Costa Coffee in Manchester

I always buy coffee from here but today I am really disappointed because I asked for caramel latte and after he made for me I asked him again is it caramel in it ? He said yes But it wasn’t 🫤

I go to Costa Coffee every morning, and when the bearded guy makes my coffee, it's always spot on. But when the girl makes it, it’s like drinking black water, not coffee. The inconsistency is really disappointing.

Out with my Sister as a treat and change of scenery . Nice to be out , family know why, however some unruly children running around, disturbing condiments etc and annoying patrons wanting a peaceful drink and talking with family, friends etc. Staff unable to stop the disruption as managing orders, and serving customers. Staff polite, user friendly , helpful and welcoming.

The place is beautiful. It is inside Tesco. I love shopping in Tesco very much

Delivery was too long, food was stone cold and hot drink was freezing

Very disappointed, it took 90 min to arrive, & by then everything was stone cold. Won't use this Costa again. Wish I could do no stars.

I go for a brew and a read every Sunday morning. It feels like a friendly community gathering place. The staff are a very friendly bunch.

The staff is very nice and coffee is ok. But the tables are often sticky. No idea why on earth they are.

Staffs are lovely , attentive , dog friendly .

I've given it 1 star because the last two times I've visited they've decided to close at 4 !!! Instead of the given hours of 6 on the door! Many people tuned round and left, I thought they needed customers especially with just reopening after covid19 !!! Very disappointing, and had to wait ages for my drink !!! Have been in again today 11/07/23 , place is dirty , no tables cleared or cleaned. Staff not helpful or welcoming, won't be going again ! Don't go there !

Hardly any food choice; dirty tables; had to ask for toilet code.

Good atmosphere, although it was slightly busy and only two staff members were on shift but my drink was ready in minutes. Staff were polite and friendly.

The staff it's absolutely great, and the place it's always clean and very looked after. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because of their ongoing problem with the card machine, who hasn't been working properly for the last month. When this happens, it limits the amount of people who actually visit the store, as most people now a days pay with cards.

The coffee need a big improvement They need to change the way that they make it and to learn how to steam the milk The staff Barely clean around the place lots of Dirty dishes laying around But a very relaxing place to come in to the staff are very friendly a big smile as you come in( love it )

The staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, most of the tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down, and it's much smaller now,which spoils the atmosphere. I find some of the food and drinks quite expensive but I still go.

It's one of my favourite places to go and have a coffee while I write or even just think. Update - they've just downsized a little, but that just makes it cosier!

Customer service was good, but the tables were dirty. Also, trys were filthy. I don't understand how you have to pay extra for cream. you would never get that in Scotland. You would be asked if you wanted cream and not be charged an extra 50p for it. this is out of order, in my opinion.

Frequent this coffee house often I think they have just changed some of the staff for the better,plenty of parking at Tesco

It isn't an area I tend to visit Cheetham Hill. But was glad to see a Costa. I called into Costa with a friend and enjoyed a good cup of coffee, i had a piece of chocolate cake as a free gift for my birthday from the app. The cake was stale and in fact the remainder of the cake should have been put in the bin! I left most of it. The entrance to the store was dirty and had not been swept or mopped in days! Even the outdoor seats were filthy as we're the tables. I expect much better from Costa. Some cleaning regimes need to be put into place ASAP

Visited on 28th June 2022. Excellent customer service from Morgan, who used the Costa app on her own phone to sort out two drinks for the price of one after I struggled with downloading the app myself.

Costa is getting expensive by the day. I liked their points when they generated money. Now you get free coffee and that you forget to collect and Baristas seldom ask you if you want to redeem them

I love Costa. I wish every branch sold their lovely porridge (such a tasty winter warmer and low fat).

A very cozy place indeed. The ambiance was so quiet and comfortable that you can get a lot of work done in peaceful environment. There are chairs, sofa seats and counters to choose from according to your taste. About coffee, I found it pretty bland to be honest. It just tasted like coffee dissolved in water with a pinch of milk. Still better than Starbucks but needed a cookie to get some taste. The staff is really friendly and helpful with ingredients and taste.

It was not crowded but short of staff, hence queue to be served.

I cannot fault this Costa. The staff are excellent, always friendly and even during the stressful year we’ve had, never once seemed frustrated or flustered with what’s going on. They’ve continued their amazing customer service with a smile on their faces and an attitude that has you leaving with a smile too. The store is clean and the coffee is great. You can’t ask for much more than that.

Sometimes we go there for the change and they have the space for families but the Big let down is the staff are so unwelcome and so unexperienced they can't event get your order right more than ones because they are not listening or paying attention what you saying to them its like a joke to them also there isn't much of a food choice or snacks, You actually could tell that's Not Costa standard as I know it like other places or what people expect from a good Costa coffee place To be honest I don't know why this Costa has the name Costa coffee because it isn't there 🤔

Absolute diamond of a shop! Staff are so friendly and really helpful, I've read the reviews that slate the place and can't believe reviews say it's gone downhill just because someone got a dirty spoon! Mate if it was that bad surely you could approach staff so they could sort your dirty spoon out! LOL Can't fault it apart from fridge not working it was my 3rd time in there, AAAAAAA + SERVICE same as the last 2 times I went. Nice one 👍🏻👌😁

One of the best Costa coffees I had so far. Sadly I didn't get a name of a guy who made my coffee he have tattoo on his neck. Big thanks to him. I was watching how he was making mine and my fiancee coffee. He was very professional and used interesting techniques which worked out really well because our coffees tasted super nice! We will visit again:) thanks again!

I love the comfort and I love of the way it situated but I don't like the prices too far too high especially for children is there just nipping in for a hot chocolate or something or taking your grandchildren out or even my daughter taking me out out with my grandchildren it's quite expensive

This is because you are telling me to do a survey and saying we could win £100 , saying to do survey I did it I thought it will be like 5-10 mins but no it wasn’t it was around about an hour, after I did all those steps it goes on the last page showing an error. I have an excellent WiFi connection + fibre, nothing is wrong with my phone but they waste ur time in these advertisements just to take a survey I get it you are doing it for advertisement however just tell them the truth and say please take a survey for us to give you a better service, simply as HOWEVER They serve you good, there baristas are amazing. Once I went there with friends they made us laugh.

I visited the store Tuesday 18/06/19 & enjoyed my coffee & wafers. The shop was clean & tidy & staff friendly & efficient. There wasn't much of a choice in the cakes on sale - a frequent problem - & would like to see a wider choice, especially different cheesecakes, that go so well with coffee.

Nice family experience, had a relaxed time with family over a cup of a very nice costa coffee.

Overpriced coffee, only busy because its 'costa', low quality cakes also sold at inflated prices, not particularly clean, with the revenue they are generating you should expect far better surrounding and facilties, not peeling, dated wallpaper, and the fact that there is only one toilet for males /females /disabled /children /baby changing is an absolute disgrace. Obviously profit is profit, no thought for the customer, first and last visit.

I am litterally at the coffee shop now having latte... But believe me this is the worst latte i have ever had in my life... The lady who made it she is manager i guess lol. Coz its written manager on her shirt. Horrible absolutely horrible

Staff try their best to keep this Coffee Shop clean. The music is good. It is a nice place to relax, have coffee and a snack and do your internet access stuff. I enjoy going there if I serious want to get my online work done. I highly recommend it.

Coffee tasted like dirt. I had to leave it.. staff ignorant! She used previously well used leftovers to make my drink!

Quick service and the coffee is great.

Poor, coffee and cakes up to usual standard but only 2 foreign staff who struggled to be understood a dcouldntbebothered keeping a local beggar out who was consistently doing the rounds of both the indoor and outdoor tables..... I won't be going back...
