The best pizza hut in London without a doubt, all the staff super friendly and very clean, very good and cheap atmosphere, I recommend it 100%!

Very good high- and low-crust pizza (I've been there twice). A big plus is the cheese, which is wrapped around the edges, but it's scored and rolled up, so you eat even more visually. A large pizza around £30 for a couple is enough. Very nice service every time. The toilet has WiFi, too. I highly recommend it

It's a shame that service is now a QR code on a table. Dont get me wrong it's a shame for no interaction but also nice for no interrupting. All in all , a pizza hut, it's what it says on the tin lol

Arrived with my family around 5:30 . Waiting around 25 minutes till I was eventually approached by a member of the pizza hut team . Eventually was seated . Pizza was ordered and sides were ordered . Wife and I very disappointed and definitely wasn't worth the 25 minutes wait . Pizza was extremely dry and the crust was burnt. Garlic bread was rock hard and wasn't touched at all . Spoke to the manager who said he would offer a discount of a few pounds. Definitely won't be visiting pizza hut Piccadilly circus again . A trip to forget and definitely wasn't worth what I paid !!

Made to wait outside with a baby when only 5 tables downstairs were filled, whole of upstairs empty and unused, pizza dough raw, only 5 mozzarella sticks for £8, cooking oil needs changing, place is filthy, salad fresh though and restocked. Little guy who showed us to our table looked run off his feet yet wasn’t doing much annd was rude, didn’t hold door when I came through with pram which is a squeeze and place was empty, lady who served us was lovely and helpful. Cookie dough burnt to bottom of incredibly shallow dish. Loaded chicken thing tasted old and I’ll probably be sick later.

The atmosphere is good, the place relatively clean. Only the toilet was a bit dirty and didn't have toilet paper. The food was really good, exactly what I was hoping for. And the waitress was on another level! She was really kind, funny, and even offered us her student discount cause she forgot to bring us the Mac 'n' cheese. A truly great place.

Really this restaurant is not need business we gone the stuff was rude and no body is answering properly I was there before the stuff was nice now days it’s not good so I am not happy with this service

Great Pizza Hut smack in the center of Piccadilly Circus. We had an amazing experience. The food was great but the staff was awesome. They service was great but our waitress went above and beyond and lended us her mobile charger! The tables have 2 power outlets and USB ports to charge our phones and after a whole day touring London we much needed to charge both our energy with their great pizza and also our much needed mobiles!

Wow! What a service. First time visiting this restaurant in the area as we were looking to have some food we didn't regret. Very nice gentleman ChirayuV who went above and beyond to provide us with super quality service, very polite, attentive with a positive attitude through out the whole service. Truly made our day.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Pizza Hut Piccadilly Circus. The staff here have zero customer service skills and made me feel completely unwelcome. I was asked to move tables without any explanation, and the whole interaction was so rude and unprofessional that I ended up leaving the place altogether. If you’re thinking of visiting, don’t! The staff clearly don’t care about their customers, and the atmosphere is anything but inviting. Avoid this place at all costs!

Pizza is nice, the restaurant is tidy and clean with friendly staff but they can not keep up with demand for pizza buffet, I would go to a different location if you want buffet

Their service is excellent and the food is delicious.. Their honesty is high. We forgot our bag with valuable items in it and we came back and they handed us it full of items.

The one star is only for the manager running the shop on the 22nd at noon. We came in and there was a very helpful guy that took our order and coordinated our group really well. Once we placed the order the manager kicked us out of the shop and let us stand in the rain until we could collect our order. We went back in to ask if we could potentially sit inside until the order is ready and again the polite guy that initially took our order came over to help us find a place to sit. While he was doing this the manager came over, interrupted him and and told us to wait outside with a really bad attitude even if the shop was practically half empty. I understand people might have a bad day but when you spend around 80 pounds you expect at least the bare minimum, kicking people out, that's ok, but at least don't have the attitude like we came to give you a headache. I think the attitude of the waiter was may more managerial than the manager herself and I would suggest someone speaks to her about customer service.

I did not receive the order and they mentioned that it was delivered. I paid almost 33 pound I want a refund.

I went to this restaurant for dinner on the evening of August 11, 2024, and ordered a pizza for more than £16, and the salad was all-you-can-eat. The person in charge of placing orders was the host of the restaurant, Chirayu Vyas. After eating the salad, I was over 20 Minutes later, the pizza hadn't been delivered yet, so I asked about the host's situation, and he said to go to the kitchen to find out. After waiting for another ten minutes, there was still no news. I saw the late arrivals at the next table and the pizzas they ordered were all served. So I asked the host again, and he said that the pizza we ordered was missing from the kitchen, and Manger , Isnrat also knew about this, and in order to compensate us, he exempted us from paying for the meal. We all found out after we finished the meal, which really made us feel bad. Their service attitude is really worthy of praise.

Pizzeria has a menu with unlimited pizza, unlimited salad and unlimited drinks.

Pizza was good but the salad bar was horrible.

The all-inclusive buffet is a very good option, including unlimited drinks, salads, pasta, pizzas and ice cream for dessert.

Ordered goat cheese pizza, it tasted super bad. They filled the whole pizza with caramelised onions. The manager wasn’t friendly enough to exchange it for better. Got food poisoning because of that. The ladies toilet was really dirty and stinky. Never ever returning here. Wasted £30.

A great meal and served by wonderful staff who even offered us a free pizza and ice cream after they felt one of our pizzas didn’t look up to the standard they felt happy to serve when dropping it off at our table. Speedy service which was ideal as we were heading to the theatre after the meal. We were served by Chinayu and Mariyam and they were both very attentive and thoughtful. Definitely recommend!

This particular branch was not neat and tidy as well there were little pieces on the floor and also the staff was quite rude. I was also denied from having water by one of the pizza hut representative which is insane.

Me and my Granddaughter were well looked after by a very polite and friendly young English lad with exceptional service and an impeccable attitude. Didn’t take his name but I remember he said he was a Westham fan when we spoke about football.

Not enough space had to stand a long time to get a decent space salad bar. was a disappointment the pizza was tasteless list the server were moving about aimlessly, not fulfilling orders on time. My name is Sol Leverick, last week I went to Pizza Hut in Colliers Wood, London. The all-you-can-eat buffet was brilliant and I loved the different types of pizza they had like pepperoni and Hawaiian. Though I wish they had chicken wings as part of the buffet like I originally thought they were, but then I guess you can't always have everything.

The best thing is the location. Facilities old, toilets just acceptable. The pizza was good.

Last time I went to pizza hut was down 'the strand' in 1996 (closed down long ago now), I got food poisoning. Never went back to pizza hut. So I have my apprehension. But with friends, they wanted to go; I thought ok, I'll give it a go. Different branch, attentive staff, food served quickly, nice pizzas. A lot has changed in the intervening years.

It was ver nice, we ordered online but it wouldnt let us pay so we had to go through the waiter taking our order and paying instead, there was plenty food and it was nicely cooked.
