Costa Coffee in High Peak

Nice Costa, clean toilets, I did leave a bad smell in them sorry, would be nice if you had some sort of air freshener as I was quite embarrassed how bad my smell was. Sorry again but thanks for your understanding.

Fantastic staff very friendly & polite

Service was quick. Cheerful staff. Can get a bit noisy. Great to have a break whilst shopping.

Why do single people sit at a table designed for four and then just work? on a computer for hours...maybe there should be some way of monitoring this.

I visited the Costa above the Next store in Glossop and I love this place. Always friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and well kept.

Great service, lovely hot chocolate

The place always feels dirty. The food is too expensive for what you get and just standardized so much to be over sweet, small and dull. The Cafe is also run by 18-20 years olds, which means badly.

It's OK, probably due the update

Was introduced to this Costa by a friend and I ve enjoyed several visits here for breakfast, lunch or brunch and tea. Love it! The staff are great. I must mention Layla who must be the worlds happiest barista. She’s super busy in this popular eatery but always has time for a chat, a joke or a smile. Even offered me a plaster after I was nursing a poorly finger following a bizarre DIY accident .

Nice place to chill, with the old ball and chain, with some coffee and cake.

Can’t go wrong with a Costa. I would argue that this is the best one in glossop. Really nice ambiance and staff are lovely.

Scruffy. Hole in ceiling with large patch of black mould. Seating area littered by plastic buckets being used to catch drips. This store is in need of urgent maintenance.

Costa is my favourite coffee shop chain and this one is much as you would expect from Costa. The cafe is situated within Next in a very small retail park. Its on the upper floor but there is a lift. Service is never the fastest at Costa as the coffee is always made to order: good coffe isnt instant. The service here is as good as any and staff are friendly and helpful

The staff are always so friendly and cheerful. I enjoy the cheese and tomato toastie, but mainly go in at the moment for their mince pies, best ever ones I've tasted.

I never really get food from Costa, so can't comment. But I love their lattes and I go there with my daughter who loves it too. Great people there

Snack bottled water and a latte £6+ friendly staff and the staff was on top of the place cleaning after every customer has finished, it's just ashame people don't know how to use a plate properly, grown adults leaving the table like they are babies with food all over it.

I had a Complinentary Carrot Cake as, My Birthday treat, Which was really Tasty & a delicious Strawberries & Cream Frappe, Highly Recommended, The staff were extremely professional & pleasant, Which made my visit even more enjoyable & relaxing 10/10

One of the best Costa stores I've visited! The staff was great and the store was quiet enough but not too quiet.

I love this costa, the staff are always so nice and service is fast. Lovely atmosphere and nice place to be. I definitely recommend.

Expensive for what it is. Could have easily bought a sandwich at Tesco and saved a fiver

This is one of two Costa Coffee branches in Glossop, the other one in Norfolk Square is a franchise and this one is operated by Costa. It is located on the first floor of the 'NEXT' store on a small retail park just out of the town centre. It has a nice airy ambience and staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely recommended.
