plant as well…… so embarrassing…. Avoid at all, read the comments before you came, and take care of your wallet!

Obviously terribly overpriced and the 10% obligatory service charge on top of that adds to the “very little food” for “very high price” experience. For this skyrocket prices you would think one would be able to spare some money to pay to their workers. Also, please, wash the plastic tea cups properly, they are very stained, it doesn’t add to the experience.

It seems Indian cook, they don't eat fish, so how do they know how fish taste like, you cannot cook japanese rice like Jasmine, different water and cook time. Staffs are slow and it seems questioning themselves why they are working there. Ramen had salmon chunks, never had Ramen had salmon chunks in it. Save your money, I mean it is fastfood sushi. But not cheap tion either.

I just ate at Yo in T3, the service was super quick, the food was amazing as always ( I had sumo fries, pepper squid and takoyaki) all arrived within 10 mins of of being seated. The chef Ricardo was efficient, tidy and organised. Elza was a great assistance.

Overall: ★★★☆☆ Food: Pub Food Overall a very respectable three stars. Why only three stars? The main dining room was quite cold. Then the potential issue over switching out fries and the bread which meant a drop which I believe is totally fair in the circumstances. The saving grace being the ladies service were both very, very nice. I think one of them had to be the manager. What I liked: • Very good service • Food served reasonably quickly • No issues with sampling any of the wines before buying • Fish and chips were good. Probably would have preferred more than a thimble sized portion of the mushy peas though and a few more fries. What I didn't like: • Being told the chef would need to be 'consulted' to see if it was ok to switch out chunky chips for fries on the fish and chips. • The 'sourdough' and 'whipped butter' leaves a lot to be desired. (See the photos) Essentially a couple of slices of normal bread and some butter in a 2oz sauce pot for £5! Do I recommend going? YES Will I go again? YES Was it good value? YES Price point: $$
