Costa Coffee in Waltham Forest

Just popped in my local Tesco and always have my Costa coffee there. I always sit at the back to avoid the shopping noise and then a lovely sitting there as so much peace. Was 3.30om peak time Saturday 2nd of November and a lady working there called Indre refused me sitting there as she said “she needs to clean the floor there as they will be closing soon”I ask what time they close she said 6.30pm. 3 hours still left and closed the back. Was very upsetting so I just walk out.

I have eaten here twice this month and both times the food was barely edible, the service is poor.The gentleman serving is very attentive to young attractive women, which I'm not one of, and very dismissive of the rest of us. This week he forgot my toastie as he was very busy discussing ice and fruit with the young girl behind me. I certainly won't be stopping here again, I will save my money and have my treat at home.

Super rude staff. One staff was listening to a conversation of two customers and the other staff turned their back to us to fiddle around with some boxes (not even unpacking them) My friend is very soft spoken so when she ordered and the staff didn't understand her they gave a rude 'What?' Overall just not inviting at all.

Great customer service and they have a game that you can play and win a free coffee ☕️

I went to pick up some food with too goo too go, and I went a bit in late cause I went at the wrong costa. But Angel the guy at counter when I arrived was very lovely and help me to sort it out! Thank you so much :)

Rude staff who get order wrong and waiting to be served while they're having a conversation and turn the blame on you for not been patient. And he has the cheek to say are regulars come first.

I had to stop at the Costa inside Tesco at Leytostone to feed my daughter. I was served by a lady and she was nice but I was very impressed at how nice, warm and polite the young man was to all customers, specially to the elderly. Everyone knew him and he knew everyone. He obviously has a loyal clientele. It's rare to find such a nice customer care. Please, do not change!!

When you order the exact same drink as the customer before you, but the server offers them chocolate sprinkles on top but they don't bother to ask you, they just put that lid on and give you the drink. You tend to notice little things like that as every Costa I go to ask you this question before giving you a hot chocolate, therefore I can only conclude it was just this individual on this Sunday. It was the first and last time I go to that place, if the person doesn't like you for whatever reason just do your job. Two stars for customer service, I'm sure they are very nice and accommodating to everybody else, just not me I guess. No thanks I'll pass on this place.

Staff had really poor customer service. The woman serving me today said I was lying about what I’d ordered. Would not recommend !!!

It is so nice to be back at Costa Coffee at such a long absence I enjoy myself today in the now I had a meeting cappuccino and lemon muffin cake that cost £5.10p Costa Coffee in Leytonstone inside Tesco superstore and can't wait to come back again and enjoy the atmosphere of relaxing and chilled out with good coffee's 😎 and can't wait for Christmas now twentytwentyone

Staff aren't very friendly and won't serve you if you're going in near closing time. Machines would be more space, cost, and time efficient. They would also probably be more polite.

The lady (I might have misheard but her name was katiana) provided excellent customer service today. She was very swift whilst meeting every customer query. She have a very polite and lovely nature, and is generally a great all-rounder. Also, my coffee was delicious! Have a lovely Easter and thank you!

Really a good choice to have coffee after stressful shopping.. Great service by Tatiana always..I usually go there after shopping and always excillent..it's really worth it and will go again and again..

One of few shops opened at the off motorway services. Excellent customer service.

Love this cafe, always come here instead on the High Road, staff is very nice, great service and always best quality drinks. Absolutely recommend it.

Too stingy with chocolate sprinkles and had to ask for tissues too and given one tissue. I asked for half a tissue more and I wonder why the staff was looking at me dirty

It's like any other Costa, really nice, but they almost never have full fat milk (blue top).

Great Chai Latte! I get one almost every day from this branch.

I drink alot of Costa coffee. But by far, hands down the mint choc chip frostino made at this branch, especially.by the manager is always spot on. I travel from ilford all the way to leytonstone just to buy it. Well done to all.

Good coffee, quick service and friendly staff members.

Nice place but bit too much noise from the checkouts directly next to it to make it a regular choice...but high on the list for a takeout
