Costa Coffee in Bromley

Order was fine. However, I noticed that the receipt only showed the items ordered/delivered. I also paid a delivery fee 49p, £1.46 service charge plus a £2.00 tip. Not showing on my paper receipt. WHY NOT? I have to ask. A bit underhanded maybe?

Calm atmosphere, l go 3 times a week and l love it.

Great place to stop for a coffee and a nice bit of cake, nice treat.

Very friendly staff and good quality coffee and food. Clean environment. Good comfortable seating. Toilet facilities include a disabled toilet.

Beckenham s unofficial Co-working cafe! Yes it's a bit dreary but - at least in the morning - most people are on laptops.

Lovely place. Good coffee, welcoming staff, decent Wi Fi! I'm a regular customer and have been coming to this place for months now to have a bit of a time for myself and work. I wish more food options were available for vegans, other than that a very nice place to visit!

This costa has fast service. Ordered a vanilla coconut latte and did not wait that long for my order. The staff are very friendly.

Delivered on time. Everything there. Delivery person polite. Costas could maybe improve the food a bit. Quite expensive for the quality you get. But okay for something quick and convenient.

original time was 3 and it just kept being pushed back and back. hot chocolates were not hot, had to warm them up in the microwave

The staff are always lovely whenever I come to this Costa, but today in particular I was a bit clumsy and spilt my drink. Mary was so polite and helpful, she made my embarrassing moment significantly less embarrassing which I’m grateful for 🙏🏼

Staff slowwwww needs a refit instore.

He never even delivered my order!! He spilt all the coffee, so sat outside for 10 mins cleaning his bag. Then said he’d delivered my order!!!

Really like this place to hang out with some of my gym friends especially when we are +5 persons The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is good and it is always very warm.

Food missing and drinks missing for some reason it took 25 mins to do a 10 min journey.

The woman serving us was very rude and impolitely demanded that we stopped laughing. I have no idea what her issue was with us but she was very unpleasant to be around

Recently had to go Gluten Free and Costa lacks variety for this. Price increases have impacted how often I visit now. On long walks I tend to tale my own drink and only visit when catching up with friends.

I had a amazing service today at Costa, I had a young lady called Maja and she made my latte so good I was really thinking of going for a round 2 :) the place was really clean and everything felt so smooth. It was a really nice atmosphere.

to day i was looking for a really nice coffee place until i came across costa in Beckenham, it was a really nice, clean and quite atmosphere and the drinks was on point. i had a really kind service for a lady called maja and i was really felt welcomed. really recommend it.

The food is lovely, with some great staff. Sometimes a tad dirty, though.

toilet has been out of service for months; raised issue with manager who just found it amusing. worthless individual, shouldn't be in the job. it's not a laughing matter, a lot of people have medical issues or other vulnerabilities whereby they might require a toilet. basic human need.

Everything delivered on time. Delivery person courteous. Coffees nice and hot. Food could be a bit hotter but okay. Would order from them again.

They greeted me with warm smiles, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured that my order was prepared just the way I liked it. Their attentive and welcoming nature made my visit to Costa Coffee a delightful one. I appreciate their dedication to providing excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend stopping by this location to experience their wonderful service firsthand. Lovely iced cappuccino....friendly staff

My brioche poached egg and bacon roll was missing the egg and the roll was burnt. Tried to upload photo but no email dress very difficult to contact Just Eat no email or phone no sent refund request to them on website but cannot upload photo.

So far, the best Costa I've ever been to. Mind you, we go here often with my son. One of the employees knows our oder by heart. The other one today got 5 stars from my son for making his hot chocolate rather warm and not hot, and for having extra marshmallows. 🥰

Nice coffee, good service, table was very dirty and no matter how many times I wiped it it wasn't clean, floor was not clean either but I arrived towards closing time so this might explain it.

I’d say it’s your usual Costa coffee but it’s above average. The tables and floors were clean. There was an issue with the toilet so we couldn’t use it I’m afraid but these things happen all the time. It’s also at a very central area and it’s quite big (lots of sitting space).

This order was not packaged properly so all the drinks we ordered leaked. Furthermore, we had ordered different types of drinks and none of them were labelled so it took a while to work out which drink was which. Highly disappointed with today’s service

Really friendly staff, the service was very quick. Ordered an espresso which tasted very nice, lots of places to sit inside, very spacious. The food is just the usual Costa fayre but still pretty good. Can't knock it for a fast and decent coffee.

Coffee luke warm. Dirty trays of food etc not cleared up. Not impressed

Love it here, Staff are great! Helpful, attentive and work really well together. Toilets could do with abit more attention.

This is a nice Costa branch. Plenty of seating. Barista that served us was good a her job and friendly. Coffee is your typical Costa so not bad.

Poor alternative of a Brie and bacon panini. Came with one slice of bread toasted the other not and no bacon.

Toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Or checked more often.

We attended on Saturday 27th Nov morning and ordered 3 coffees. We did wait quite a while because there seemed to be confusion between the 2 staff and we ended up with 2 wrong drinks

Usually I have a great experience with Costa however I bought four cappuccinos around 7:30 in the morning on 20th of May bit disappointed all four of them were half-full and it was mostly foam milk and it's not what I expect from Costa it's just wasn't the usual standard I am used too. Being a coffee expert I expected my coffee to be more perfect. Although the attitude of the staff were great they're very friendly just on this occasion the coffee wasn't good enough.

There was a que building out the door and she was alone to serve! Appreciated the kindness at that time of day.... makes all the difference.

the coconut latte is ffffff cracked. The rest of the menu is a bit naff. The staff are quite hit and miss but when they hit they hit hard!

Staff wearing mask under chin or as a headband-so not good enough. Those customers not wearing mask and not social distancing are putting other people at risk.

Staff on their phones too often... And consequently not clearing and CLEANING tables often enough. Local Daisy Grey much better.

Generic, faintly grotty high street coffee shop (no sugar/napkins on the counter, tut tut) that might have earned a better score if the young chap with the short curly hair could take his eyes away from the pretty young women long enough to make a drink or two.

Coffee was a good but closing hours on the Web are incorrect.... Closes at 5pm not 5:30. It shouldn't be hard to get that right

Staff are always friendly and coffee is always good, can't fault this. However they do need to clean tables a bit more frequently. Three members of staff discussing which chores they are doing at closing time (5 hours time) while customers are bringing up trays of dirty crockery. One member of staff actually gave a customer a dirty look when he put the tray on the counter. At least 8 tables sitting empty with dirty crockery at the moment.
