Costa Coffee in Brighton and Hove

Lovely service, good pleasant atmosphere. Pistachio sandwich cookie was delicious.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Bacon roll heated perfectly and served with a smile. Very tasty brownie. A convenient pitstop before or after shopping for the groceries in Tesco.

Friendly atmosphere , lovely team and management when my friends and myself go there. We really enjoy the added bonus of the singing trio (without music) with beautiful harmonies for free, so we go every Friday.

Staff are lovely especially Jason who Looks after us really well. Great coffee

It's conveniently located inside Tesco so when my husband and I are getting groceries, we often pop upstairs for a quick coffee. The staff are friendly and the drinks we've ordered have been consistent in taste compared to the other branches in Hove. It's cute that they do babyccinos and even better at no extra cost as our little one loves it.

After buying grocery from tesco, and looking for a coffee shop? Just go to the end and go up to the scalator, or use the lift.

Love stopping here for coffee after shopping . Seems to be cheaper than some other costas staff helpful and polite but I always sit shivering with the unnecessary freezing cold air conditioning.

I don't know why I even bother with Costa anymore, had a iced almond latte and the milk was sitting in a bottle on the side so was luke warm, just chucking ice cubes in doesn't make it iced. Coffee was crap as per usual with costa. The Mrs had a Belgium frostina, it was rank tasted like someone had put a few drops of perfume in it, almost 8 quid later I said what a crap place. Everytime i think I'll give it another chance I'm always disappointed.......

Had a lovely time here with a newspaper and a latte. Staff got the drink prepared quickly, tables were clean and I didn't feel pressured to leave.

This is the worst Costa I have ever attended. The latte was disgusting, not hot. And also the customer service is very very bad.

Great service, people make the place and after all the time in this pandemic the staff were so welcoming professional and friendly. Took time to sterilise everything in front of us and were patient with those who didn’t understand track and trace. Always fun and professional team. Would recommend five stars

Ruby hot chocolate was fantastic, Peter was super polite but the server was easily distracted and was not at all attentive and rude.

Usual Costa which served a range of coffee, teas and cakes. Went to the venue around lunch time and it wasnt too busy, there are a number of surrounding cafes which might be why. Venue was clean and tidy and coffee was served quickly.

I love a Latte and they now have sugar free syrups 😉😉

What you would expect of a Costa Coffee in a Tesco store - good location, friendly service and good coffee.

Nice coffee but the tea spoons are dirty when we go in there.

The usual coffee brand place inside the Tesco supermarket with pleasant staff and in need for some upgrades in the furniture

We were served by PETER today and he was an absolute delight it was before 9am and he was really chipper and just brightened up our morning. We had a flat white hot chocolate egg muffin and a lemon tart all were really tasty. Peters made me and my niece very happy to start the day ahead!! Thank you

Visited Sunday morning for breakfast. The cafe was very busy but the staff were excellent they were all working very hard and efficiently but still had time for a smile and a thank you. The coffee was good and the food was good value for a large chain.

Sandwiches bland, chocolate cake stale, no staff to clean tables. We cleaned our table ourselves. Won’t be back.

Dirty staff don't have time to serve and rude

Staff were really nice and helpful when ordering and offering to carry tray etc as I had shopping. 100%for staff. Couple of negatives were the place looked very tired which made it seem grubby and the inside of the teapots and spouts were stained. Would still go there but maybe ask teapot to be changed.

Always love Costa coffee shops. This one in tesco Hove is set out nicely. Escalator or lift to it so accessible for everyone. Nice friendly staff, very helpful.

I use Costa here in Portland Rd virtually every day and I always find the staffs very friendly and courteous at all times. They know my regular order.

Great place to put your head down and read a book. Service with a smile - range available is similar to all Costa's. Good muffin and large latte makes me happy. Tables regularly cleaned and easy on this occasion to find a comfy place to sit.

Visited today the post new site in Tesco Store Bexhill. Now double the seating, open light and airy with a friendly atmosphere. Very clean with extremely gòod coffee and staff.
