I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. When I first arrived, I reported to the restaurant manager that the toilet was in terrible condition — it was dirty, the hand dryer wasn’t working, and there was no hand soap available. Unfortunately, by the time I finished my meal and checked again, nothing had been done to address the issue. To make matters worse, the pizza was far below the usual standard I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut — lacking in both quality and taste. The restaurant manager also came across as unprofessional and seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. Overall, this visit was very frustrating and not what I expect from a well-

Just had dinner at the iconic Piccadilly circus (pizza hut). Love the food here the pizzas are really tasty and soft as bred. Staff members are friendly and polite.

We had a good dinner here with very good service from CHIRAYU.

We were here for dinner and the food was really good. Especially so because we could enjoy it outside with an amazing view of the street. What made the evening even better was our server Kieran. He was so outgoing, fun and amazing all around. Would visit again every day just because of him. Hvala puno for having us 😉

I ended up here accidentally, as I was craving pizza after a long day of sightseeing, and it turned out to be one of those happy accidents :) .. Food was excellent, we sat outside and had the best view of Piccadilly as we enjoyed our dinner. But the best part of the restaurant was definitely Kieran, as he was the friendliest person in London, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Really, the best service I’ve had ( globally). He really is a gem, and if you are nearby, definitely eat your pizza here :) Hvala Kieran, your Croats :)

Servers didn’t attend to needs at all. Was waiting for 15 minutes for a server to come and check if we was okay. Got to a point where i got up and had to find the server myself. Toilets were dirty. Food was cold. Waste of time and money.

Pizza Hut no longer exists in France and I understand why. To flee! The second pizza arrived 10 minutes after the first. The pizzas are absolutely not worth the price! I strongly advise you not to eat at this place.

Took a bit of time to be seated, when we finally got to order by the team it wasn't too long time for the pizza to be served. The pizzas were pretty average at best, was very oily)we had Pepperoni). They have a salad bar included for certain types of pizzas, and a drink (Pepsi) with refills which was awful, need to install filter system on the water supply as tasted chlorine. Very good location as next to Piccadilly Circus.

We arrived a little early for a table but still accommodated us! Easy to order, only one child eats free per 1 adult. Food was hot, fresh and yummy. Salad was fresh. Toilet was clean. Waiter helped us when my son knocked over his ice cream in the floor. Ice cream is upstairs. Would return thank you

I always go to Pizza Hut when I travel. I've been to several different cities. I've been to this one more than 15 times, if you count all my visits to London. The place is ok. The chairs aren't very comfortable for your back, but I think it's better for the restaurant the way it is now so it can accommodate more customers. However, I can highlight two experiences. One extremely positive and the other negative. The first is due to the service provided by an Irish waiter, who was extremely attentive and ready to help. Really the kind of service that all customers, in any establishment, want to have. The second and last visit to this place, on 03/27/2025, was really bad and I felt very uncomfortable. Also related to the service. This restaurant has a system in which the customer accesses the menu, places the order and makes the payment all from their own phone. However, I use Apple Pay and their system does not accept payment via Apple Pay, you have to enter your credit card information. I don't like to enter sensitive information like that anywhere, so I use Apple Pay. However, it is possible to order directly from the waiter, who will do it in the traditional way and then you pay. I have always done it this way, the waiter will do the order and then I will pay using Apple Pay and it has always been simple and easy. On my last visit, an older waitress with medium-length straight hair, down to her shoulders. Her hair was very black, visibly dyed artificially, since she is an older, thin woman, apparently from another country, because of her accent. She welcomed me, but when I tried to explain that I would prefer her to do the order for me and that I would pay with Apple Pay, as I have always done, she was really rude, interrupted me and said that she would call someone else to do the order. The other person was a younger waitress who was cleaning a table and was behind her. She heard everything and looked shocked, not only her but also other customers who heard her tone of voice with me. Anyway, the waitress didn't come to serve me right away. She kept cleaning tables and organizing cutlery, then went to the back of the store, where the older waitress was. I believe the older waitress is some kind of manager or boss. Then she came back, took my order, but said I had to pay immediately. And not at the end, as I had done several times in this exact same restaurant. I felt discriminated against by these attitudes. Mainly because the same woman who refused to serve me, 20 minutes later, was serving tables of other tourists who arrived after me. Smiling and being friendly. Taking the order, because they also didn't want to use the system, and no advance payment was requested. She didn't refuse to serve me and didn't call her colleague to serve the other customers like she did with me. Her colleague is available but she served me willingly, but she was rude and discriminatory with me. At first I thought my English wasn't good, and maybe that's why she got angry. But it wasn't. I've never had any problems getting service because of my accent, even in this very restaurant. And even if that were the case, her behavior would have been wrong. After all, this restaurant is in a place where almost all the customers are tourists. Most of them have an accent and many don't even speak English. It's normal to have some kind of language difficulties and anyone who works in this type of place should be prepared to help tourists. In all my travels around the world, and in the more than 20 times I've been to London, also 15 times on average, that I've been to this same Pizza Hut on Piccadilly, I've never felt so bad. I hope someone in charge reads this and guides their employees, and selects people who know how to serve the public. I don't plan on going back. After all, this is London, if you don't provide good service, the customer has hundreds of options on the same street.

Very disappointing experience. Pizza was just average, salad bar was poor with limited and tired options. Worst of all, the women’s toilets were absolutely disgusting – 3 out of 3 filthy. The only positive was the friendly staff, but sadly not enough to make me come back. Will never return.

the waiter kieran was simply the best i’ve ever known i’ve been there 3 years ago and this evening i really recommend chicken tenders with spicy honey and pizza margherita i personally gave a 2£ tip but a tip is nearly a must

Had a wonderful experience at pizza Hut! Stuffed crust Pepperoni was loaded with cheese.. Definitely a go to place for satisfying cravings and enjoying a delicious meal with friends... Daisy was incredibly kind and very helpful making experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We arrived quite late, they closed at 10:30 p.m. and we were alone in the place... They treated us wonderfully, without any rush. The waiter was super super friendly and nice to the children and us. Highly recommended

Edit: their answer is extremely funny and disrespectful because I already reached out to them and they told me it's my fault that they charged me for 2 pizzas when I received 1. Edit 2: I'm more than happy to change my review after you provided me the amount of money that you scammed from me. Not a coupon or anything. 28£ for a pizza should be criminal!!

Dopo averla scritta su Google, replichiamo anche qui su TripAdvisor. Sapevamo benissimo che la pizza di Pizza Hut non è quella di Napoli, ma siamo andati senza pregiudizi… e abbiamo fatto bene! Le nostre pizze (una margherita e una pepperoni original dough più una handcrafted pepperoni) erano leggere e appetitose, perfette per una serata senza pensieri. Le patatine? Portate un po’ in ritardo, ma con grande onestà depennate dal conto—cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. Ma il vero punto forte? Il ragazzo che lavora in sala! Purtroppo non gli abbiamo chiesto il nome, ma è stato così simpatico e alla mano che ci ha conquistati. Ci ha ribattezzati “i ragazzi di Napoli” e ci ha trattati con un’energia contagiosa che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Se siete in giro per Piccadilly e avete voglia di una pizza in un’atmosfera rilassata, Pizza Hut è una scelta sicura… e se trovate il nostro amico, ditegli che “i ragazzi di Napoli” lo salutano!

El camarero se negó rotundamente a tomar mi pedido y en su lugar me dijo que me sirviera, mientras que otros clientes fueron tratados normalmente. Para empeorar las cosas, el personal estaba gritando a los clientes, comportándose agresivamente, e incluso participando en discusiones y peleas. horrible and deeply upsetting experience at this Pizza Hut outlet. The waiter outright refused to take my order and instead told me to serve myself, while other customers were treated normally. This was nothing short of blatant racism and discrimination. To make things worse, the staff was shouting at customers, behaving aggressively, and even engaging in arguments and fights. Instead of ensuring a welcoming environment, they created a hostile and unsafe atmosphere. No one should have to go through this kind of humiliation and mistreatment at a restaurant. Pizza Hut seriously needs to hold their staff accountable for such unprofessional and offensive behavior. Until they take action, I strongly urge others to avoid this place.

We knew very well that Pizza Hut pizza is not that of Naples, but we went without prejudice... and we did well! Our pizzas (a margherita and a pepperoni original dough plus a handcrafted pepperoni) were light and appetizing, perfect for a carefree evening. The chips? Delivered a little late, but with great honesty deducted from the bill – which we appreciated. But the real highlight? The guy who works in the room! Unfortunately we didn't ask him his name, but he was so friendly and approachable that he won us over. He nicknamed us “the boys from Naples” and treated us with a contagious energy that made the experience even more pleasant. If you're around Piccadilly and fancy a pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, Pizza Hut is a safe choice... and if you find our friend, tell him that "the boys from Naples" say hello to him!

The place is very nice and the food is very good, the buffet is very good and the waiter Kieran has treated us very well and is very nice.

Chirayu our server was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful and delivered a great service even after WE made a mistake with our order. Nothing was too much for him.

Great service from Kieran…if I could give him 10 stars I would. He interacts with all his guests and goes the extra mile. He was especially good with my grandson Harley. He is a real credit to your restaurant. Next time we fancy pizza in London we will definitely be coming back to this restaurant!

Tipico ristorante della catena Pizza Hut con le pizze in stile americano. Noi abbiamo preso il buffet, interessante per rapporto qualità prezzo. Se non vi piaciono le pizze in stile americano ma solo quelle "napoletane" andate altrove.

Estábamos allí para almorzar, y estábamos sentados sin tiempo de espera. El pizzabuffet fue decepcionante, con solo una pequeña selección de pizzas y en su mayoría vegetariana. El área de refrescos no estaba limpia, y los refrescos sabían mucho a cloro. Creo que usan agua del grifo clorada. Tomé un vaso de refresco con hielo triturado, y un vaso sin hielo, tampoco pude beber. La "fábrica de helados" era un refresco lechoso fino con solo unas cuantas salchichas y salsa. No hacía suficiente frío. En los inodoros se bloqueó un desagüe. Este Pizzahut parecía gastado, y te recomendaré que vayas a otro lugar.

The food is disgusting, their ordering system is completely rubbish, the bolognese is made with ketchup, the brownie?? Tuvimos una cena muy agradable. La comida era muy buena. elegimos “el trato de comida completa”. Teníamos algunas sobras, que todos se nos permitió empacar con nosotros. Pero la cosa era el increíble servicio de nuestro camarero Irfan. Hizo la experiencia diez veces mejor. Tuvimos muchas peticiones, cosas como “separar el hielo del resto del postre”. Cada petición extraña fue atendida sin ningún problema. Pero sobre todo su personalidad y comentarios humorísticos, hicieron la velada.

I like the Place came as a Tourist and had the Buffet menu. The Pizzas taste pretty good love the big Layer of the Bread and the Food Taste Generally good also the pasta. Just would say the pasta was a little bit watery and little to much creamy for the Brokkoli . And they could get more sauces for the ice cream. But all together it is good place to eat.

Had a very nice dinner. The food was very good. we chose “the full meal deal”. We had some leftovers, that we all were allowed to pack home with us. But the thing was the incredible service from our waiter Irfan. He made the experience ten times better. We had a lot of requests, things like “getting the ice separate from the rest of the dessert”. Every weird request was met with no problem. But most of all his personality and humorous remarks, made the evening.

We came here on a Friday evening and were seated quickly. The food was fresh and tasty as you’d hope. The staff were polite and it was a good night out with family. The downside is you don’t get the best internet service in this location so having to order online can be testing. Once you get on, it’s great. Ordering and paying before you get the food is fine, happy with that.

How are you charging 62 quid for two normal pizzas? They're just standard pizzas... no drinks... very crowded inside too. Took a while..

Standard pizza from this chain, so if you like it, you will be satisfied. However, we had the pleasure of being served by a very friendly waiter. Mr. Ruchit went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We recommend and greet you.

The pizzas were really good compared to the last pizzahut i ate the serving times were somewhat fast but what makes it the best is we really loved the service. Especially Kieran was really nice and funny.
