Costa Coffee in Swindon

They gave the wrong order as they 'didn't have any of the drink I asked for'. In that case, tell me- rather than giving me something I didn't ask for and charging me for it? I didn't say much as there was a queue but I wasn’t happy.

Location fine, service ok. But I had 1 piece of toast and marmalade with pot of tea, came to nearly £5. The small pat of butter supplied hardly covered the toast, asked for more butter, was then charged a further 10 pence. Bit over the top. Probably won’t visit again.

Some of the very best Costa workers . They are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Didn’t read the delivery notice and drove past the house

I ordered a drink from Costa and it accepted on the app but they run out in the restautant, so they sent a note saying please ask for refund. That meant I didn’t get a drink at all 🥲🥲😢

When I placed my order I put down on the map the exact location of where the delivery location was meant to be. Once the driver left the location had changed from just eat and caused him some confusion and the order ended up being late.

I never received my vegan chicken panini, please refund my account for this. Otherwise everything else was spot on, thank you.

Busy Costa, but they were polite and the drink was the type you get at any costa

This is absolutely abysmal customer service! They have the audacity to advertise food delivery in a mere 15 minutes, but in reality, it will consume a mind-numbing 2 hours of your precious time just to get the food to your doorstep. If they can't even manage to keep up with their own advertised times, why on earth are they in the business of wasting people's time with their abominable service? It's beyond atrocious!

Ordered a hazel mapel frappe and got some sort of drink with just a ton of honey (not maple) at the bottom

Staff were excellent as always. Was a bit noisy as there was a lot of noise generally in the shopping complex.

It's a Costa; you know what you're getting. I like Costa. Having said that, it's doing sterling work improving the atmosphere of a dingy shopping centre.

Costa at West Swindon is great cup of cappuccino I love it buying it there but it expensive I could have went to McDonald's which is just around the corner from Costa but this coffee isn't as good cheap but not as good

Drinks arrived hot, food in perfect condition. Super easy to order and pay.

I went to West Swindon Costa Coffee this morning to study, but my experience was disappointing. I plugged in my laptop, but the plug did not work anymore. I suspect that the staff shut down the electricity of the plug because I did not order anything immediately. The coffee shop was so crowded that I thought it would be better to order something later, but I did not expect that my access to electricity would be denied simply because I did not order immediately. After this bad experience, I do not think I will be choosing Costa in the future, and I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues not to go to Costa either. As a frequent customer of Costa, I have always enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere of your shops. However, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I believe that every customer, regardless of whether they order immediately or not, deserves equal treatment and access to basic amenities like electricity. I hope that the management will take steps to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend West Swindon Costa Coffee to others who are looking for a place to study or work...

Driver was really nice and helpt

Ordered was marked as delivered. No coffee, no number to ring to inform them it hasnt in fact been delivered and I can't get a refund for the delivery, so thanks for taking my money for nothing.

This is my regular Costa shop, to the point where the staff know what my order is before I’ve even have to say it! Staff are all really friendly! Sometimes there’s a big queue but they soon work through it! 👍👍👍

High footfall area as a result the service is pretty slow.

Visited yesterday and first time I have ever been asked regarding milk preferrences. I have an allergy to milk and the first time ever my jug was washed and put through the dishwasher before making my drink ...... I was very impressed and think asking customers should be made standard moving forward !!!

Really nice experience with very friendly staff a lovely vibe in the shop great coffee to. We were in the shop eating some McDonald's and the manager was kind enough to let us stay. I do love Costa coffee and probably will buy one now as well. Lovely cakes and biscuits to flat white is amazing

Our food was hot and very tasty, I recommend the Pigs Under Blankets Panini. The extra layer to the lid on the drinks to prevent spillage should be used in all other delivery outlets and is a great addition. As always the Black Forest Hot Chocolate was the best. We’ll definitely be ordering again very soon.

Ordered at 10:53 didn’t receive food until 11:45. Costa called me to say that their system was showing the driver waiting for 10 minutes before he even arrived. It then somehow took him 20 minutes to drive a 5 min drive and food was cold and bags were crushed.

Arrived hot and all in one piece with no spillages. No complaints from us

Costa West Swindon is a great place the staff are all very friendly and the coffee is good also we go there 3 or 4 times a week really enjoy it.

This is a good Costa. The staff were friendly and the coffee was good. Its located in the entrance to an Asda so would be a good place to wait if you were waiting for someone to do their shopping. There's a good amount of seating g inside the shop and an extra area outside the shop but still inside the greater Asda building. The general area is quite noisy though so I'd advise taking headphones if you want some peace.
