Costa Coffee in South Oxfordshire

Barista is in super rush to make coffees. This shouldn’t be the way of making coffees. I had to return my coffee unfortunately. Costa needs to train its baristas immediately.

a lack of consideration towards customers, there is not even a single plug to charge your mobile phone, I do not recommend anyone to go to that Costa Coffee

Just really poor. Stood waiting to order, one staff member too busy chatting to a mate, one literally cleaning her fingernails with some scissors, one attempting to open some cups and one clearing tables. Left without being served. The staff need a serious shake up.

Service ok but the seating area is showing signs of wear and stained seating but the main gripe is that it's like ice station zebra no heating at all not a pleasant place to sit down in at all

Shame about the service and poor quality of coffee, BUT it's awesome that they have a SWIMMING POOL for customers! You can see it on google maps.

Just visited Costa at Tesco in Didcot for the first time staff were lovely and polite had a sausage bap and a strawberry frappe really nice clean and tidy will visit again

I recently popped in after some vouchers were put through the door. I assume custom has dropped off recently (this was once the only Costa in Didcot, now we have three as numerous Costa Express machines). Service was poor and the guy serving on the afternoon of Sunday 26/06 clearly hates his job or people, or both. Drink was ok, have had better. Maybe think about improving this branch or either close it and convert it to something else.

Staff rude with no communication skills. Drinks were nice. Food an issue. Ordered toast. Asked for white toast and received seeded brown bread which I’m unable to eat due to dietary restrictions. Luckily my daughter was on hand to eat it. Terrible service no customer service skills what so ever. Training in the food industry is needed.

Lovely place, drinks also good. Staff friendly.

The staff were good, they have 2 kinds of covid check-ins (NHS app or Costa app).

This is in Tesco and is a very nice stop off after you have done your shopping. Will be nice to return when it is able to open again after the lock down measures have been lifted

Excellent customer service manager asked 2 elderly ladies if they needed help 1 had a zimmer frame sent someone round to help them with their tray xxx

Cold tea not very hot so just had the one cup

Worst hot chocolate and flat white ever. I don’t know how they can mess up drinks so badly.

Newly refurbished clean and tidy nice friendly staff lots of space to sit and relax

Inside Tesco. Clean, efficient, typical Costa, great coffee, never too busy, friendly polite staff. Great meeting or hiding from grocery shopping place!
