I popped in to Walthamstow branch and we were served by krishna who was very helpful welcome and very pleasant to order with.

Pizza hut please do something about this place it used to be so good and clean now everything is a mess not even the workers are not clean once I saw a mouse entering the store come on When you have to order I have to scream hello anybody there why don’t you renovate the place make a window so they see the customers. I been to other Pizza Hut and they are so nice please do something and even the workers they dirty and I don’t to be rude but at least washed ur self and the clothes that you are working

more than an hour for cookie dough that just needs to be heated??? the cookie dough was grainy and felt like i was just munching on pure sugar and ice cream was melted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. There is always issues with the orders, but today was the last straw for me. I ordered 1 pizza and an ice cream at 11:45 am, it is now 3:20 pm (over 3 hours), and it still hasn't arrived. I have no way of contacting the store as they claim that their phone is broken. I contacted their customer support, who said they couldn't get in contact with them either, so there is nothing they can do except email them and hope that they reply. Customer support said I cannot get a refund till they can contact the store. I understand that sometimes there are things outside of their control which may lead to a late delivery, but I think it is unacceptable to leave someone waiting for over 3 hours with no attempt to contact them and let them know of any delays. I don't normally write reviews (especially not bad ones), but I don't want any one else making the same mistake as me as now I am sitting here with no pizza AND no refund. : (

Currently writing this review from the front of the store after calling out for at least 5 minutes and being ignored by the staff. I even phoned them and they hung up on me. Thought this place was back on track but apparently not. Avoid collection from here.

man this place is really bad, worst pizza hut I been, if you order two pizzas one will be half burn or dry, one will have less cheese. I guess the person that works there hates there job.

Some joke! I ordered a pizza. Waiting time 30-40 minutes, after an hour and a half the status - in the oven (it was still in the oven for over an hour), I called the pizzeria 6 times and no one answered. I decided to buy food elsewhere. After 2.5 hours I received the order I expected. After no contact, I sent an official email for a refund without expecting food. The only thing was that I was ignored.

I paid £2 extra for my pizza and they deliver the wrong one I called them they said they need the order number I order online I didn't find the order number the pizza tastes like card board

Absolutely disappointed! Spent £27 on this!. If I had known this is what I would be getting I would have never one to Pizza Hut. Taste awful, burnt edges, horrible texture and no flavour!. I have had better gluten/dairy free pizzas!. Avoid going here if that’s what you want!.

I order pizza @6:20pm and order came 8:06pm estimated deliver was 7:00 to 7:10 It’s very bad service! No one answer the call when we try contact them. Didn’t get refund.

Ordered a collection and went to pick up but there was noone there. Waited 10 mins, including calling out, ringing the doorbell again and calling the store but no-one came. Finally some other customers arrived and between us called out loud enough to get someone's attention. No sorry or anything when someone finally turned up and our pizza was cold.

Firstly I ate at the restaurant later I go for take away, both the times i found the pizza same Fresh, Hygienic, Tasty and crispy. I’m loving it 🥰

Got some of my items not present at delivery, had to wait another hour to get the rest of the order. Oh and the delivery guy couldn’t locate my street and my door but clearly on Google maps.

The deliver driver didn't know what our order was, stood outside for 10 minutes having to confirm everything, which meant the food turned cold. The seal on our pizza box was open, our wedges box was sealed. Delivery driver so so rude refused to give us our bottle of pepsi and our dips were missing. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered a collection a couple of times recently and both times no one was there when I went to collect it. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out even though I could hear voices from the kitchen, and the pizza was barely warm by the time I got it.

following an order for delivery which was prepared by Walthamstow Pizza Hut 106 High Street, London E17 7JY. On 25th August 2023 I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with jalapeños, green chilli, minced beef and ham. However, shortly after consuming the food, I started experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning, including vomiting and diarrhoea. This was incredibly distressing and has greatly impacted my health and well-being. Obviously the food had to be thrown away immediately, my husband and I have had stomach pains all last night and the best part of the day with vomiting and diarrhoea which has only ceased in the past hour. I informed Pizza Hut and they’ve responded stating: “ the sample checks show the products we cooked as being up to temperature (74+ degrees C) before we served it, and there were no other concerns highlighted by the team. I’m sorry we’ve been unable to help you understand why you may have experienced these symptoms.” Highly disappointed I was refunded and we’ve spent the whole bank holiday weekend poorly cause their staff do not wash their hands. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I phone them several time to order pizzas but no one pick up the phone.I went in person to order.I was waiting at the counter desk for more than 10 minute no no one attended me. Food came late and cold! No sauces too! I am not happy at all! I am aware they charge for specific sauces! But usually the garlic one is always included !

I did order meal for my birthday, the Oder for£54.94 . When I go and collected the food , asked some sources (only 6 ) they were charged me £3.96 for 4 dips.. I aked for receipts they took newly 10 minutes while my pizza's on front desk.. my pizza box still big hole for the dip! But I still asked for dip they were not give as! If any other staff serve me I can understood but manager served me. Very disappointed customer service skills..

The pizza topping was dry and not fresh at all. There is no cheese at all. The crust was not cook well. It seemed someone untrained made it. I was a big fan of pizza hurt but now I am not gonna order online.

Hi, I waited for at least 30 minutes longer than the estimated time I was given from just eat. I attempted to contact restaurant no answer, tried just eat and the call was hanged up. Your app was saying my food was delivered which wasn’t and the payment was taken but not even an update on my order. Eventually I managed to speak to the restaurant to hear my order was at least another 20 minutes. So really from the time I placed the order at 20.15, so far still no food delivered. To say disappointed by the poor services is the least to describe.

I'm not likely to leave a bad review but this business needs to learn about work. First no one was behind the counter and I had to shout "Hello" 10 times before being answered "I'm coming" after 5 minutes more no one came and I just left. not coming back to try. hospitality is a serious thing people with no experience thinks that everyone can do it but is not like that.

It's a takeaway place like a chinese takeaway. But staff takes ever so long to attend or prepare your order. Most of customers complain about service and timings. Seriously if it's not Pizza Hut place it would have been definitely closed.

Flat mate ordered food for delivery, waited an hour and a half and then ended up coming down to collect it himself. When he arrived food still wasn't ready, it's a joke of a store

Never pick up the phone. Somehow, I already know that if my order is late ,I'm not going to get it, and it is impossible to speak with someone about this. Is it like nobody is working there.

I would like to put a complaint in about my order today. I ordered 1 margarita and one vegetarian supreme. In my email confirmation it stated supreme. It didn’t state meat or vegetarian. It just said supreme. How will I know the order is wrong if it is not clear on the email for me to chase and change. I have spent over £40 on a meal, when me and partner did not eat as there was not enough food for the full family to eat. Only my 3 children ate the vegetarian pizza. When placing the order it did not state it would take more than 1hr to deliver the pizza. It state 30-40 mins which was not true. The pizza arrived cold. When I called the store manager at Walthamstow (Mr Ali Ahmed) he was not helpful at all. I ask if I could order a replacement and he said it would take 2 hours to deliver. He was trying to not get me to order. This is not acceptable. I would like a full refund on my order today.

Id give it -5 if I could, my family and I ordered pizza with 5 cookie doughs, total cost was £50. When it arrived no ice creams with cookie dough, and 1 cookie dough was even missing. We called Pizza Hut the people there kept blaming the delivery guy whilst the delivery guy was blaming the people working at Pizza Hut etc. so unorganised didn’t even refund for the missing cookie dough and ice cream, the pizza was also cooked unwell etc, tasted awful. very disappointed and so over priced for horrible service will never be ordering again. Not the first time this Pizza Hut delivered missing food, have had this problem before too.

Friendly service and the pizza 🍕 was great enjoyed it. We'll guys keep up the great work
