Nice simple place and they helped with dietary requirements, thanks to Uzair for helping with that.

Ordered food from this place. Pizza delivered by Uber Eats. Arrived in record time. However the Uber driver then handed me an EMPTY PIZZA BOX, followed by a CRUMPLED HALF CRUSHED PIZZA in his HANDS. This is unacceptable. Whether pizza hut packed the pizza poorly or the Uber driver allowed the box to be crushed to the point the pizza completely slipped out of the box… This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Absolutely worst experience!! Staff didn’t care about anything, no knowledge of offers that differ from online, and are very moody, not friendly or helpful!! To add to the service, I ordered a large Spicy beef pizza, and a large Pepperoni pizza. I got FOOD POISONING!! Seriously don’t buy from here!!

This was terrible service wrong order not one person at front desk phone was just ringing ringing all drivers and customers waiting manager has said I will get a refund so we’re see I understand mistakes happen but there rectifying it and then the rest of the order is going cold 45 minutes I waited and it was a collection shocking

We waited for 20 minutes in the reception to order no one was coming out to take the order.. At last on of the member came and said we are busy and then went again we wasted around 40 minutes to order and then 20 minutes for pizza .Which is really disappointing.

Please tell your driver that ringing a doorbell after midnight is not a good idea. I would rather they called my phone

Pizza hut please do something about this place it used to be so good and clean now everything is a mess not even the workers are not clean once I saw a mouse entering the store come on When you have to order I have to scream hello anybody there why don’t you renovate the place make a window so they see the customers. I been to other Pizza Hut and they are so nice please do something and even the workers they dirty and I don’t to be rude but at least washed ur self and the clothes that you are working

more than an hour for cookie dough that just needs to be heated??? the cookie dough was grainy and felt like i was just munching on pure sugar and ice cream was melted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. There is always issues with the orders, but today was the last straw for me. I ordered 1 pizza and an ice cream at 11:45 am, it is now 3:20 pm (over 3 hours), and it still hasn't arrived. I have no way of contacting the store as they claim that their phone is broken. I contacted their customer support, who said they couldn't get in contact with them either, so there is nothing they can do except email them and hope that they reply. Customer support said I cannot get a refund till they can contact the store. I understand that sometimes there are things outside of their control which may lead to a late delivery, but I think it is unacceptable to leave someone waiting for over 3 hours with no attempt to contact them and let them know of any delays. I don't normally write reviews (especially not bad ones), but I don't want any one else making the same mistake as me as now I am sitting here with no pizza AND no refund. : (

man this place is really bad, worst pizza hut I been, if you order two pizzas one will be half burn or dry, one will have less cheese. I guess the person that works there hates there job.

Some joke! I ordered a pizza. Waiting time 30-40 minutes, after an hour and a half the status - in the oven (it was still in the oven for over an hour), I called the pizzeria 6 times and no one answered. I decided to buy food elsewhere. After 2.5 hours I received the order I expected. After no contact, I sent an official email for a refund without expecting food. The only thing was that I was ignored.

I paid £2 extra for my pizza and they deliver the wrong one I called them they said they need the order number I order online I didn't find the order number the pizza tastes like card board

Absolutely disappointed! Spent £27 on this!. If I had known this is what I would be getting I would have never one to Pizza Hut. Taste awful, burnt edges, horrible texture and no flavour!. I have had better gluten/dairy free pizzas!. Avoid going here if that’s what you want!.

Ordered a collection and went to pick up but there was noone there. Waited 10 mins, including calling out, ringing the doorbell again and calling the store but no-one came. Finally some other customers arrived and between us called out loud enough to get someone's attention. No sorry or anything when someone finally turned up and our pizza was cold.

Firstly I ate at the restaurant later I go for take away, both the times i found the pizza same Fresh, Hygienic, Tasty and crispy. I’m loving it 🥰

Got some of my items not present at delivery, had to wait another hour to get the rest of the order. Oh and the delivery guy couldn’t locate my street and my door but clearly on Google maps.

The deliver driver didn't know what our order was, stood outside for 10 minutes having to confirm everything, which meant the food turned cold. The seal on our pizza box was open, our wedges box was sealed. Delivery driver so so rude refused to give us our bottle of pepsi and our dips were missing. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered a collection a couple of times recently and both times no one was there when I went to collect it. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out even though I could hear voices from the kitchen, and the pizza was barely warm by the time I got it.

following an order for delivery which was prepared by Walthamstow Pizza Hut 106 High Street, London E17 7JY. On 25th August 2023 I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with jalapeños, green chilli, minced beef and ham. However, shortly after consuming the food, I started experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including vomiting and diarrhoea. This was incredibly distressing and has greatly impacted my health and well-being. Obviously the food had to be thrown away immediately, my husband and I have had stomach pains all last night and the best part of the day with vomiting and diarrhoea which has only ceased in the past hour. I informed Pizza Hut and they’ve responded stating: “ the sample checks show the products we cooked as being up to temperature (74+ degrees C) before we served it, and there were no other concerns highlighted by the team. I’m sorry we’ve been unable to help you understand why you may have experienced these symptoms.” Highly disappointed I was refunded and we’ve spent the whole bank holiday weekend poorly cause their staff do not wash their hands. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!

It was the 1st time to order from here. They obeyed the instruction which I provided and came on time. The food was okay as I selected gluten free crush otherwise everything was good.

Is second time when we ordered pizza and it never arrived to our adres even though website said it was delivered. Today service was totally disrespectful. Definitely last time when we ordered from this restaurant and I would never recommend to anyone.
