Pizza Hut in City of London, Westminster

It was ver nice, we ordered online but it wouldnt let us pay so we had to go through the waiter taking our order and paying instead, there was plenty food and it was nicely cooked.

Nice place but custom pizza added tomato paste base when asked for none.

Delicious pizza served in a pan. Friendly staff, due to their mistake they even offered us two pizzas.

Sehr unfreundlich, wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht willkommen. Die Dame am Empfang war selten unfreundlich und Wörter wie danke, bitte oder Ähnliches gehören wohl nicht zu ihrem Wortschatz.

I don't think I've ever heard of margherita pizza with the edge spread with garlic.

Very expensive for what you got

We ate from the buffet. The selection of pizzas is sparse. The salad bar is a bit monotonous. In terms of taste, I would say hunger drives it in 😅

I order pizza on today 13.10pm still I'm waiting my order 😩 now 1 hour i call the pizza hut 12 times no response me (Still kitchen my order 1 hour )

I recently visited Pizza Hut (on Regent Street, London) and unfortunately, the experience was tainted by the rude/unpleasant behavior of the manager on duty. On entering the restaurant, me and my friend were greeted by the manager who had a dismissive attitude and lacked basic courtesy. Furthermore, the manager exhibited the same behaviour with another family with 2 little kids. I hope that Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service training, especially for management staff.

Very nice pizza menu. Drinks at our will. All kinds of ice tea and coke + Pepsi. I confirm that this is really a place suitable for children, adults... enjoy your meal

I like pizza and I like to chat, and Pizza Hut at Piccadilly’s offered me both. The manager was open to talk a bit, and was worried I would not like the pizza since I am from Italy. If food is made well, who cares about tradition, right? Pizza was great, it was different from Italy and I loved it for it. If I wanted Italian style pizza I’d have stayed home. Ordered a nice 11” thin margherita! Thanks for having me, I’ll be back again hopefully!

Generally good place. We ordered the buffet online, unfortunately it was just when the offer ended. This meaning that the buffet was not refilled. To compensate, they made an entire pizza for my son alone as he only likes one kind of pizza.

Food was hot and replenished constantly. Salad bar was full and a good range of options. Easy to order via the QR code and start straight away. The buffet lunch was great value. Thank you

Typical Pizza Hut but great view

Not that good, not that bad. In my case we ordered de buffet, without letting us know about the small amount of pizza types that it includes.

Their Hot ‘N’ Spicy Veggie thin was awesome. From salads to pizzas everything was good, however atmosphere could be better and bigger it was too small.

Food quality is very low, service also.

Will not visit here again; tasteless pizza, slow service. At the table next to us, the waitress spilt a bottle of water all over somebody's shopping and handbag. There are better places to eat than here.

Nice place to eat. We went with the kids prior to going to the theatre. It's relatively expensive for what you get, but the service was good and quick.

We visited as a family after a matinee show on Saturday, the staff were very friendly and quick to serve us and helpful with our questions, the food was hot and tasty. We accidently left a small bag behind, we sent a message online and they found it and very kindly posted it back to us, great service!

They did a pretty good job handling all the holiday crowds. Doesn't really taste like American pizza hut, but it's not bad. Also for some reason pizza comes with fries "chips" as a side.

Pretty standard pizza Hut but with a great view over Piccadilly Circus. You order online through your phone scanning a code on the table. The staff is not really there, it was a slow night, almost completely empty but we had to wait for a manager to be seated.

Het zat vol, maar we mochten alvast op de trap wachten en de kaart bekijken. Op de tafel staat een QR code waarmee je kunt bestellen èn betalen. Je kiest zelf welke noden je wilt. Je kunt onbeperkt gebruik maken van de saladebar. Hierdoor lopen er wel constant mensen langs. Personeel zegt weinig, misschien vanwege de drukte. Het eten was prima.

We had the buffet. It was nice some of the pizzas were in the wrong places so they wasn't labelled correctly and it seemed to take a bit if time to re stock. The salad bar was clean just some of the food had landed in other pots. The table was clean but the floor was filthy. The head waitress was quite rude. I would recommed the BBQ pizza. I would say this pizza hut is probably one of the better ones around London.

Pizza Hut Piccadilly Circus staff member " indian" extremely rude and a disgusting display of no customer service what so ever. Clearly like to push customers around and does not like to be questioned on his basic etiquette.

Immediate access to salad bar after ordering so hungry kids didn't have to wait, though the food arrived quickly too. Very kind kid-friendly staff and options to order both with QR code and in person. And yummy pizza of course, not the cheapest but well worth it in our opinion.

Das Essen war gut und der Selforder war sehr leicht und praktisch! Konnten somit sehr viel Zeit sparen, weil wir nicht auf einen Kellner warten müssten.

The staff ruin the experience of eating there! The female waitress seating everyone at the doors is rude and vile. She lacks any knowledge of customer service. If Pizza Hut wasn’t a known food outlet, people would not be visiting this venue due to the terrible customer service and incompetence of the staff! The female employee at the door, you should be ashamed of yourself and should be sacked for not treating your customers in a better manner!

Buena pizza, rica y abundante. Precios razonables. Oncluye plato de ensalada a eleccion. Hay que escanear un código QR para pedir y pagar on line sin la intervención de los que atienden. Puede see algo engorroso para algunos.

Hacia años que no entraba en un Pizza Hut y en este la pizza estaba sobre una base de aceite que no me gustó. El sistema de tomar el pedido y realizar el pago a través de una aplicación, me resultó eficaz.

Not the cleanest pizza hut I've been to but the staff work super hard the mess is mostly due to the chaos of customers. Good food as in every pizza hut.

We visited for lunch on Saturday (16th December) despite it being busy, we did not have to wait long in the queue outside... we were seated right by the salad bar, so nice and convenient. We went for a deal that included unlimited salad bar, bottomless drinks, a medium pizza, and a side of festive bites, and mine came to £23 odd, which I thought was very reasonable. The pizza and bites came out freshly cooked. Clean facilities. Would recommend a visit.

This particular branch is situated beside the Piccadilly circus, and we were out on a trip, and getting hungry. So, it was a no-brainer to go in! Also, the ability to choose from a salad bar, gives more freedom in eating what fancies us more.

Waren vor einigen Jahren während der Vorweihnachtszeit dort und hatten das Glück einen Fensterplatz zu bekommen. Essen typisch Pizza Hut. Allerdings hatte man einen richtig tollen Logenplatz und konnte das Treiben draußen super beobachten. Uns hat's gefallen.

I have place a order and Pizza Hut and realise was collection as I cannot collect Pizza Hut West Hammersmith, and this branch connote delivery I call in to cancel my order within 2 minutes apter place my order, the customer service at West Hammersmith said will cancel my order and refund within 5-7 days, 11 working days has pass and no refund has been issue I call them again two times more and still no refund this,, is very disappoint from this large company, I have now start to dispute this with my credit card for a refund ,, I will not order food from this company in the future.

This place would have received a 1 star had it not been for the wait staff who were so friendly and helpful. Pitty about the terrible attitude of the female manager and the rediculous system of making you wait outside in the rain while they set up your table.

La comida muy buen, como se espera del Pizza Hut pero, el tiempo de espera para que traigan el postre fue excesivo, lo reclamamos dos veces antes de que nos llegase, casi 30' de espera...porco demás, perfecto!!!

Seated quickly, told to order via the qr code on the table which is why service score lower. Food was good and was recieved in a timely manner. It was clean and the salad bar was always been checked and filled up. Overall a good visit just a bit disappointed in the idea ordering via a qr code rather than a person.

Walked half a mile thinking I'm paying around £7.99 for the buffet like it says on the website. Got charged £12.99 just for the food. Won't go there again

Se siete in quel di Londra ma avete voglia di testare la celebre catena di pizze americane, qui troverete uno staff preparato e disponibile. Se siete turisti italiani a Londra, sapete già che è tutto più costoso… Noi abbiamo ordinato una margherita da condividere versione cheesy bites + due bottomless di pepsi (potevamo andare a riempire il bicchieri tutte le volte che volevamo), in più si ha a disposizione in maniera illimitata il buffet delle insalate e visto che ci sono diverse cose (tra cui i nachos), sconsiglio di prendere antipastini e di concentrarsi su questo… Anche perchè prendendo solo quello che abbiamo ordinato noi, abbiamo speso circa 42€, 21€ a persona. Il prodotto è buono, classica americanata, andate sul semplice e max scegliere il cornicione ripieno al formaggio.

These guys should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID! Terrible food - and this is a chain. Staff who just don't care. And - I now have a stomach upset. To the female waitress who barged my young son out of the way on the stairs to toilet - you are a disgrace. This is one of the worst experiences EVER. Slow refresh of the buffet. There were others there complaining at how, like us, paid £20 for this rubbish. (Pic below was what the buffet looked like most of the time.) There are so many better places to eat in that area. Waste of TIME, MONEY and a back stomach to go with it all. DISGRACE!

Service, wait time and food quality were stand outs for me. I feel this location could do with a refurb and a better lay out but we definitely enjoyed our visit today and look forward to our next visit!

We went for the lunch buffet. The only disappointment was the vegetarian hot pizza was never bought out again once it had finished and I’m a big fan of the veggie hot.

Pizza hut was a delight they had good food nice kids meals and a ice cream 🍨🍦 bar , clean toilets , and a salad bar with amazing salads .

Really friendly staff and happy atmosphere. Order always comes piping hot and drinks always ice cold. It is quite expensive though, in most restaurants £30 would get you more than enough food but here that gets you a large pizza and a drink (bottomless). Hits the spot though.

Perfecta ubicación, justo a la salida del metro en la plaza Picadilly Circus. La comida estaba deliciosa, pero el servicio es muuuuuuy lento, tardaron casi 1h en traernos dos pizzas. En cuanto al precio, bastante caro, pero es algo normal dentro de los precios de Londres.

Sometimes it's never good to go reminisce. I haven't been in a pizza hut in a few years, used to go as a family, this time just my friend and I. I ordered a lunch buffet with refillable drink and ice-cream. I was happy with mine, and my pizza was fresh... I ate a lot, five different slices, as well as a salad bowl, drink and a bowl of ice-cream - which cost £19.99 For children, the buffet is a lot cheaper, it is definitely good value for money. Do remember, children (well boys) are bottomless with how much food they can eat. My friend ordered chips, wasn't happy with the overall taste and left most of them, but the waiter didn't seem to care. She also had macaroni cheese, which she stated was very nice and a pepsi. Her food was more expensive than mine though. Would I do a pizza hut again, probably not 😕

Locale carino, puoi scegliere la pizza in diversi formati. Consiglio la pizza alta per il semplice motivo che quella bassa aveva un pomodoro troppi dolce. Ottima la possibilità di rifornirsi al buffet di verdure, quanto vuoi
