Costa Coffee in Braintree

Come to grid serve every day. Always greeted with a smile from the staff. Amanda is superb, credit to Costa. Coffee on point.

nice place to drink and eat but does not give you breakfast lunch deals like all the other costas ( at the moment as they say they are working on it)

Smart coffee shop in the nice gridserve building. We went there at about 6pm and it was empty, but the barista was very friendly and welcoming.

It's my favourite charge station. While waiting for my electric car to charge I either drink coffee or go on the grid tied exercise bike.

Great selection of vegan food. Friendly staff and clean environment. The place was not crowded when we were there, the wait was reasonable.

4 staff behind the counter and 12 minutes wait for a latte, not sure how this is being managed but people were leaving the Q. Won't be calling again.

Generally pretty good. Can be a bit sluggish if serving more than one person, but you've normally got plenty of time if using the chargers. Been open for many months and still claiming that a systems problem stops them giving you your free coffee via the app.

I get to use Costa's when I charge my work vehicle up. I love a single espresso and the location is good. Especially when the sun is shining. It's quiet a relaxing place. Good service with a smile.

Nice coffee, made very quickly with friendly staff. Comfy chairs with view of outdoor surroundings.

been going here off and on since it opened and always very slow and still no points all you get is go to another store and add them who is going to do that very poor service 🤬

Nice location and not too busy.

Friendly staff. Good layout and plenty of seating. Only issue currently is that the store is that new it doesn't appear on the app. Also they cannot process the loyalty card; both may be connected issues.

Good service and nice venue but shame their loyalty card system was not working.

Service is always so slow ( on my various visits) No Costa reward machine " we haven't got one " was the response! No oat milk available No one clears the tables or cleans with anti bac spray when people have finished. Disappointed 9

Great coffee whilst charging my car at the forecourt.

Very nice and modern in there, lovely staff and the unbeatable smell of fresh books from the WHSmith next to it. They still don't accept Costa points but hopefully that'll be coming soon.

Nice but doesn't give or accept Costa points, disappointing.
