Always helpful friendly staff. Food lovely if a bit over priced

Rip off prices. Girl at till didn't add cream when I clearly asked for it. Didn't get told lunch deal doesn't apply after 2 until payment despite asking. Poor quality food.

The staff were lovely and friendly Lil had a really warm and welcoming smile and understood and laughed when I wanted a skinny gingerbread latte but squirt cream, also this most be one of the only Costas that had the gingerbread man .❤️ Olivia who made the coffee was also lovely, chatty and smiley and wished everyone a good day.

Only 1 toilet for a place that has at least 100 seats.

It didn’t turn up driver didn’t know where he was going or the area at all then when I spoke to the driver he said he is 1 mile away and said he wanted more money!

I'm a regular in here wit my kids , unfortunately since some staff members have changed the atmosphere has changed and children don't seem too welcome , admitted they can be a bit loud but that's them. The best people in there are Julie and Ellie , always customer friendly and very polite 👍🏼 my children tend to enjoy the new chocolate fudge brownie and when I ordered we was actually given 4 as they'd made too much

Never received items. GPS showed driver outside but haven't received anything and no sign of driver.

The baristas were very nice, but the peach ice tea I had was rank! 🤢🤮 all I could taste was neat tea and no other flavours at all, I’m neurodivergent and tea without other flavours makes me feel violently ill. 🥴🤮🤢

I’m a Costa regular but not usually here. It’s the standard stuff. But what stood out was the service. Super friendly and the person on til (Hev) I think was excellent. Great customer service while still being quick. Thank you.

I got mocha from this costa coffee place take way I didn’t look in the cup when I got in my car it was half empty I was very disappointed but I need to go somewhere l left it I was gone go and complain about it but I couldn’t be bothered 😕

Why do you turn on the air conditioner COLD even in the middle of winter? İt was cold all winter. The coffies perfect but it is not more imporant than our healt. İsnt it?

Coffee and cake not much more needed to say. Except maybe the really friendly and helpful staff here. Second visit to this Costa and my opinion has not changed, they toasted the bread on both sides and the coffee tasted better than other Costas. It is a pity it is not located nearer to my house.

Light and spacious. The decor is excellent and comfy chairs. There’s also an outdoor seating area. The staff were polite and friendly. Large selection of the usual Costa food items.

Costa at Peterborough City Centre (Unit 2-3, Queensgate Shopping Centre, Long Causeway, Peterborough PE1 1NH). Good service, staff polite and helpful and a nice atmosphere. Nice selection of coffees and cakes. Only downside: not a lot of seating, and no customer WiFi.

Very nice food and coffee. The shop was full,it was Christmas shopping time and lots of people were out. The day was beautiful, and lots of people were out. 🥰🥰🥰

A beautiful setting overseeing Peterborough main street, comfy chairs, power outlets by most of the tables. Highly recommend if you want to take a meeting from a coffee shop or to simply enjoy a cup of good coffee.

The coffee was cold and really watery. The hot chocolate was also really watery and didn’t really taste of much.

Great coffee shop. Staff friendly and helpful. All on one level. Access from shopping centre and outside too. Coffee good. Great cold drinks too. Cakes good - my favourites are the cheese cake and the loaded flapjack! But there is lots of choice for every taste. Sandwiches,etc are available for a quick lunch.

Great place to go for a coffee in town. Tables were kept beautifully clean by the staff who were quick to clear up. Makes all the difference!

Went here recently while killing time waiting for a passport. First class and cant fault it.

Always go to Costa. The ambience and staff. And you are able to stay longer than most other outlets. My favourite outlets are in my home town of Ipswich. The Carr Street Branch and The Buttermarket Branch.

It is a busy place with not enough staff on hand, you will have to wait for your food-drinks

Always a pleasure coming here, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and the food and drink is consistently good. I am a wheelchair user, sometimes needing a little help to reach or carry things and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff, making my visits always a delight!

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the NHS in Hinchingbrooke Hospital with an Americano. The staff here are charming and kind, a tribute to the folk who are their customers. The place is bright, colourful, spotless and a real haven. Escape here.

Popped in for takeaway coffee. Annoying that such a big chain charges extra for non-dairy milk. Come on Costa, sort yourselves out!

Can't decide between this store or Hampton one as sometimes the coffee I get in here is really nice and sometimes nasty as hell to the point it tastes like the coffee is burnt leaving a horrible taste in your mouth that's why I prefer going Hampton plus we known at Hampton store as they get to know there customers on a personal level to the point I can now say my usual please and there it is keep up the good work Lauren Jordan Adam Sandy love ya loads

We pop in quite regularly, it can be a busy little place, probably due to being both on the high street and by one of the entrances to the shopping centre. They have dairy free options for cakes and drinks and other dietary requirement options. Only down side is they only have one toilet so you can end up in a queue. Otherwise, lovely food and drink and lovely staff. 😊

It's okay, the food is good I had a salad and it was very nice. My son had the breakfast wrap and he said it was tasty and my husband had the ham and cheese toastie. I wouldn't say it's suitable for wheelchair users because the gaps between each table are tight especially as you have to queue down the middle so trying to get by will be difficult. Also it wasn't the cleanest. Staff were so busy serving the tables were left dirty with used items on. I watched afew having to clear the tables themselves before sitting down.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Costa Coffee, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and passionate about their craft, which added to the overall positive vibe of the place.

Walked from ferry meadows to peterborough and the costa was a welcome break from our trek of about 7:3 miles and shopping as well

Really nice place, staff are friendly and good at what they do, seating was really comfortable, latte was really nice.

Had a free cake for my Birthday, which is great, but the bun I had was stale and tasteless, however the customer assistant did replace it with another cake of my choice.

Coffee good as always but was very disappointed with the passionfruit tart. Was dry & certainly not fresh or pleasant to eat. Certainly not worth the cost.

Just went for a drink n snack 😋 not much choice if u don't like mayo or cheese so ended up with the child small ham was OK got a slice of lime n coconut cake which I was very very disappointed with ☹ it was very dry the cake was plain with just a bit of lime n coconut butter cream on the top will certainly not buy it again very disappointing staff was friendly but service was quite slow

Order was late, food was cold and tasteless, drink wasn't right. Delivery driver was the only good thing about it, he was very polite.

Manager caitlin or Catherine and her colleagues were a really helpful team today when i used the service after an incident outside the store. I really appreciate the help provided, lovely team of employees :)
