Costa Coffee in Chichester

Took over an hour for my food to get hear by the time it did it was stone cold

Absolute definition of disorder and disorganisation, came in for a coffee and something to eat. Food got heated up right after asking the barista to make the coffee, food being cooked in a merry chef so takes 30 seconds, by the time the coffees came the food was cold, my girlfriends bubble tea didn’t have any bubbles in it and when they got put in they wouldn’t fit through the stray so she had to eat them with a spoon. After paying close the £18 for two small drinks, a sausage roll and a wrap you’d expect better

Awful service my order said it was delivered but wasn’t delivered to me my number was clearly stated never got called also so was my address in competent clearly

Have to praise the costa coffee staff at the chichester location near the cathedral. They were in the middle of training how to make the drink i ordered to a newbie and my bus went past the window which cased me to panic and ask for my drink there and then and rather than hostility they were completely understanding got my drink to me in 10 seconds flat so i could get out the door to my bus so i wasnt late for work. Fantastic customer service and patience im not normally that high maintenance and i dont usually write reviews but they deserved it. Thank you costa made my day and a fantastic drink too. My bubble tea was delicious highly reccomend! :)

Came in to do some very important work on my laptop. There were plenty of seats inside and outside. There are many double power sockets under most tables, which are essential for charging laptops and other devices. Before I left, staff were more than willing to make my coffee in my own reusable mug. This branch is situated on Chichesyer High Street and is 10 - 15 mins walk from the station

In the middle of Chichester, you can sit inside and outside. Watching people, enjoy your coffee and/or cake, it is the britisch Starbucks, thats how I would say

Went on a very busy Saturday so was probably a bit more crowded than normal but the coffee was good and snacks were tasty. Can get toasted sandwiches which is very nice. Toilet needed attention but assume it's checked regularly.

Store looks tired but a refurb is coming end of May. Can't wait. Coffee is great, it will be even greater soon!

Cashing in on their free BOGOF offer from previous Friday. Had a glitch in my app and the staff went out of their way to help me extract it. Always quality coffee. Glitch was due to Chichester renowned for zero signal on most mobile service providers. The residents apparently don't want mobile towers anywhere near their city hence the lack of signal strength. The usual excuse for bad signal is that all older properties in Chi have lead lined roofs.

Hot food and a great service had a nice time and is a good date spot, staff are polite and attentive and clean store and toilets all round food experience.

All staff we're brilliant today but specific shout out to the chap working the sandwiches and tills today. Was happy, pleasant and very helpful

Costa cofffee in East street is not as good aa the West street branch. Visiting at 4.10pm Wed the toilets were being cleaned and only 3 people in drinking neverages.

I went in to use the toilet and politely bought a coffee. Asked for a plus latte but she put it in individually so I had to correct her. Do the track and trace to use the toilet, thats fine. The lady at the till I'm assuming is a spanish woman shouted at me that I'm 'not to take a picture of it' I have to use my camera for the track and trace????? Got very impatient with me. Well I said never mind. Then I got given a medium instead of a large coffee (paid for a large). Too in a mood to say anything because I would of swore at them. Terrible service and impatient staff. It wasn't even busy.

Went in told the member of staff that milk anaphylaxis required a coffee with soya milk. The member of staff was polite respectful, he explained what they would do e.g., cleaning and use fresh clean equipment. He stated that they could not guarantee 100% allergen free, but this is to be expected in any establishment. I had no reaction and left feeling respected – Thank you
