Convenient high street location, good shelter during wet London, upstairs has more seating spaces with high st views

I recently visited Costa Coffee and was incredibly disappointed with the service and quality of coffee. Firstly, the barista with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant from the start.Moreover, the coffee itself was far from satisfactory. It was not only poorly prepared but also tasted disgusting. It lacked the rich flavor and quality that one would expect from a renowned coffee chain like Costa.Overall, my experience at Costa Coffee was a letdown, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant coffee experience with good service. Costa needs to improve both its customer service standards and the quality of its coffee to regain trust and loyalty from customers.

The coffee came half of the cup and the driver didn’t deliver it at our door he left it outside the building

I ordered a medium coffee with 2 shots inside and the barista brung a large coffee and half of the large coffee filled to the brim with water.

I felt an amazing experience with atmosphere because of the lady she is working there. She’s very nice and kind. She warmly and kindly welcomed me and my friend and patiently helped me to order my desired coffee..Her name is Nayana🌸 Without respectful reception, the best and most expensive food will not be hearty. The coffee tasted good and was hot enough. Everything was clean and tidy, especially the toilet, which was kept very clean.

They ran out of tea! Absolutely useless

I got the completely wrong food order, the restaurant didn’t call me to let them know that some of the items were not available and my drink didn’t come

Hot chocolate was out of this world. Extremely tasty.

Baps were burnt , hot chocolate was spilled I didn’t even taste the Caramel and chocolate sprinkles. Not happy

Ordered two strawberry mint Iced tea. Only one person making the drinks and one person on the till. The person on the till seemed new and was standing there awkwardly whilst her colleague was struggling to make drinks. Had no customer service skills and was abrupt with the way she spoke. Took about 15 minutes for two iced teas and we were the first in the queue.

I placed my order and was then called by the shop and told they only had 1 of the 3 items I ordered. As I did not like anything else they had I was told they would send the item they had and request a refund for me and this does not appear to have been done yet. I would like to get my money back

Never will visit again... Ordered large cappuccino to take away. So much froth rather than coffee. After consuming I became very unwell... Stomach cramps and vomitting!!! Was obviously something bad in milk. Service left a lot to be desired too,took over 10 mins to order when there were only myself and one other person waiting, The staff seemed very confused with what they were doing and pricing! Spent 15 mins getting a coffee to go. Madness... Avoid at all cost.the two women who were serving us seemed more intrested in the male customers that were half way upstairs yet still in conversation.. Alot of flirting and cheesy stuff whilst waiting. So is it a coffee shop or meeting/dating place??

We ordered 2 salted caramel drinks and asked to not have coffee in them as i we don’t like coffee and they both had coffee in them. The strawberry lemonade was missing strawberry pieces like it’s supposed to have.

Worst staff I have ever come across no manners whatsoever took payment before checking that they had the item in stock which they hadn’t and no apology always a number of men taking up the tables outside for hours on end with one coffee very uncomfortable to walk past never going again

Great delivery driver. Restaurant gave me a random chocolate brownie instead of the vegan rocky road brownie. Just give a refund if you don’t have it in stock. I can’t eat dairy... bit annoying

Every time I go in this branch, I feel so welcomed by the staff. No matter how busy it is, I never wait more than 5 minutes for my coffee! The Algerian lady that works there makes the best cortados and lattes. Other staff are good too. If you love Costa don’t go to the one on the bottom of the high road opposite primark! They are the worse!!!

They misunderstood me when asked for medium size coffee and charged a mini size. Once I told them I had asked me a mini they treated me like I was trying to rob them the difference in price. They were extremely rude. They never offer me to pay the difference and get the medium size.

I am so tired of being awfully treated and insulted by the staff of this branch. Today the Blonde Short haired probably from Romênia staff has treated me horribly. She wasn’t afraid to insult me because she forgot to charge me for a bottled water. She basically told me not to speak on the phone when I was ordering in a very insulting way. She called me names basically and was out of control behind the bar. I have been here many times. Never had a decent or gentle treatment. Basic human decency. But today it was the worse. She didn’t only said very rude things but she told me her name and told me I could complain to whoever I wanted and nothing would happen. So I think the Costa Cafe administration must know about this appalling behaviour for a looooong time and they do nothing about it. There must be no proper training for the staff and no consequences for insulting clients on their faces. I am not talking about horrible punishments. I understand that working with the public is really difficult because I do it myself. But the anger and the rudeness I have been treated with was out of limits. As a matter of fact I will not only stop coming to this branch but I will not consume any Costa coffe produtos anymore. And I will tell about this to my friends and family. I even may elaborate and create a hashtag I don’t know. It is not fair that I get in a shop. Willing to spend my money and being very nice to everyone (that’s my nature I almost never engage in discussions l) and to be treated like that. I will stop consuming anything on Costa because I understand that the liability for the staff misbehave is the COMPANIE’s fault. If it has been like that for so long it is because they don’t care about us costumers. Shame there is not a Pret A Manger in Kilburn high Road. I always get treated really well. With a good morning and a smile.

Small but nice coffee and you can sit upstairs and watch Kilburn High Street go by; religious nutters to the left, bike thieves to the right.

Comfortable place...peaceful and quiet.

Compare to Starbucks very low quality

The quality of the coffee was ok but the staff was extremely rude with all the costumes, especially the blonde lady behind the full. She found hard to find items on the till screen and She also spoke with us and other people in the queue very rudely. Honestly This Is not her job!!!!

stopped for coffee with my wife at an outside table and enjoyed great coffee and people watching on Kilburn High road.Will certainly be visiting again.

This great artists is always at this Costa and I just have to share it, great free marketing strategy and the staff are friendly and welcoming environment for a meeting.

Fine store but very slow and intermittent internet

The noisiest clean up I've ever heard. The woman was bashing tables and what sounded like sand-papering the floor upstairs for the last 30 minutes of opening hours this Saturday. The least relaxing coffee shop around.

Great cafe in Kilburn!! The upstairs is really clean and cozy and the WiFi is fairly fast. Recommended 👌

Went there two months ago and it was the best staff ever these girls were super nice and friendly and hard working. I couldn't find the page of that costa in the internet back then but kept In mind I had to tell the world I never was treated so well before in London cafes

They do good coffee, but the chai latte is not as good as some of their competitors.

Caffetteria carina, con un caffè si può stare quanto si vuole anche a lavorare con il PC. Il cappuccino è molto buono, si può scegliere di aromatizzarlo con cacao e cannella.

Costa è una catena di Bar molto interessante! Trovo ottimo il loro modo di preparare il caffè; fanno un cortado buonissimo! L'ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante! Classico posto dove si può venire per fare quattro chiacchiere con gli amici o leggere e studiare se non lo si vuole fare a casa! I prezzi non sono quelli dei bar italiani ma qui ci puoi passare ore intere se vuoi! Consigliato!!!!

Excellent friendly and efficient staff. Now busy with the closure of Caffe Nero further along the High Road. Coffee is the best of the chain coffee houses. One gripe. Too many people with laptops hogging tables seemingly for hours on end. Cheaper (assuming they buy a coffee..not all do!) than an internet cafe.
