Very good quality and excellent service

the manager grace is very polite and 10/10 service, my son has special needs and wasn’t sure what he wanted and she was very helpful and patient, drinks very amazing as well as the food thank you.

Not great been there a few times have to ask for spoons knifes had a burnt t cake will not be back

Not to bad the cookie dough frappe is very bland and the caramel frappe is also blend the chocolate frappe is the best one to get and the hot chocolate

Really busy on Saturday morning with only 4 staff on duty, all under pressure to clear the queue. Helpful and friendly staff

Did not listen to order then instead of making a fresh drink which she said she was going to do just scooped the light swirl off the top and put proper cream on top, not very happy when I went in and said I wasn't happy she made a fresh one

It's still new, so clean. Staff are young but in my personal opinion work better than most as a team, so queues go down quickly, especially on match days or events as stadium. In general costa food selection hasn't changed regarding quality, but sweet tooth customers, most selection has moved towards looking like mass production. Rather than before the pandemic, some pastries and cakes looked homemade

On this visit, only ordered drinks. Service was good, no fussing or waiting about. Can't really say much more.

There were half a dozen people working there but they were closing at 12:30 for no obvious reason, didn’t have any large cups for takeaway (offered 2 small cups instead) 🤦‍♂️ I was taking a sausage roll away and the girl cut it in half so difficult to remove from the takeaway package to eat as it fell apart inside as I tried to grab it. If you pay peanuts you get…..😝

Staff huffing and puffing because they had a customer 40 mins before closing.

Poor customer service. It's a lovely venue, clean, light and airy. Then coffee is of good quality. However, I have been several times now and each time I'm practically ignored at the counter. This afternoon, one member of staff rudely called out from the door for me to leave (closing time) . I suggest some staff training on how to treat customers as human beings with respect and manners. Next time I'll be going to the cafe at South Bristol leisure centre.

Have been several times to drive thought, USUALLY everything is good, polite staff and such. Today Sunday 11th, arrived just after 7am. It was closed, then a red car zoomed past? A member of staff got out. Then a mature couple (60+) arrived and we're stood outside, it was cold and the air was wet... I looked in and seen a couple of people inside, went across road to garage, as thought it terrible that they should be open, and to not say least let those people sit inside, but kept them waiting? Left at 07.11. People just don't seem to care anymore. Just found it so rude they didn't let the couple in to sit down. Apart from that, usually the staff are polite and ask if I want more 🤣🤭🤣

It's got plenty of seating, the staff are polite and quick in relation to how busy it gets but it's along a main road and there isn't much atmosphere. Facilities are horrible in the afternoon..but that's on the public!

Very nice place the staff was very friendly and hardworking. The drink I ordered was made quite quickly and it looked lovely.

I am a regular customer of this costa but i have to say in the past several weeks going here the staff and customer service has gone way down hill. I think staff need to wear hearing aids to listen to what the customer order especially through the drive thru. 4 times this wk iv used the drive thru and each time iv had the either no syrup put in or the wrong syrup put in, iv let it go so on the 5th time of them getting it wrong i went back into the shop to tell them because im sick if paying for something and not actually getting what i ordered!! Costa coffee costs enough as it is. Come on costa sort out your staff !!! Staff didn't even apologise! Terrible service .

Ordered coffee on the Costa app and tried collecting it in the drive thru just to be told you're not allowed to collect your order in the drive thru. We were told to go inside and argued with the staff it wasn't a just eat or uber eats order it was on the costa app and after arguing with them for 5 minutes about this they finally started making our coffee the staff stayed rude with us despite having this problem before and they told us then they were wrong. One of the girls slammed our drinks on the counter with a sarcastic comment and had no apology after for their mess up. This costa is an absolute shambles and will never come here again

I regularly visit this store before and after work for a light bite to eat and coffee. The staff are always pleasant, and the food and drinks are always fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice cup of coffee.

Absolute shambles of a place! Waiting 20 minutes for 1 x coffee and 1 x hot chocolate with no explanation. Seen two people slam their food down on the counter and then just walk out as they were waiting so long to try and pay, without even being acknowledged. Rude staff all just giving eachother dirty looks and throwing their arms around. Totally embarrassing to be honest and so unprofessional! Will never ever step foot in the place again. If I could give no stars I would!

arrived 15 minutes after opening time (6:15 AM). Looked as to be only the one worker inside. Others arrived, none looked to be setting up that quickly. Still sat outside at 6:42. Poor service, just want me drink before football.

Coffee lovers a must visit, chris and nicole are very friendly staff , hot chocolates are huge and the lattes are awesome . Toasties are lovely and hot very clean for a costa and spacious. Toilets are cleanest of all the costas ive visited 5****,

Seems like the staff had an argument as there was a tense feeling in the air and they were slamming items everywhere. The coffee and food was nice, a little bit pricey but you pay for the quality.

Usual Costa set up and food, but let down by slow server, couldn't find skinny milk, then couldn't find scissors to cut the milk bag, forgot my panini in the oven, came nicely charred. Even a colleague raised her eyebrows at her. Service very slow and not that busy either.

Just tried claiming a free birthday treat from the app that offered me but the girl in the window would not give me anything and looked at me like I'm stupid.

Staff moral very low, wait time lengthy. Coffee OK, air con was a plus. Apparently this outlet is being dogged by anti social behaviour can definitely sympathise with that, hopefully conditions will improve for customers and staff

"can I have a mango bubble frape please". They give me the wrong drink. "sorry this is the wrong drink" Eye roll and a blunt comment of park up and we'll make that one" Young girl, big lashes. Customer service = zero I pull up and they bring the drink out. Forget our food. I ask for the food and I recieve "oh yeah" no apology, nothing. That was a young guy. We had to go in and get the toadies cut and get napkins. Actually some of the worst customer I've ever recieved.

Best Costa in Bristol. Expensive coffee and food but the M&S sandwiches are excellent

This is in a great location we walk the dog and stop to sit outside to have a hot chocolate but today myself and a colleague stopped for a quick lunch between meetings. Sandwiches were fresh and our coffees were made to perfection.

We had been sent from the Costa at another centre who were closing early so had not been in this one before. Friendly staff, usual Costa menu, comfortable seats. Had coffee and cake with my elderly mother and we felt very relaxed .

Nice place to chill with a cuppa

It's a brand-new Costa Drive through but they seem to currently have major staffing issues so don't expect it to be open at the times it says it is, or to be able sit in because they've gone for Drive through only. The staff they do have are friendly and can make good cups of coffee, but the unreliability of the closing times is very off-putting After a few months now they have settled down but the closing times are a bit erratic still. I'd say up to 5pm is safe l, 6pm is taking a massive risk.

Rubbish don't even bother going probably shut always is whenever we go but they keep the drive open for people with cars only so no luck if you don't drive. Staff are rude and make up excuses to shut all the time . Oh were understaffed. Oh we had antisocial behaviour here. Oh we got no cream. Always something with this place. The workers here are lazy and just can't be asked to stay open so shut super early all the time no point in even having this Costa here. I wonder if the ones higher up who own Costa know they do this 🤔 Also I have been a loyal Costa customer for years.. so much that the previous Costa in imperial knew my orders as soon as I walked in.. this hengrove one would've been convenient for closeness if it actually stayed open and had polite staff

I always go in, rather than drive through, cos I always want a wee. Too much info? Despite being busy, they know their customers. My coffee is always made for me when I reach the counter. Can you visit too much?

30mins wait in a queue just to order

It looks amazing, and the staff seem to be very friendly to. However a decent amount of time I’ve tried going there it’s been closed and it doesn’t have their opening/closing times anywhere quite frustrating honestly.

Never have specials ingredients in stock, always closed earlier than stated. This place is brand new, can't see it lasting long if the staff issue doest get sorted.
