Your average Costa. Nice coffee

Much improved today with service and quicker than what I experienced at the weekend

Supposed to be open to 8pm, drive through closed..store door open but store blocked off with boxes and stock. No staff to be seen so other customers asking us if it is open and just leaving to go somewhere else. Very strange and no explanation or sign or staff to say why they are closed but appear open.

I love this drive threw. Always a pit stop when I'm passing.

Short stop to get a coffee. Unfortunately, all employees were really unmotivated and listless. The coffee prepared was also not what I was used to from Costa.

Stopped here on our travels, and unfortunately, it wasn't great... No tables available as not cleared and cleaned No semi-skimmed milk Disabled toilet was not very clean or well designed and it also doubles up as a baby change which is not anywhere near hygienic enough to consider using! On the plus side there was goid sized disabled parking bays right outside

Ordered two medium lattes for our reusable cups. Had to cancel one when the barista(no name badge on shirt) decided to make a skimmed(skinny) latte. When challenged he advised there was no green(semi-skimmed) milk so he thought rather than ask he would just make a skimmed milk version. I asked for a refund for one, should have been both as when we checked the coffee he made it was just over half full, making this less than a small coffee. Come on guys, what happened to the "Brand Standard". Also, on the way out it looked like they had green(semi-skimmed) milk across at the drive thru bar. Too rushed to complain and wondered what difference it would have made anyway. Get a grip Costa, retrain these guys at least, and teach then common sense and good manners while you're at it

sorry I love costa, but service in this place, really bad. now just for context, this is the 3rd time I have visited and each time equally as bad. Come on guys step up to the plate

Best drive thru. Food was perfect and hot. Not too hot but definitely not cold. Great service all round.

Not my cup of tea. I mean the coffee is nice but the price is too much for my kinda wallet. Nice friendly staff. Was really crowded when I was there and due to rain and wind no way to enjoy the coffee outside so yeah was really noisy in there. But I know friends who love going there so please give it a shot and make up your own mind. Enjoy

Typical Costa. Not much more to say!

It's a nice Costa this. When I went they never had all the food items we were after but, I hope, that was a one off. I've been a few times previously and they are usually fine.

Quick lunch stop on the way to Glasgow. Sit outside, drive through, or sit inside all ok. Panini, toastie, an iced coffee and a standard coffee all to Costas usual high standard. A year later an afternoon stop and just as good. Drive through today, served quickly and easily. As a side note I have noticed recently that it has become pretty difficult to feed my Gluten Intolerant wife at Costa recently!

We only had coffee as it was a quick pit stop but great atmosphere

The great thing about Costa is the consistently great coffee no matter the location and this one is no exception. Great coffee, friendly staff, comfortable surroundings.

Good food, good choices drinks both hot and cold and relaxed atmosphere.

Up to their usual standard only downfall today was I forgot to take my own refillable mug.

It was nice to stop on the way to Inverness. It wasn't too busy so service was quick and was relaxing just what you need on a pitstop before an onward journey. Plus the BP station was not far from it either ... Bonus!

There always seems to be a long queue, and this place is not dog friendly despite being a very handy stop as you pass Perth on the M90. Should have gone to Starbucks.

Toilet not brilliant (door didn't lock, loo roll on floor and wiggly seat) but I'll tell you what was brilliant - After Eight Inspired hot chocolate! Comes with an After Eight chocolate too. Very nice!

I always use the drive thru & staff are always so friendly and attentive.

Costa drive through is what gets me by on my busy days, big thank you to the staff who do the window take away and I'm unsure what the guys name is but he always puts a smile on my face with his cheery and positive attitude and especially Emma.. who said she had only recently started working there since March but she makes my day! Lovely person and always happy when she is at that window serving me. Well done, you are great at your job and a lovely person. Thanks, Libby At Home And Roam.

Great service, food and atmosphere!

Our go to drive through, always reliable and always well served.

I’ve been a loyal Costa customers for many years and have recently tried this Costa situated near Broxden roundabout for the second time and both were very disappointing. The first visit, they had no oat milk. The second visit I ordered a flat white with oat milk and it had no velvety foam or finish. It looked identical to an Americano with cold milk. Baristas need additional training.

Great cappuccino and almond croissant, quick stop.

Definitely not service with a smile! One member of staff in particular was not interested. If she feels that customers are an inconvenience, she's in the wrong job. She did not want to be there. Best avoided altogether unless you want to see someone getting paid to eye roll!

Quality of product is good but very lacking in customer service. Attitude of staff is not good. Consistently had this experience. Ideal location though.

I'd been driving for a while and need a coffee. Great coffee as usual but the staff were all friendly, smiling and clearly happy at their work.

I support a gentlemen who loves a Costa and the Costa at Broxden Perth are always wonderful with him and make him very special and always give amazing service

Very nice place for a quick lunch

Place is ok-lasses who work here tho pretty dire. I travel a lot with my job so visit many coffee places. Most people are great, but every time I visit this one, service really poor. Think they’d sooner just chat to each other.

It's a great little stop off for coffee. Drive through, outside sitting area with lots of tables. Good space inside to sit have coffee and chat away with friends.

Elgin Springfield is one of the cleanest comfiest costa coffee shops along with no.1 being Forres Tesco.

Claims to be open until 18:30. Closed by 17:45. Not good for long distance drivers. Probably won't bother with Costa Drive Thru sites if they're randomly shut for no reason, there's enough alternatives out there I don't need the hassle.

Turned up at 5.35 on a Sunday (it’s meant to be open till 6.30) and all the doors were locked and staff mopping the floor.

Door says they close at 8pm - staff won’t let you come inside to order after 7:35pm.

A Costa is a Costa..... That being said the service is always friendly and proficient and cleanliness is good.

They had ran out of soya milk but had oat milk which was quite good. Bit of a wait at the drive through and staff didn't really interact.

Small & friendly cafe with drive thru. Friendly staff. It's a Costa, so you know what you're getting!

Large cappuccino to go. Car park was very busy, as was the inside. Should have just used the drive thru!

Coffee was great, service was poor. 3 ladies who had no interest in speaking to me only to each other, and 2 who had no idea how to make the drink I asked for even though it was widely advertised in the media! Disappointed unfortunately

Staff here are truly some of the friendliest personalities I've ever experienced. Great bunch work here. A real credit to the company. The St Catherine's retail park branch on the other hand is another story. One member of staff waved her hands across my face as if I was stupid, saying, "we are cloooosed". I dared to open the door that should have been locked when they had just closed. Should have taken her name and reported her but not something I'd usually do unless extreme.

A handy spot for coffee and cake or similar. It's Costa so you know what you are getting.

Lovely treat. Terrys chocolate orange hot chocolate and caramel chocolate brownie delicious 😋. Not a very cheap treat though! 😮

Needed a place to stop to keep our journey fueled, this place fulfilled our need with a step inside and a takeaway, exactly what was needed.

Drive Through Costa. Good service with indoor and outdoor seating

An OK Costa, nothing to complain about other than they allow smoking outside. The outside space is small and tables are close to each other. I will avoid going there now as having a coffee outside with my friends was why we went there. But if is spoiled by smokers is not worth it.

Lots of parking, clean but coffee wasn't top. However, a safe bet although not cheap for what it is.

Great for a chai latte via the drive through heading south on the M9. Just made it be for it closes at 8pm 😁

Turned up at the store at 5:30 on a Saturday. Drive through was coned off, door was locked despite saying it was open till 6:00 on the door. I wasn't the only one trying to get in either.

Too conveniently close. Hot chocolate is always lovely. My daughters love the different flavours aswell as the coffees. Sit-in in pleasant and tables are clean.

Service has fallen in the last few weeks..twice now we drove away with the wrong order…and ridiculous wait due to apparent credit card reader issue..which I’m not convinced was the issue.

My fav Costa go most mornings, staff are so nice.

Nice place to go for a work coffee, had our laptops & nobody paid us any notice. Staff were friendly and having a laugh. A few tables with dirty dishes but that's expected.

Unfortunately very disappointed when I visited this Costa. It is in need of a good clean, seats are disgusting, all marked and stained. Tables not cleared, luckily I had wipes with me so cleaned table myself. Outside was also in need of cleaning up used cups and rubbish even the bin was overflowing. Come on Costa it used to be a pleasant experience visiting this cafe.

Terrible, not sure if it's a training issue but the young staff never seem to make a good latte it's either weak or just warm milk and they always forget to add the caramel syrup. Said I would not go back but was needing a coffee and thought I'd try again ...nope they gave me a warm milk latte without the caramel syrup. It's happened so many times I think they miss the cup when adding it? One on town and at the retail parks are good broxden is just shocking

Do wish you would do more to keep the flies off the cakes.

I've repeatedly returned to this store despite drink orders being wrong, being over charged and given incorrect orders, incorrect sizes, but today will be the last visit. Drink order wrong again & the sausabe bap has been over cooked or out of date, as the bread is rock hard & I don't fancy breaking my teeth. Drive to the Starbucks at the next roundabout.

Nice Costa in a very convenient location. Stopped here on my way home for coffee. It was clean and tidy and staff were spot on with my order.

Costa at Broxden Perth. Flies on the cakes. Barista just shrugged and waved it away and didnt remove the cake it had been on for a good 3 mins at least! Needless to say we had a bit of the cake which was on the cake stand with a lid.

Slow service, a barista who clearly does not enjoy there job and expresses it, and paying extra for marshmallows to find there are none in the drink. Overall very disappointing, the drinks were okay, but not worth the £5 that was paid for each of them.

Nice quiet Costa. Visited early but nice lay out

The coffee was nice, and just as you would expect from Costa. The staff gave the impression they would have benefited from some closer supervision however. Between the odd swear word, the overly relaxed attitude and a general unprofessionalism, I got the feeling their manager was either absent or just not up to the job.

Tables were dirty and the chair back came off in your hand.

Sorry no photos. This was just off the roundabout after the A9 road to Inverness. So known the journey in front of us. A coffee was in order. Costa coffee are always good, no matter where it is. Best coffee out so it is.

First time visiting this Costa in Perth. Felt safe, covid requirements adhered to. Friendly serving staff.
