Hello Please take serious action My fiance was there for coffee as he is going daily for the coffee and he has costa app so today he used that point as suggested by manager But that rude lady(manager) take that another way and tell all the staff about not serve myfiancce As you can understand there is no any mistake or misbehave done by him How can that manager lady ban him no any clue for this behaviour I have to take serious action against her And also area manage have to come and watch her for this she also denied for free coffee and give by herself so how can she do like this in my back This is really ridiculous experience

Fuken amazing a Barista named Bartholomewwing took my order and he rizzed me with his flatahite making skills that i couldnt gandle the teztured milk also when i went into the toiler i found q giant brown lochness monster it was crawling out. Of the toilet and it started to chant skme wild racial slurs it was crazy but the overall it was amazing i recommend

Completely the wrong order. I ordered a large cappuccino with oat milk and a cinnamon bun. I received a hot chocolate. Really not happy

First visit to this Costa. Very very helpful young lady who advised me what to get. Busy Costa for a bank hol Monday.

I spent a couple of hours working here. Fantastic service, nice wrap and a great place to get a few bits done!

Service is terrible at this branch, I came to the counter with food and the female server just looked at me and didn’t say a word I then asked for a coffee and got the same response, silence. She took my payment and I was served, not a word uttered. Awful service.

Today I went too costa coffee in Balham I was in next person for service the guy he will do service it’s Absolutely very rude with me just because I have Palestinian mask he told by hand go too wait in the Q even I was in the Q and I am next person for service when he said next I was asking for 2 coffee nicely he said £7/50 I said it’s ok thank you after that I said too hem can I say something too you he said go for it I say please can you do Customer service be nice and friendly with everyone and he open the tell give me back my money and he says get out if I will call the police and I say ok call them I will wait until when they arrive and he told the police he doesn’t wanna go the officer the talk too me I was explaining for them they say please take Easy go somewhere too get coffee the guy working in Balham it’s one skinny and told bold and very selfish and Absolutely idiot

The hot chocolate was 2/3 full. The salted caramel chocolate cake is not the slice of cake I was expecting so the picture on Just Eat is misleading. If I knew it was a slab I wouldn't have ordered and on top of that it didn't taste as nice as the slices costs usually have.

The food was very cold! I ordered a ham and cheese TOASTIE there was no cheese inside! They clearly have made the food before the driver got there! You can not warm up toast again!

This coffee shop is a nightmare. One person only behind the counter. Wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your coffee ready with only 3 people waiting. Not great at all

Friday 13th January 2023 1:55pm I’ve just had for first time the worse experience of my life at the Streatham Costa Coffee. Poor service and awful service by this guy. And because I recommend to change his job if he didn’t like this one he told me to shut up or leave the place, he even burned the previous customer sandwich and the other employee had to re-do another one. I didn’t catch this person’s name but with the photo, time and date you can review it on your work time schedule. I hope the manager can do something about. And for this guy, If you’re struggling or having a bad time, got to the restroom and take some time off and deal with it, but is not my or any other customers’ fault so me/us don’t have to pay for it, receiving bad services.

Main road costa,go-to now brixton branch has permanently closed. Staff could be a little quicker and more attentive,always have to re-re-repeat orders in there.

Visited on Tuesday. Has a welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately the table we sat at had the residues of the last patron. 😕 W e only had hot drinks.

One of the coffees was spilled. There was one ginger cookie missing.

I did some mistake because i didn't know that was someone before me on the queue when i realised that i apologise the Marie from costa and the person was waiting and I offered if i could pay a drink to her. Marie from coast made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated with her reaction and i said i just want a good customer service experience that i didn't have from her, because her expression and reaction even I apologise the next person in the queue. Everything was going okay because when I arrived the table was with leftover from the last customer, but the guy came to clean that was very nice from him and he offered a cup She can't hinder your work

Estimated delivery 10:11. Turned up at 10:40. Called me at 10:20 and then hung up the phone when i asked where he was. I was watching him on the map moving around nowhere near my address. Its very easy to find. Now cold coffee and cold food.

Slow service. Just over 10 minutes on a Cortado. Walked out after paying and seeing the barista pour some of the drink away before trying to serve it to me. I paid to not drink the drink someone was about to serve... And I'm happy.

Not good experience, staff so slow

…this is my local Costa, and it seems every time I go inside there’s always something who goes wrong, either by they don’t have the “goods” to work with or they do things wrongly. Always ask for small hot chocolate in a take away cup not so hot,sorry but that’s the way I like it, all other Costa’s can do it for me no problem. This one they allways give me my drink in a stay inside cup a super hot, most of the times they don’t have marshmallows,and like today I asked for toast,and the asnwer is,”only next week” This looks like bad management,even if is not the same bread,I would like if they went the extra mile,they could went to a local bread shop purchased some bread,and at least we would have some toast. I love Costa but this branch “streatham” have lots to improve.

Great selection of pastries and danishes, quick service with a smile and comfortable seating.

Costa (particularly this one) seems to be completely focused on just eat, deliveroo orders. The people queuing were completely forgotten as they prepped online orders. Not a great experience here at all

Ordered a vegan panini due to allergies to dairy but was sent a Mozzarella panini instead, however, the receipt still stated the vegan panini and no note or eating to say they had sent a dairy panini instead. Please always check your food and the restaurant weren't even aware of what they had done.

Someone that works in the Streatham Costa makes the order wrong everytime, something is always missing from my order, you begin to think its not by accident.

I always order from here but I never get the points card to collect my points, I am a loyal customer and I have ordered plenty of times expecting to get the points card and I never do!!!

Costa usually wrap the order in clingfilm - not sure why they didn’t today!

Staff in Streatham high road are always polite and friendly they do an amazing job.

My coffee was trashed in the drivers storage box, and then he dropped what was left. I was refunded with no fuss, I would rather have the coffee.

One Hazelnut latte was spilled in driver bag. Why its has become so difficult to do refunds.

One server on a Saturday morning - are you joking Costa?? there's a line of 6 customers and I'm number 7. Hire another bloody server and stop trying to make your money back from covid shut downs!

Apart from the wait for service and uncleared tables, the coffee was deliciously perfect and the cakes tasted delicious (I had five cakes)

So, to be clear I don't really write reviews unless i'm going to give a 5* rating. However, when I do decide to write a review it's likely because of excellent service received or really bad service received. In this case it's really bad service received! Popped into Costa Streatham to do some work today, met at the till by this short, somalian\ethiopian girl who simply should NOT BE SERVING the public! I was greeted by this miserable girl who then became rude (face gestures and all) because I asked for my coffee in a take-a-way cup. When she took my hard earned money (which btw is paying her salary) then proceeded to make my coffee, she became even more put out! Why? Because I asked for a sprinkle of chocolate on my cuppacino! I mean how dare I give her more work!!! I thanked her for the coffee and commented on her non-existent warm, lovely smile...this had no effect! The lady behind me, witnessing everything, looked on with fear in her eyes, clearly not relishing the thought of being served by this girl! We all have a bad day, but there is no excuse for her behaviour! To the Manager of Costa Streatham....is this the new face of Costa Streatham??

The two young ladies that worked on Sat 19th March were absolutely phenomenal. They had many costumers to deal with, even more orders to fulfil and equipment that at times let them down, however they remained professional and efficient. Great job!!!

BAGEL CAME WITH NO EGG! Can you believe it, and they forgot two Toasties, I literally paid £20 for a Ice Latte. WORST SERVICE EVER. DONT ORDER FROM HERE GUYS. This is the 3rd time out of 6 orders they do this to me! The STAFF WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Costa in Streatham is really good. It seems to be popular with people on the go and those who like their coffee slow and chatty. A good place to sit whilst the world goes by.

The toilet is out of order for more than two weeks now. I am diabetic and I need toilet frequently. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible otherwise customers will go else where.

Very fast and easy order, tofflor penny late tastes amazing and enjoyed my toastie very much! Will deffo be using just eat again, fast and effectiant service :)

The customer service is good, and I enjoyed my usual hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. However, I couldn't help but notice that this Costa Coffee is smaller than other Costa Coffee shops, with fewer tables. Maybe they still have social distancing in mind; if so, not a problem, you can relax without having a stranger too close to you.
