Absolutely the best coffee in Biggleswade I can't recommend this costa highly enough the staff are friendly and efficient the atmosphere is warm and welcoming if your visiting the A1 retail park its the place to go

Hot chocolates tasted horrible and they put chocolate millionaire short bread on my sons vegan cookie (he as a milk allergy) aswell they scan my voucher and never took it off final bill and when we told them about it they just said call Costa customer services. No refund and no apology. They also messed up someone else order and they gave them a refund. Stuff were struggling deal with all the customers. We will be giving Costa coffee in Biggleswade a miss.

A great place for a break from shopping. Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of seating available. Got served quickly. One barista even took the time to have a chat with an elderly gentleman, who seemed to be a regular customer. When there weren't any customers waiting to order. This was lovely to see.

Food was good, but unfortunately the service was a bit slow, tables weren't cleared very quickly. I think they were a bit short staffed.

Team seem to be settling in. Friendly. Clean.

Took my youngest for a takeaway frappe drink and an iced coffee. There were more staff behind the counter than customers in the cafe but they took ages.... Got our order wrong twice then said, after a long wait, they had no skimmed milk for my coffee. We ended up leaving and accepting a wrong order as I couldn't bear to wait around in there any longer. Perhaps they were training up lots of new staff?

Come to the A1 Retail Park Costa regularly but so disappointed today. Arrived at 9.00 am and tables were all dirty and the floor obviously hasn't been swept for a long time. The two very young staff were chatting when I mentioned about a corner that was particularly dirty, and she said 'I'll do it later' then the two of them continued their conversation. Won't be back!

Half hour wait in a queue of 8 people. It seems like staff shortage is a consistent issue so expect long delays and unclean tables. While pleasant the staff did not seem adequately trained.

Visited today. Staff lovely and helpful but understaffed. Tables cluttered with crockery and crumbs on floor. Could be cleaner.

These young ladies are nothing short of FAB. It's a treat when you go to a chain coffee shop and receive fantastic customer service. All the ladies here are hard working, work with a smile on their faces and actually look like they enjoy working there which is fantastic. Special mention to Krissie, Audrey, Emma and Keira. Amazing work ladies.

Not as good as most costa cafe's

loved my experience at the costs here. even though we were unable to sit in, the staff were very polite and positive and kept conversation with me when making my drink. i thought the customer service was excellent from the girl with the long blonde hair. will definitely be coming again 👍

At costa at next in the A 1 retail park i was geeetwd politly served with speed a d curtesy . It was a plesant break in my shoopin outin .. the range of food would not be out of place in any posh restraunt .. i will make a point of poppin in on my next visit

Needs a good clean and better trained staff.

Came to grab a quick drink and was very happy with the service. In particular, Ava who served me was very polite and sociable. The rest of the team was lovely as well. Felt sorry for the costa team who had to deal with multiple rude customers whilst I was waiting, and still managed to treat everyone accordingly.

Girl with long blonde beautiful hair, think her name was Ava could be Eva I have forgotten lol, but she was amazing. Very nice and chatty and made sure I got everything I needed. Amazing customer service, team is amazing!! will be returning.

There's a handwritten sign at the entrance that from the 30th April they are shutting at 5pm not 7.30pm as advertised. So I didn't stay.

Visited Costa biggleswade today unfortunately not open staff shortage yet again .

3 members of staff today would rather chat among themselves than serve customers. Order rushed, coffee tasted weak.

Improvement now staff keep open ,just manager got to learn.Coffee great ,poor staff management but that AM job.Training for staff as too many can't do job trainer needed to help as only one machine working .

Nice coffee with a lovely slice of Carrot cake. Plenty of seating and they have rest rooms too.

Costa used to be my go to but since taking off the lacto free milk my options are very limited as all the milk alternatives contain soya. Such a shame as I miss a good Costa.

Nice hot chocolate for two. Like the new designed opened up space, looks bigger and very inviting.

All the staff are ALWAYS friendly, cheerful and efficient - even when they are very busy. The cakes and savouries are beautifully presented, tables are cleared and cleaned regularly. My favourite coffee is currently the coconut latte plus. I recommend this Costa.

I don't normally use Costa, but needs must on this occasion. Had a decent decaf black coffee. And the staff were lovely 🙂

Lovely cup of coffee nice staff,don't know why coffee is soooo expensive,I guess it's to pay for good quality beans and hopefully pay the lovely staff a good wage. I will be back.......next payday🤓🤓

This costa was in a garage but was well stocked ad usual and the hot chocolate was delicious

The staff were friendly and helpful but the coffee was far from great today and watery. The ham and cheese toasty lacked filling....basically two pieces of toast..dissapponted.

Bit disappointed this was takeaway only on the day I visited, that said a very yummy butternut risotto!

Friendly staff and the photos are of designs they produced on my coffee. One being a scorpion and the other I think was supposed to be a bird.

Staff almost as bitter as the coffee. They don't understand allergies and told us we were at fault for not being able to eat contaminated food. Waited 5 minutes for frozen butter to crush into my by then cold panettone. Worst Costa ever!

Not a fan of Costa to be honest, i don't like the taste of the coffee here i only went in because I was desperate. Starbucks is better

We went to Costa Biggleswade but we were a bit disappointed as they were quite stingy with the children's marshmallows - only one per child and the caramel Frostini had virtually no caramel taste and then when we mentioned it they reluctantly did another one which had too much caramel and was so sickly we couldn't drink it! Its normally OK here

The coffee is good although my preference us Starbucks. I find both establishments overly expensive especially for food.

The food and drinks are fine but there is ALWAYS an interminable wait to be served - their queue management skills are non-existant!!!

Visited Costa Coffee in Biggleswade today. Good service, friendly staff and well managed. One of the better Costa shops we have visited.

The usual Costa Coffee huge queue still plenty of seating very efficient staff even enough today to keep clearing the tables not always the same

Very disappointed with my visit today. After ordering a cheese and tomato toasty amongst other things. We got presented with a cheese and mushroom toasty instead. On going to the till the girl did acknowlwdge me and said she would get a repacement one. However everyone in our group had finished their teas and coffees and cake and we were still waiting on the toasty to come out. On returning to the till and asking about the food there was no apology, no would you like another drink to go with the toasty, nothing. They were very busy but a simple sorry we got it wrong would have been nice.

Always busy as it’s the only place to get a coffee here.....it’s a franchise taking up for art of the second floor of the next store but once served the coffee is great

Very busy place had to wait for a while to be served but it could be the time of the year. Not a bad size shop inside Next shop upstairs

Visit often and all good until you need to use the loo. Come on guys, the floor needs a clean, the toilet seat needs a good wash, the wall by the hand dryer looks like something might grow on it. If the staff are not capable of cleaning it, get a firm in. It's poor and makes you wonder what the cleanliness of the kitchen!

After visiting your new Costa in Biggleswade we are surprised how appalling the cleanliness of the restaurant. Dirty stairs leading to the restaurant Dusty underneath tables base Floors dirty Glass partition had a build up of finger prints, spilgies and other smears on all of the glass. After all the glass is for looking through but we were unable to enjoy the view. We were the first customers at 9.00 they should have been ready for business. If this is the standard in the customer facing areas one would question the hygiene in the food preparation areas. It does not compare other Costa restaurants.

Okay... first off, customer queuing. Reading back the reviews on here this seems to be a recurring problem and one which the manager seems reluctant to either acknowledge or do even get on top of to rectify it. A wait of 10mins or longer seems the norm, and the manager seems more intent on clearing tables and restocking. She is wholly unsuitable to run this branch in my opinion and either needs extra help, training or removal from here. She has two tills and two coffee machines but only ever has one till open and one coffee machine running. Why? She should have both tills running when busy to keep queues down, when not so busy have it as a floating till which remains ready to use if needed. Restocking when not busy, but do try to keep on top of the table clearing. The second issue I have which this branch is the cleanliness of the spoons and knives etc. The lad at the till placed two knives on my tray for the cake we purchased but they were filthy. I asked him to change them and he did but two identically filthy knives. I complained they too were not clean and he insisted it was a fault of the drying process when washed. This is a lame excuse... if the drying is a known issue then sort it out! Don't present customers with dirty cutlery and stupid excuses. Again the manager did not seem too perturbed by the cleanliness of the knives when questioned which must again bring into question how fit she is to be running a branch like that. In its present setup I would definitely urge anyone to avoid this branch of Costa. I have been in many of there branches across England and can safely say this is the first time I have been utterly disappointed at both the level of service and quality of hygiene on display. As a company, Costa needs to seriously look into the complaints of this fairly new branch and address them early.

Absolutely shocking!!! Horrendous queues. No sense of customer service. They spend more time smiling and collecting trays that putting people behind the counter. Don't bother. Go to the coffee place next doori in M&S. I only put 1 star because i had too
