Costa Coffee in Dundee City

Se trata de una disposición de asientos de planta abierta situada en el vestíbulo de un centro comercial. Hay asientos afuera si lo quieres. El servicio fue razonablemente rápido y la oferta igual que cualquier otro Costa. Estando junto a la puerta principal, el comercio era constante.

We were served by Rita today on a busy Sunday morning, and she was excellent. She was very positive and helpful.

We had a quick stopover here for some coffee and tea. This branch was as other Costa branches - nothing fancy, but did the job.

Had cheese and tomato toasties, utterly disgusting..expect propper cheese and tomatoes...God know what was served on the bread...

Why for such a big shop is the wait time so long? This is a big company in the UK and the service is unacceptable. No other Costa in Dundee has this problem. Not the staff’s fault, they are always lovely but to wait nearly 20 minutes for a coffee at a big company like Costa is obscene.

some strawberry blonde girl that served me and my boyfriend she ignored me and went straight to take my boyfriend’s order, after i said my order she toke my boyfriend and continued to flirt with him so i’d like to get her fired

Megan who was working the front counter today was absolutely incredible with her service. My friend and I always meet up weekly and she always greets the both of us with a smile, and is more than happy to accommodate the allergies I have by providing thorough information on gluten free, dairy free, etc alternatives and products. Megan is an absolute asset to the company and makes every trip to Costa, overgate a joy. Thanks again, Megan!

This place can get busy during lunch hour, but the service is always immaculate with friendly and polite staff who make you feel welcome and are very helpful. I've been coming here for years and have never really had a bad experience with staff or food. The food is a set menu with some seasonal changes and I always know what I'm ordering when I visit. The layout of this venue in the Overgate is pretty cool with it's open-plan surroundings which give you a nie view of the coming and goings of the OVergate. Most importantly their coffee is good and has the edge IMO over Starbucks. Highly recommend.

Busy place, you know what you're getting at Costa Plenty of seating and quick service. First time in this branch but would return.

Staff were friendly and slightly quicker than many of the Costa’s we’ve been to and there was a nice atmosphere. The cafe is set in the main shopping centre at one end and down a few steps, a bit like a sunken lounge, it works well! I decided to try their new Salted Caramel Latte, lovely but quite sweet, I should have tasted it before I added my small sugar because it made it sweeter than I usually have it. Worth a try though.

Was here yesterday as I was shopping in Dundee, only been in a few times but it’s always been good, I’m very happy as long as my flat whites are hot & tasty, had a toasted t cake as well, nice, i am always in Costas every week even in my home town, love them, keep up the good work.

We called in here for very late lunch after visiting the V & A Museum. Served fairly swiftly and good selection of items. Nice coffee and soft drinks and good selection of cakes etc. Place not too busy and no rush to get back the table,

Neither of the girls serving can be bothered to smile. And the barista had an apron saying "manager".....she couldnt be bothered to look at her customer or be bothered to smile. Its 12h38, not that busy, 4 people in the queue only. Omg! How terrible

Only one slice of brown bread sitting out, unable to sell - why? Medium hot chocolate - 2/3 drink, 1/3 of glass just cream. Customer service training has yet to be delivered to some of staff on shift - not our usual experience here but will just stick with Broughty Ferry branch where customers are valued.

I have been to a large amount of Costa and most of them are of good quality and this one is no different. Fast service and you get what you want and is fine for a quick bite for lunch. The ice coffee was perfect...
