I have been coming to this costa For sometime I stop by for a coffee and a biscuit with my little child and for more than months they still haven’t got the baby toilets fixed it’s so unprofessional that the national company can’t get call out to fix the toilet

Staff service makes the difference. Came to this Costa after leaving the very unclean 3 Southwark location. Definitely better location and the staff are great.

Good place to sit have a good cappuccino or a coffee as you like it (Americano, espresso, latte, etc.). They have breakfast choices, sandwiches and bakery goodies.

Not my favourite coffee shop but I do stop occasionally as it’s on my way to work. I believe the coffee and promotion scheme with subscription that Pret does works better

Ordered a caramel latte the syrup was almost empty so the barrista took the pump lid off the bottle and poured the little syrup that was left in the bottle into the latte glass only about half the normal volume I could hardly taste the caramel and had to add 3 sugars to sweeten the coffee also cinnamon bun was extremely dry.

Experience was being good, i was on fone catching up with friends, till an E.European guy with longish hair and wearing his jeans around his butt and "clevage" and underwear on show showed up. He pretented to pwn the place telling me to pipe it down, that scares of a young black boy, but when another black lad turned up speaking on fone he and his mate left.Basically, they are couple of guys who would Not be rude to White guys but instead ask politely, but because Im brown skined they think they can talk how they want to me! the staff didnt intervene, such Racist customers should not be allowed in!

This Costa has seen me everyday. I've had every drink on their Festive menu 😋.

Don't take reusable cups here, ordered a medium coffee and they filled my 14oz cup barely half full. When I mentioned I ordered a medium they simply said it was. I even poured it into one of their medium cups to show them so they filled it with cold water. Will avoid on principle now.

We were visiting Tate Modern and we're beginning to despair of finding a cafe at 8.30am We were pleased to find this Costa with friendly staff and plenty of space.

On Saturday the 13th of Feb in the morning, the Baristas were not wearing masks.

Large Black Americans with ice blocks spot on! The decade hazelnut latte very nice. Offered food and very quick and efficient service. Great job and thank you 🙏

Love all Costas. You know what you are going to get. Only variance is the staff. Most are very friendly and helpful.

Visited at around 1 PM and it wasn't too busy - managed to get a table quite easily. Coffee was great, staff were perfectly lovely and, in a surprising development, the toilets were clean

Came here for hot chocolate, a bit diluted.
