Costa Coffee in Portsmouth

Ordered on app Food fine and on time Delivery great by person on pushbike during storm Tip arranged online.... you think all would go to delivery person! Additional fee added on tip ....you question? Well I did! What other delivery service does this? Not in my experience....its not about you...what! Pushing a button? It's about the people keeping your service alive Disgusting... You are not for me. Will tip directly to person who delivers and I would encourage others to do the same.

Ordered my food an hour and a half before restaurant closing time and it didn’t turn up. Order was accepted and I paid full amount. They didn’t even give us a courtesy call to say the order won’t be coming. Absolutely woeful service, don’t order from here.

my food delivery took 1 hour and 37 minutes and then I got a message saying that it wouldn't come! I endend up picking it up and only chips were in the bag when I spent over £30 on it! I’m really unhappy about this!

Tried this yesterday, undercooked chicken is not fun, never again
