Great value for money !!! The place was lively and had a cosy vibe to it probably one of the best cafes in the area. The staff are very welcoming and help out when they can without hesitation . If any one should go there they should definitely try the hot chocolate. O melhor dos melhores

I love my local Costa, staff are so friendly and there's nothing better than your order being remembered. I can come on with my kids or on my own to work and know that all is good. My only issue is that sometimes they do not have oat milk. I don't feel it's acceptable for a chain this big to not have everything available on its menu. Food I understand, like a muffin running out, but not milk, especially when people have so many intolerances these days

I am diabetic and heavily pregnant. In order to use their toilet I had to buy something. I ordered an Americano. It was cold. Awful service.

Very friendly and efficient service; adequate seating inside, wi-fi and toilet available. This Costa is opposite the clock tower at the end of the Norwood Junction station approach road.

They dont know how to make a frappe correctly. Overload of syrup. Ordered from her and south norwood costa staff clearly have no brain since they wouldnt even close the cup correctly leaving It to spill everywhere. It was absoloutley disgusting and im going to request a chargeback.

Great coffee like every other costa.

Not a huge Costa fan anyway but needed the toilet and had to buy something to use it. Coffee wasn't great and it had a chaotic atmosphere.

Unquestionably, the best Costa coffee shop in London. The baristas are so friendly, professional and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place where to relax and read this Costa coffee shop would be the best. They have the best coffee available and some fresh baked foods as well. The ambiance of this Costa Coffee shop is so relaxing and the staffs are highly capable. Amazing duty manager and deputy manager as well as great Baristas. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. I am definitely rating them a five-star for everything that they provide. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and delivering excellent customer service!

Staff always very friendly. Only downside is temperature of drinks. My latte is usually far too hot while todays babycino was just ambient

Great coffee as always. I sometimes stop at petrol stations on the motorway to get costa coffee as is the same as the one in their coffee shops. Delicious.

They were almost closed but served us and don't mind sitting inside to finish our coffee. Costa Coffee at this place is awesome and very very suitable as I was looking for Costa from 3 miles.

The staff have zero training and are incredibly rude and racist. Workers swear and curse towards customers one even told me to “ask my mother” absolutely zero professionalism DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Situated on the inner perimeter of Centrale shopping centre it is somewhat busier & more conspicuous that most Costas. Still great for a quick coffee & chat.

NO wifi and very bad internet connection. Wifi has been broken and not fixed for ages. If you are looking for a cafe which can provide wifi or even just for you to use your own internet, you should go somewhere else.

i love drinking coffe at costa but today i experienced it for the first time here. very bad preparation. Staff have no experience in preparing drinks. I think the staff here should be retrained on how to prepare

When I saw that a costa opened on my road I was so excited but unfortunately the service and product I've received on countless occasions have been disappointing to say the least, thus branch is letting down such an established company the staff either need re training on how to make the drinks or need to hire a complete new workforce, I've ordered ice tea's from here and I've walked out with a warm drink, asked for a frostio everywhere else I get crunchy caramel on top here I've had to ask and then get the dirties when I do, I've asked for Christmas tea and I get a normal tea that tasted like water, come here on a hot day and they have "no ice" (in the morning), I've received rude service and and nice service but the drinks are just not to the standard of COSTA.

I had a delicious frothy cappuccino on Saturady afternoon, really italian style that I like so much. I feel at home when I enjoy this place, especially because the emplyees are always supportive with customers and smiling, while they work fast the orders. I highly recommend it.

The chocolate drink was very luke warm and near cold. On a cold day I was expecting something hotter to keep me warm.

Staff very unprofessional . I really love Costa coffee and their food/drinks but the staff here needs some really good manners training . I don’t come here often as I choose to go to Costa in Crystal Palace ( closed for good now , and that’s a shame , because the staff here was really good and professional ) or the one in Penge and Sydenham ( inside next branch) .

Service was ok but only a few options for a meal. Altogether, your average Costa experience.

I was so excited when Costa decided to open a new branch in my area. As a BIGGGGGG fan I did my own promotion of the stores new location and opening date with friend, family and neighbours. After a few time of visiting the store and receiving excellent service i move out of the area I visited onec after to have a catch up with family, I was surprisingly disappointed with the service and the quality of things that I had purchased but decided to turn a blind eye as this has never happened until today smh. When I walked in I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me for at least 3-4 minutes after one of three said morning I waited a further 3 minutes to be served bearing in mind I was one of two customer I asked for hot chocolate with marshmellows and cream he made it with out the cream and when I corrected him he huffed and poured half out filled it with cream which made it overflow as there was marshmallows underneath then stuck a lid on top which made the side all dirty and just wipe with tissue paper which stuck to the sides and then changed me and exter pound for his messy art work £8.20 in total im so p-ed of because I just wanted to bring my son a treat in bed as its been a crazy few months. I should have brought chocolate marshmallows and cream and made it myself and I would have had change left over **********Shame on you Costa **********

Quiet and peaceful. One of my favourite Costa's to visit. Lattes are hot as opposed to lukewarm in other places.

6months pregnant and I asked if I could use the toilet. The answer was no you have to be a customer. Can't stand and order while I'm desperate to use the toilet. Felt very upset

Amazing service and the baristas are super friendly. Drinks are well made and well presented and the shop is cared for always remaining clean and tidy. Stock is refilled often and there is a lot of variety to drool at!

A nice small cafe with friendly staff.

Chaotic. Took 10 minutes to get my coffee and muffin behind two other small orders. They were more interested in chatting with the delivery driver than getting orders out. It took both of them to make a frappacino and then they succeeded in crashing into each other and covering one of them in my coffee. If you've got plenty of time and want a cabaret with foreplay thrown in, this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you have a train to catch, forget it.

Standard Costa Coffee offer so you know what you get. Friendly staff, and the quiet area at the back is a good space to do a bit of work with lots of electrical/usb plugs etc.

the worst Costa I have ate and drank in and the same time tried to use the Wi-Fi. Awful connection for 2018 and such a large co-operation. A member of staff agreed it is bad! Worse than dial up days...
