Costa Coffee in Warwick

I’m a regular and visit daily, staff have always been amazing and go that extra step, always polite and professional. Coffee is just the best and food is amazing 🤩 highly recommend to all

Shame on such a big franchise and have so bad workers, they was nice not rude just i don't understand how can i pay 4£ for a coffee and in return i have only half cup of coffee,shame on this people,like this the client doesn't comeback 👎👎👎👎👎

Handed me a coffee without the lid secured. Coffee spilled all over myself and my car. I'll need to take the seats out to fully clean the coffee out of my carpets. I'm not one to complain, but this has really bothered me and a quick stop for a coffee has turned into a £150 valet bill. Was a regular customer that will no longer be returning.

First time in Lemington Spa my husband went in to get me a latte to be ignored for a while as the manager was too busy chatting when he finally got aknoledged and asked for child's temperature to which the assistant manager called floris was extremely rude and said you want it Childs temp what is wrong with normal temp what's the point I have my own reasons for having it that temperature and it is none of his business the other staff were extremely rude also by swearing at customers when asking if there was any jobs going by another customer to be told NO and to f off I have never been to a costa with such poor service I am a regular with costa getting them from all over the place and am always greeted politely but here was absolutely atrocious and he is the assistant manager he needs training on customer service

I asked for an iced cappuccino without too much milk. Service is getting worse.

Used the drive through here on several occasions now and always impressed with the speed of service, and our orders are always correct. Highly recommended.

I regularly visit Costa Coffee for its comfortable ambiance and excellent atmosphere. However, during my last visit while placing an order with my family, we encountered a staff member who was new to us and unfortunately quite rude. This was a disappointing experience that diverged from the high standard of hospitality we’ve come to expect at Costa Coffee.

First time of using this place today, clean and tidy, pleasant and polite service, nothing to fault the establishment for. Has a drive through for those who have no time to slow down 🐱. Use this place a lot more now due mobility issues.

As Costa's go, this is quite a pleasant one. Off a main road, next to Morrisons so only car traffic (hence it is a drive thru), but you can be seated, which is what we (my wife and two teenage daughters) did. Not sure where we were coming from but ordered our drinks and snacks and where served quickly. As you'd expect with a Costa, prices are quite high, but if you like Costa then that won't stop you. Not a main stop as a majority of the time we'd be in Leamington centre, but this is a good one if you want to park up and relax. I'd recommend, and this is good for meetings and relaxing.

kind of ridiculous that it says theyre 24 hours on drive thru yet cant put a ham and cheese toastie in at 5 to 9 when theyre supposedly open “24 hour”

You can't beat a flat white with your carbon monoxide. I'll be back a fourth time, that's for sure.

It’s better to go in as they often get the orders wrong on the drive through

Nearly £7 for a microwaved bacon bap and a coffee when I can get a fresh bap and a nice coffee from greggs for £3

I haven't been to a Costa In a few years but fancied a coffe staff were not very helpful the coffee was weak and tasted bitter now I am a little bit of a coffe nerd so to be to me I can't see why people go to Costa after today's visit

Nice environment but you only get ¾ of a cup if you have it as a takeaway. I'd recommend the costa around the corner

Service is always great and the shop clean and tidy. The drive through is efficient and like the shop, its fast and efficient. The biggest asset is most definately the staff..

Good drinks, staff pleasant. Slightly odd though as it’s April and there’s Christmas music on repeat? All for festivities but must say it is slightly random!

We always using drive through. For our 3 orders, only 1 was right. Twice we get something else, and the person said that We ordered that. Which was not true.

Lovely chocolate Tiffin biscuit & customary refreshing Americano. Disappointed that no discount was available for HM Armed Forces personnel & Veterans.

Good coffee, just what I needed

Don’t bother if you want a bloody frappe or half the menu at this rate, go to maccies and get urself a milkshake😄 the guy said it’s the best iced mocha he’s made, it was more like you know a couple of days after it snows and it turns into brown slush?? yeah that, overall waste of petrol and 15 mins of our lives!

Pleasant enough staff but, with no customers waiting and tables that need clearing and wiping, they just stand behind the counter with their arms folded. No management?!

Drive thru stop 🛑 medium size mocha coffee ☕ 🤩 and a pack of ginger stem biscuits! Service was nice and quick, the staff member asked me if I wanted to use my free coffee, always good to be reminded! Thanks for a lovely Mocha ☺️

Always busy, but you get a great cup of Costa as would be expected, new year, new staff, new attitude 👍 although the salted caramel chocolate cake didn't taste of anything near chocolate or caramel 👎

It is an ideal place to bring work or reading here to sit in a lovely cottage-style place.

Came to this one tonight, woman was very blunt and abrupt over the telecom. As soon as we are talking to order she’s almost talking over us with a bad attitude, it really seems like she didn’t want to be there. I really wanted a frappe but apparently ‘they had packed it all away’ even though it’s just the case of using a blender lol. However the guy was absolutely lovely and had very good customer service so thank you to you for being nice before we drove off :-)

Really slow staff, they often put people who don’t speak English very well on the drive thru window which means ordering is a painful process and your order will often be wrong. Ordered an ice latte with an extra shot and I got what effectively was iced milk.

Very rude and unhelpful staff.(Ryan and Gemma) Dodgy table wobbled and 2 hot drinks spilt all over me- initially staff refused full refund and didnt even ask if i was hurt. Will NEVER visit again

Hi, the staff are lovely people always get greated with such a warm welcome! However I have seen how the staff are treated by the managers which is completly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. The staff need to have more respect from there managers! I am also a friend to a few staff members at this place and some of the stories are frankly unbelivable, most of which are breaking the law becuase of the bad managment being run, with a result of them leaving their shift in tears which shouldnt happen for a barista job

It’s Costa coffee so it’s average at best so 3 stars, -1 star because the drive through staff at this site consistently get my order wrong and are quite happy just to lie about it. Just today I ordered a drink with skimmed milk, you can clearly see in and the guy made it with blue whole milk. I asked the girl at the window to double check if it was skimmed, didn’t even bother to look round and ask, just said yes and looked at me like I had caused her the most inconvenience in the world. Poor customer service and it’s not the 1st time I’ve suspected they’ve done this. Won’t bother with this shop again as you can’t trust you’re getting what you’ve ordered.

An excellent branch with friendly and efficient staff

Actually we had planned to meet at zmorrisons cafe but finding it closed we went "nextdoor" to this Costa , service was polite and fast and the drinks were as expected, it was quiet at the time (10am) so we found a table easily, the toilets were clean and tidy. There is limited parking nearby it seemed we were lucky to find a space as my colleague has limited mobility.

Been coming since 2017. Location is ideal. As for parking the bike, win, win. Maybe i have too many coffee, oh well, another one won't hurt.

Use this place a lot as it’s very convenient for me but since they got new staff it’s been a horrible experience the young girls that work at the drive through window are rude they stand there talking between them selfs while swearing at each other with the window open I asked one of them what the new items on the menu were to just be told they don’t have any ( not what I asked) I then got to the payment window to be told bye before I was given my drink and having the window closed in my face I understand no one wants to be at work but you could at least hide the fact when customers are there

Staff have no concern for customers or customer service. Constantly give attitude and regularly get orders wrong. Could really do with a large amount of training and support

Have been here many times over the past couple of years using mainly the drive thru - unfortunately the attitude of the staff has deteriorated recently - just plain rude & impatient staff, so now avoid

A very friendly staff are seemingly always on rota here. Good amount of parking and next to a Morrisons if you need that.

It is a Costa, same products as any other it was clean ,pleasant staff plenty of windows to stare out of .

I loved Costa and spent a lot of money on Latte. This place is near to my heart and have a lot of great & beautiful memories. Food is great and loved it every time. The atmosphere is great. The staff are the best baristas in the world. I know everyone’s name. Good people.

An absolute chaotic dump. The coffee is horrendous. What has happened? The coffee is scolding hot and made at a 1000 degrees. Some days you get it bitter and watery, some days you get it quickly thrown in with no foamed milk and so on.. take your pick, it’s a mess. The new staff are all over the place. The foreign workers are rude, stressy and pushy and have no manners. Are they even barista trained? The staff there need sacking and the place given a complete overhaul or the company need to properly train them. I don’t recommend Costa because of this place, it’s a travesty…

Service was perfect and we were served quickly, it was early evening. Its a lovely place to go and relax and enjoy a coffee.

Coffee not up to Costa standard

The Voucher system apparently hasnt been working since January so any discount or vouchers codes you have don't work. There's no push to get this fixed and I've been told three seperate stories about when this will be fixed from staff who couldnt seem to care less

Cannot comment on the standard of coffee because the cafe was closed on Wednesday at 6pm even though the advertised opening times are until 8pm.

been twice, the computers are always broken, rewards don't work, Vodaphone doesn't work and there card machine done work have to pay cash feel like ive been scammed

Good amount of room. Nice clean space and well laid out. You don't feel in the way.

Just an average costa, relatively busy and still had a wide selection of food well into the afternoon.

The site is ok. Tried to pay with gift card and strangely I was told that the machine didn’t work. It is the same scanner to scan the Costa card. They did take the free drinks that I had on my card. I didn’t want to argue because I was with my daughter. I would avoid this shop because it didn’t seem honest to me.

Staff clearly don't care about their customers, they allow select individuals to spend hours in the cafe on zoom calls disturbing other customers who want to enjoy a coffee in peace and quiet. I've left twice without drinking mine. Not acceptable. Either work from home or go to the office.

We generally visit late on Saturday morning. Service has definitely gone downhill recently, as has the selection of vegan options, very disappointing. There seemed to be a lot of issues with sandwiches not being put in the toaster (happened to our kids lunch) and general errors when placing orders. The lad making the drinks was working his socks off to be fair (and our drinks were good) whereas other staff were milling around with one stood holding a box staring at the sandwich display. It appeared any order caused the counter staff problems and big queues would form quickly :-(

I was on my lunch break so didn't have much time, I ordered an extra hot latte after waiting 20 minutes for it in the drive through I ended up getting a lukewarm skinny latte. Normally I would just drink it but I had paid £3.10 for it!! I took it back to the cafe, the Man I spoke to had scruffy clothes on, he made me another one but didn't apologize. Next time I will bring my own instant latte's to work they are nicer & only cost 20p per coffee!!!

Service has gone downhill alot. Young staff that don't even know how to print a receipt. It took three members of staff to do this. Would appear some basic training is needed. Lids are not secure before handing over causing hot drinks to spill. No care or consideration. Back to Starbucks it is

Took ages to serve me and got my drink order wrong. They did replace the drink. It was not the positive experience I expect from Costa
