I loved Chopstix until one of the servers had a vegetarian order. She got the serving spoon out the chicken and put it in the vege curry sauce. Obviously not trained in cross contamination

I decided to give this one another chance because my first time was horrible but the second time wasn’t good. This noodle bar is nowhere near as good as the broadmead one. I bought a 2 topping meal deal and the egg fried rice was hard and burnt. The portion sizes of the meat are so stingy compared to broadmead. They actually care about their customers and give them value for money. With the sweet and sour and bbq chicken I was expecting to get all the veggies with it and I didn’t get any! I will continue to support broadmead sorry to say! I didn’t even want to waste my points over here…

First thing I do when get in to town is here, this beat any fast food first choice every time would like one in yate👍

I ordered today and was disgusted at the order. i ordered 15 spring rolls and they were missing, i also got the wrong food asked for sides of salt and pepper potatoes to receive chicken, food was cold average and to top it off im now on the throne every 5 mins. will not be ordering again!

I’ve been visiting Chopstix for lunch in various locations for almost 7 yrs and I think last week will be my last visit. The food quality is great & has its own unique thing going. But the portion sizes are now untenable relative to price, this has been getting worse over time. Last week I had the large which consisted of one small ladle of rice and 8 small pieces (yes 8!!!) of chicken; for nearly £10. The last few times I’ve eaten here I’ve left feeling hungry and ripped off. It’s a real shame. I need to find a new lunchtime haunt!

Given the outburst from their staff as I went past just now, seriously question their professionalism and general manners. Have looked at this place with genuine interest on several occasions but have never actually tried them... definitely won't bother at this point, will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Completely wrong order, refused to pick up the phone, just eat are now not giving me a refund so this is the next best option. If you want your food to just not be correct when it arrives, this is the grub for you!

New favorite place! Very nice service, delicious and fresh food. The place is located in the city center, I appreciate that it was clean and tidy.

I can tell the workers are all nice and friendly. However, the food is literally the worst in my whole life. Especially the fried noodles and fried rice. Please redo your recipe at the company level seriously. Go to China Town and eat any fried rice or noodles you will know the difference.

They are generous with the chicken which also tastes really good but the rice really brings it down as it’s very dry, if the price was lower it would be fine but a little expensive for the quality of food

I ordered the egg fried rice and the caramel chicken, The rice is super dry and you can’t barely find any eggs in it. The caramel chicken is recommended on the menu, but it’s honestly too sweet, you can’t taste anything besides sugar. The staff is nice and the price is affordable, but honestly there are better options within the same price range☹️

Staff kept me waiting while two people did one persons job filling a rice container. Completely blanked me for between five and ten minutes. Was about to walk away when I finally got served - no apology. Food wasn't awful but it definitely wasnt good. Tasted like a cheap ready meal.

The rice is hards and does not look good appearance wise, the curry is too ticket as she was scraping the bottom for us, absolutely disgusting.

Didn't have hardly any of the toppings available. Staff were abrupt verging on rude Told to go to subway to get cutlery !!.....seriously !!

Came in looking for a slightly healthier quick option than usual choice of burgers or meal deals, and it was lovely. I had egg fried rice with caramel, katsu & salt&pepper chicken (+ spring rolls). Very high quality food for the price, flavours had the perfect balance of sweet & spicy and well cooked. The service in particular was great. Served by Katie M & Lewis and they were freindly and helpful, serving me quickly and accomodating for the side order. They seemed positive and engaged (not that we should be expecting people in these sorts of jobs to be all smiles but it's still good). The place has a nice aesthetic and vibe but suffers a little from being in the corner of a food court. Overall a great lunch spot thanks to the staff there :)

Me and my band mates came in yesterday (22/6) after a long day of practice and can honestly say it's some of the best service we've had in a while. Both of the young ladies in the front of the store were very helpful in guiding us through our options and congrats to the chef on making some amazing food 🤤

Had the Sweet and sour chicken, and it went down an absolute treat. Highly recommend it, staff was very friendly and chatty too (Didnt catch her name but had blue hair).

Really enjoyed my food. The caramel chicken and the salt and pepper potatoes are sooo good! I normally go to the chopstix up north where I live so was delighted to come across this branch whilst wandering around Bristol. The staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lemon chicken toppings and spring roll was nice (despite small) however the noodles and katsu was unimpressive with little flavour and poor quality . It was like instant pot noodles and microwave breaded chicken. Considering it cost over £18 for something I couldn't made at home in 5min for £4, I was very disappointed.

Price to quality value is very low. Noodles smells like rubbing alcohol.

Rice was dry, toppings was ok. My daughter seemed to enjoy her noodles although it was pretty off putting seeing a memeber off staff. (The only lady I could see working at the time) come back from her break tobacco pouch in hand walk straight past the sink without washing her hands. And handled a customers food, also not one person is wearing hair nets. And we found a brown hair in my partners food…waste of money

The food is OK, the low rating is for cleanliness, the man who served me had a unkept beard which was loose over the food, it is unhygienic, as we're the trays the food was served on, please wear nets when seving, food the Cardiff branch is much better.

This was the only meal I had yesterday. Today I have food poisoning. It would be nice at lease to get a refund.

Poor customer service by young staff member male member of staff and the manager they all need proper training. Today I went to chopsticks Bristol galleries to buy lunch I was very hungry as I came from the hospital after waiting several hours to eat i decided to get lunch in chopsticks. I ordered my medium meal the noodles was hanging out the box when the staff use her hands to put it back in the box I asked politely please can you change it I was then approached by another member of staff who began to say don’t be so rude she’s new here I said no am not being rude but you can’t touch the food with your hands please exchange it she did exchange it but my experience was very poor I then paid and left thinking about my experience I went back and I asked another member off staff to speak to a manager he refused and told me to clear off I did not get to speak to the manager cause he refused to call her or give me the staff name involved.I recorded my experience as proof I wont be shopping in chopsticks again and the food was not even worth it noddles was tasteless little bit of sides for my money and rude staff members I won’t be supporting this restaurant again …..

Asked for more caramel chicken but was told no . There was ,six pieces in there for 6.50. nice but not value for the money

Very friendly and enthusiastic service, the food is great and I was lucky enough to arrive just as they brought out a fresh batch of Katsu Chicken! I always go for the rice instead of the noodles as personally I think their rice is better but that’s just my personal preference! Great option for lunch when you are out and about in town.

So I came I.n to find the noodles really dry and clearly been sat their for hours , half of the counter was empty , only had limited items selected to pick from , they guy behind the counter was more interested in his phone. The food was rally dry and the chicken was really fatty and dry , one of my favourite place but I won’t be returning

We all waited for a new batch of noodles to be served as what was left in the nearly empty pan was brown and stuck to the bottom. A new batch came and then the staff member started scraping the old stuff, I asked if that was going into the new pan and she rudely said yes as it’s the same batch. I pointed out that it maybe the same cooked batch but the old stuff looks pretty arid and dry. She added it anyway - we had to just walk away. She was extremely rude and mixing the noodles was bad practice.

It was ok. We generally find chopstix a great place for lunch and very tasty however, this branch we found the worst of ones we have used throughout the country. The toppings were good, very tasty and tender yet the vegetable noodles had an unusual taste. Almost like cigarette ash? Strange but staff were very friendly and service was fairly quick so can’t fault them there.

A nice place to just sit and grab some food very quickly. The staff are all lovely, and the food is pretty nice for the price point.

I went on tuesday a few days ago and the service was v slow, the food was taking ages to come out, and the queue was just getting longer and longer, when it came to my turn the staff member looked fed up with me, asking about food options etc...ive been here plenty of times before and know how it works, but he had no patience at all, there really needs to be at least 2 people on the counter, and dont get me started on the tables, so sticky and dirty, i paid alot of money and got a shoddy service. Dont think ill be rushing to come back here any time soon.

We have been visiting this restaurant for the last two years. For the last two months, with the new staff, the opening hours, which are from 11 a.m., are absolutely not being observed. if you ask the staff at 12 o'clock when they open, the answer is I don't know, maybe in half an hour. waiting in line for 30 minutes before they bring you ready-made food is unthinkable, and of course the portions have been halved. We paid £30 for the meal and got small children's portions.

I ordered this via a delivery app and when it arrived the rice was rock solid, inedible and to mention borderline dangerous to teeth and could even cause choking. The rice was clearly under or over cooked and no thought or care was put into place for quality control. Before this experience I adored there food but this has put me off for a while, maybe for life.

I order through Uber eats app and my order didn’t arrived !!! Also I call them and they tell me to order again ,and I will not be charged ,but the charge me again !!!

Horrible service and horrible food. I’ve heard good stuff about this place and eagerly wanted to try it so I visited on a random weekday after lunch time and ordered the egg fried rice with prawn. The box was already so tiny and the server filled it only halfway through, so the portion was very disappointing to start with. When I tasted the food, it was cold and the rice wasn’t even cooked through and it was all hard, chewy and lumpy. I absolutely hate wasting food but I had to throw away about half of it because it was inedible. Absolute waste of £5.75 for that. Would not recommend, and I’m never going back.

I went there for 1st time as it was recommended by one of friend. I bought portions of egg rice with 2 toppings. The chicken I asked wasn't enough so I told her to put other chicken. What I got was only 5 tiny pieces of chicken. When I asked manager if she can put some extra chicken as I was paying for 2toppings,she was rude and refused. She said this is wat you get In a portion. I paid £6.75 for just a box of rice. I left the box of rice on table and walked away. Please avoid this place at any cost.

Ordered online. Food wasn't bad but it wasn't very flavourful and was a bit mushy in texture. Ordered the salt and pepper chicken, kpop bbq chicken, sweet and sour chicken and teriyaki beef but everything looked and tasted the same (like we were just given four pots of sweet and sour). Not bad if you don't feel like cooking but for the price it's probably best to go somewhere else.

Food was great! Myself and kids enjoyed ourselves. Sophie was fantastic in getting our food prepared. Even thou this place is really busy she was calm and manage the queue really well. Thank you and your be seeing us again 😁

Hideous, filthy, no gloves, tables looked like they had never been cleaned. Advised fried rice but clearly steamed. I for one will not be going back

Honestly the worst food I have ever tasted in my life. So bland, cold and tasteless. Had a few bites and it went straight into the bin (and I hate wasting!!). Wait times terrible, staff weren't the best trained (albeit they were swept off their feet, so kudos). Just a complete waste of time and money, let alone disappointing.

First time I've been here in months and it's improved. Wasn't too impressed last time, food was average and staff were unfriendly. Visited the chopstix noodle bar in the galleries shopping centre, I’ve never been to a chopstix noodle bar before, so was unsure on what to order, Sophie who was incredibly helpful, gave me her recommendations and I was super impressed, food was really tasty, will definitely be returning for more.

An absolute disgrace, they send orders with missing items knowing customers can't contact them since their phones don't work and Services like über eats don't give monkeys about it anyway. The staff here is the rudest you will ever come across. I would try a different place.

Tried ordering from uber eats, missed quite a lot of food from our order and the number for the store doesn't connect!!

Nice staff, but place good just for a quick bite and without huge expectations. The toppings were the only good things, the noodles were quite rubbery.

Approached the restaraunt which had pull up signs covering half the entrance but still fully accessible as many people walked in after us. Upon walking up to the counter we were spoken to extremely rudely by a female member of staff who was clearly stressed but gives no rights to speak to customers the way she was. She said were closed for 30 minutes for staff to have a break hence the pull ups there! NOWHERE did it say closed for 30 minutes so how were people suppose to know?? After hearing her speak to multiple customers the same way she did to our group I said to her there is no need to speak to people like that i get you are stressed but its not on and nowhere does it say you are closed so how would people know. To then have the most disgusting response of "get out of my face" this is not customer service and this member of staff is NOT AN ASSET to your team! Will avoid in future. Very rude and very unfriendly.

Brilliant! There are a couple of things I would like to mention as follows - the food is good - hygiene seems well - however it seems to be always very understaffed! There are two girls who I see often at the counter and are lovely to speak with! I come here reasonably often and have noticed a lot of abuse they get from customers for things out of there control. It is clear it’s quite a stressful atmosphere but they are polite nevertheless. Do not agree with reviews here at all! If anything, the staff deserve a medal for the amount the seem to have to put up with!!

We went this place on the way back to London. We usually eat Chopsticks(Stratford, London) and normally like their food.. we are totally disappointed by the service and food quality here.. the two girls who severed was totally horrible.. Chopstick need to care staffs training. They don’t know how to talk with customers, they are totally rude..

Young lady has very poor service

Went to this place recently. In all fairness, the food was delicious but the staff were complete divs. All very young counter staff , deeply unhelpful and not accommodating in any way. They all looked like they just didn't want to be there and wanted the customers there even less. Keep the chef, ditch the current females. Hopeless.
