The taste and service are good. The place is very small. There is no seating in the hall, only limited tables on the sidewalk

Too busy stocking the shelf to serve me, so i went to Starbucks instead. Full shelves must be more important than money....

Not your average Costa! It’s a small one but clean and very quick service. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Coffees are good too. Just be aware there are a lot of ‘homeless beggars’ at the front and I wouldn’t advise helping them. As they practically force customers to buying or giving them change.

Absolutely dirty! Croissant and au pain chocolate has fleas buzzing on them and when I reported it to the baristas they were least bothered! I just bought a hot chocolate (17:44, Sunday 24/09/23) and it’s NOT HOT. The place is not clean at all. Absolutely absolutely disappointed.

After I drank a mocha coffee on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 6:45 p.m., my stomach began to hurt and I had diarrhea that continued until the second day of Sunday, and it spoiled my weekend. These symptoms only come from food poisoning or lack of hygiene. The matter must be investigated and the necessary measures taken

CASHLESS. Rated appropriately for this. Without the choice of being able to use cash or anonimity with how you pay, you will not a choice soon enough. Also the location of this Costa is not where it shows on Google maps. It's the other side of the road and is tiny with no inside seating. The barrista is very nice though

Costa marble arch is worth the visit, will definitely visit again just because of SEVILAY and her damn good hot chocolate, she is such a nice girl. If you’re around must try costa hot chocolate with extra whip cream.❤️❤️

Two ladies made my day yesterday 11.05.23, Leticia and Sevillar. They were always smiling and asking me about my preferences, which shows that they care about their customers. They are the best team I've ever seen. Their communication between them is excellent.

Friendly and helpful baristas. Although the web site and the sign in the window indicates that there is seating inside, this is just a small outlet on the corner of Portman Street and Bryanston Street, with seating outside only.

Leticia and Andrea always provide a 5* service with a smile and always make my day when I go and visit them for my daily coffee break. They are stars and I couldn’t recommend them more! X

Franchise of Costa coffee. They usually lacks some drinks or add-ons. Belongs to the Hotel beside it. They only have outside seating area. Costa app works but gift cards.

One of the worst experience ever , staff was extremely rude and impolite. They speak them language basically I asked 3 times a coffee and she was outside smoking cigarette , she took while to come back and she didn’t even wash her hand . Small of the cigarettes was awful and even apologised. I will never ever Come back to this place again . Tell them to wash them hand when they smoke and do not do it on front of the customer .

Hey there !! Not the first time but it’s always like that , pop up at the store at 7:20 and the machine wasn’t ready to serve coffee . The lady got a bad altitude, rude and impolite . For god sake your don’t want to see this faces in my morning days . I will never come back again .

The Costa points never work at this store they always lie and say machine broken , staff r rude . They need to get the Costa points working so we can collect when buying drinks

One of the worst costa coffee ever in london. they were good before. recently they are going worst and worst. the shop is a mess, staff definitely doesn't know what to do, plus they are rude to almost everyone. I stopped going there after yesterday.

They have let go some real good staff lately.

Yesterday, I had two lovely baristas who were extremely friendly. I would recommend people to come to this location because the coffee was outstanding. The worker with the curly hair and her colleague were really sweet.

Ordered a mint choc chip frosty, they made the drink I had a sip and it tasted sour.. so I had few more sips to make sure it's not me. I went back to the cafe told the them that my drink is off. The silly girl asked me how do I know lol which is a silly question! Then i had the mix race lady saying it's not there fault. And yes it is there fault .. they should check the items before using it. She finally made me the drink, however she put caramel powder on top of my drink which it doesnt come with it. It was a simple drink I wanted and this hassle.. rude staff, unprofessional. So disappointed!

I'm marking down this place because everytime I stop by for a coffee there's something wrong happening: My till is not working, the milk machine is not working, ... literally everytime. I work cross the street from this place and everyone in my office has the same opinion. Luckily Pret a manger is around the corner.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Coffee is weak, recommend asking for an extra shot when ordering any latte.

My personal favorite is a Mocha Cortado, thank me later.
