Costa Coffee in City of London, Westminster

Very poor salted caramel frappe, next to no flavour as there was hardly a drop of syrup in the drink. Would not recommend this outlet.

Lovely barista. Very friendly and made my coffee just as I like. Extra 🔥. Few seats outside as it's at a station but I enjoyed my coffee while reading.

Let's say that there is better and therefore (even if under our hotel), once you try it you will never go back. So-so staff, expensive products. The only positive note was a good cappuccino and a good tea.

It’s a pit stop easy access and good staff

Alarm went off. They did not react. Bought my hot chocolate and a tea. They were so slow. Shutters went down to not reacting to alarm. Left hot chocolate. You guys owe me a hot chocolate for £6.55.

Had an absolutely lovely experience with a lovely lass named Rinal, made me feel very comfortable and was extremely polite and I’d be more than happy to return for a coffee again thanks her, lady deserves a raise, especially after seeing her help a disabled customer the way she did. Lovely service from her!

Made the wrong drink, then made the right one badly, was then rude. Won’t go back.

Was looking forward to my morning breakfast and coffee today but disappointed as it was already expensive paying £9.30 for a ham and cheese toastie £4.25 + oat cappuccino with hazelnut syrup - which means my medium coffee costs £5.05 and I didn’t even get my hazelnut syrup. Extortionate. Next time pay attention please.

I like Costa. I like their drinks and their app. However, they always run out of ice on a hot day. Not just this branch but others I've visited on hot days.

It's a nice Costa which is aimed at commuters. Also, it has some bench seating around the side of the café where you can look at the view of London. I think it is really good that they reduce items that can't be sold the next day; preventing food waste. The staff are friendly and efficient. Keep up the hard work!

Good location. Shame about the staff though. Just ordered a Ruby Rose Frostino and saw the barista roll their eyes when I putthe order in. Maybe you should improve your customer service.

El personal debe ser capacitado sobre cómo / cuándo atender a los clientes. . . Tener la mañana retrasada en función del color de su piel no es una experiencia agradable, por decir lo menos. ¿Qué pasó con servir a los clientes de acuerdo con el orden de la cola o al menos recibir su bebida a medida que se completa? . . No a discreción de las dos mujeres detrás del mostrador, cuya única responsabilidad es entregar las bebidas a los clientes, mientras que el miembro masculino del personal está haciendo frenéticamente TODOS los pedidos.

Personal muy agradable que son rápidos en la entrega y tienen buenas habilidades de atención al cliente. Lástima que ahora cierran a las 7 pm porque sólo se les permite trabajar hasta 8. 30:00 y tardan 1 1 / 2 horas para ordenar la tienda de salida para el día siguiente. Me parece un poco sin sentido, ya que está ocupado con la estación London interior pasajeros pico significativo formulario n° 6. 30 - 8:00 pm.

Not your usual Costa, conccentrates on take aways, only three two seater tables on the platform in the open air (under a roof). Targeted at train passengers arriving at this busy National Rail Station. Very pleasant serving staff, swift service and many regular customers. Standard Costa fare served with a smile
