My daily morning drive thru coffee place x staff are lovely

We drive through here regularly and always ask for our coffees cooler because they taste burnt and bitter..they are still making them too hot to hold or drink. Won’t be wasting our money here again.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Would be great if the able bodied staff (Tom, manager) wouldn’t keep parking on the disabled space

Slow service and for main route services it only has 2 toilets, has outdoor seating.

Friendly staff, quick service and clean toilets. What more do you want?

Nice stop on a journey foe a much needed coffee

Overall very Professional experience. The only problem is bathroom is not up to standard. Needs a little more help!!!

When we last visited the atmosphere was lovely food and drinks were great, this time (June 18th) not so impressed at all, get a drink I asked to be changed for a small drink aswell as small one, never got asked about cream or mallows on the hot chocolate then staff were but put out when I questioned it. Hope the hospitality it better on next visit or we won't return again.

My go to coffee stop on the way to Cornwall each year. Super!

The staff at this Costa are invariably lovely and polite. However, the toilets are nearly always broken, there is usually one out of order. However, today both toilets were working (with the exception of a broken hand dryer).

Young staff very polite and friendly. I had a cappuccino to go.

Queue for the one toilet so went to McDonalds and used their superior facilities. Will not be using this Costa Coffee again.

A pit stop on our day out. A nice clean place and busy.

£5 for a halloumi veggie toasty that looked nothing like the photo. No aubergine in sight, one half had one small slice of cheese and some sweet sauce and nothing else, in the other one slice of courgette, a tiny onion and a slice of cheese. Threw out half of it as it was just bread smeared with sauce. Rather pay more but have rich filling like on the photo. Sticking to subway I think when I want a decent sandwich. Staff always seems miserable and the tables sit there dirty for ages. Not a well managed outlet.

Staff lovely and caring 3 cake delicious. Plenty of power sockets and WiFi connection points for those who need to use them. Good view of car parks so there's lots of light and your vehicle is easily visible from the tables in the dining area. Staff were busy, so tables took a while to clear and it wad a shame that one of the toilets was being repaired. The open toilet looked like it needed a repair so hoping it was on the to do list! Overall, nice place to come with a couple of minor issues to sort out.

Costa has gotten very over priced. I used to go regularly... not sure it's worth it anymore.

Used the drive-thru to get a flat white coffee. It tasted good but it was expensive at nearly £4.

Standard service station Costa. Bins overflowing, tables need clearing, toilet broken and service by someone in a headset who fails to multi task.

Called in here a couple of times now and have always found it easy to park, clean and well maintained. As another reviewer noted, they do have a lot of drive through customers, who they prioritise, so counter customers often have to wait. There was only one barista making coffee with two servers dealing with drive through and counter sales. It was a little hectic. I ordered oat milk latte but twice I received dairy milk. I didn't notice at the time but became ill on the drive home and was so unwell I lost a day's work the following day. With such a busy location perhaps they could employ more staff, or separate drive through from shop sales? Otherwise I enjoy Costa and use them regularly. I have noticed though that prices are rising and I recently paid £5.25 for a regular sized decaff oat-milk latte. (I can't drink dairy due to IBS).

The chai latte was not the same without cinnamon, don't recommend.

Very slow service, wasn't busy either, tried the drive thru, a bit better, no wait for the drink but the staff don't seem happy and it's a bad reflection

Place was very untidy and unclean. No Bfast baps available at 10am and staff seemed more interested in texting on their phones. I left and walked across the road to McDonald's.

I've never known a coffee shop run out if milk. The "substitute" was disgusting.

Initial thoughts were that this was just a one off after a busy Christmas period. However I have noticed a slow decline in every aspect of this particular branch of Costa in the last few months. Cleanliness of the store is not great with tables inside being dirty . My order initially was dine in but then I asked for take out cups so I didn't have to sit inside at a dirty table.

Quick, easy food and hot drinks.

Supposed to be open until 7pm on Friday. Walked up at 6.05. They've shut. Joke

Been here a fair few times. Fairly decent place like any other costa one or 2 staff members are not the friendliest

Nice new building with great facilities inside and out. Lovely hot coffee as you’d expect. Great banter with the staff who work tirelessly day after day! The toasties are to die for, I love that crunch on the outside! Lovely and clean inside and out and a great little pit stop for the A303 Will return time and time again, thanks team

This is quite a standard branch of Costa. Sometimes service in the store can be a little slow because they focus on keeping the drive thru moving. Costa has become increasingly expensive in the last 18 months and now their loyalty card is app only so it is difficult to use. There is a McDonald’s and Greggs close by, I would go there for coffee and food instead.

Coffee is always good cake was very dry

Toilets out of order leaving 1 for a queue of 10 at a time. Poor staff had to contend with opening the toilet door everytime as you got locked in. Coffee ok . Bit out the way.

Amazing coffee when we went as-well as great customer service we have alot of praise for the young girl working there she’s got her work cut out for her 😂

A regular visit on my travels, let down by there being no crockery due to a machine fault! No ones fault but no 5 started this visit

Without doubt the worst Costa I have ever visited! Staff were offhanded and unhelpful. The food cabinet was full of wasps, there was no cream available ("we never have it" - although all other Costa I have visited do), the cafe was hot and the disable toilet out of service. Dreadful!

Stopped here purely to use the car charger. Helpful staff which gave us hot water for our baby bottle, but perhaps there just isn’t enough of them as this place is filthy! So much rubbish on the floor, overflowing bins and tables not cleared. If I were the manager here I would be ashamed. Needs a deep clean!

The service was poor and the bathrooms werecso dirty. Really unpleasant experience from start to finish.

The rarity of a coffee chain out here in the wilderness keeps this place a nice respite, however the 2 filthy toilet cubicles with a queue out the door, semi frozen food, out of date sandwiches and flies inside the pastry compartment make this a disappointing oasis.

1 toilet cubicle for the entire place, there are over 40 indoor seats and additional outdoor seating yet only 1 toilet cubicle. Just not acceptable, there was also 1 disabled cubicle but this was out of service.

1.Very poor customer service:( i did not receive my coffees and then had the cheek to accuse me of not paying for them.....so I then slammed down my receipt on the counter and they then changed their tune. 2.When I finally received my coffee it was scorching hot and I was in a rush to go so I asked the assistant please may I have a COLD glass of tap water to cool my coffee down the assistant said yes that's fine and went to the tap and without even looking turned the hot water tap on and gave me a HOT glass of water.🤦🏻‍♂️ SHOCKING!

The coffee had only instant coffee, the staff were unhelpful. I was tired and stopped in to get a coffee and get my energy up and it all seemed much more difficult than necessary.

Toilets were unkept. A shame considering the cost of the coffee etc

A really good place to stop, especially if traveling on the A303 west or east ( just go all the way round the roundabout. Friendly, clean and tidy

Typical layout for a Costa had ample seating inside and out - the toilets were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly.

Very convenient Costa with indoor seating as well as drive-through. Clean and tidy with some M&S sandwiches on the menu. Very helpful and polite staff made the early morning visit a pleasant experience. Thank you.

The place has stepped up a notch. Smiles from the staff, cleaner premises and toilets. The toilets are not exceptional but much better than before and both are open. The service was much better and the coffee was good too.

This made a nice little convenient stop on our journey. Food was good and nice seating area

Toilets remain in disrepair after several months. Sign constant that "engineer" (toilet man) is en route to repair it. Must be sailing in from Australia having left as a ten pound pomme.

We went into store to get a couple of drinks, there was 3 staff and only 3 costumers. It took some time for the staff to acknowledge that we were there and waiting. The girl that served us was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. None of the staff had their name badges on or aprons. The toilets had no toilet paper and the overall experience was poor due to the staffs overall couldn’t care less attitude.

General cleanliness poor. Staff too busy talking on headsets to provide any true verbal communication with customers inside the premises. Generally grubby for 7am in the morning. Tea wasn't much better either. Overall poor.

Absolutely filthy. Wasn't even busy and one of the girls has the opportunity to clean tables but she just sat down with a customer and chatted. About 7 tables with crums all over, sticky stains on the floor, you name it. Tables were still dirty from the moment we arrived to when we left despite a crazy amount of opportunities to clean. They just don't care. Panini/wrap wasn't cut, Cortado was more like a wet cappuccino instead of texturised milk like a flat white and was given takeaway cups - so many little things. I have absolutely no idea who trained them but they would absolutely fail a Costa Check.

Starbucks seems to have the monopoly on motorway services, which is a shame as Costa coffee is superior in our opinion, so when we spotted this place on (I think) A303? we had to take a small detour. Friendly and efficient staff doing a good job managing drive through as well as not neglecting walk-in customers.

Lovely staff. The food was very tasty but the coffee was so bitter it was practically undrinkable. Have Costa put their prices up and dropped the quality of their coffee? I can't remember the last decent cup of coffee I had! Time to change my coffee shop I think!

Toilets broken multiple times I have been here, long queue just to get in. Drinks have been fine but some of the seating could have done with a clean.

Closed one hour earlier than advertised. Meant a wasted journey. Astoundingly bad.

Takeaway cups and no plates given with food. If we wanted a takeaway we would have gone to the drive through

Standard Costa, however very little fruit, yoghurt. Minimal knowledge of allergens. Dishwasher not working so no crockery.

Stopped in to charge the car. Used the click and serve while we were trying to connect the car. Coffees brought out quickly. Charger is difficult to get onto because the cable is short on the CCS connector.

One of the better Costa Coffees I have been too, good location for commuting along the 303

Store management needs to be sorted out, they ask their staff to do dangerous yet illegal tasks and don't seem to understand how to treat they're batista and bm's with respect.

Good pit stop on the A303, will use again.

Lovely coffee and gorgeous millionaire shortbread. Sadly they were understaffed and had to shut the dine in area early.

Unfortunately just experienced very poor service from Costa. Drove through, no queue behind me. I had a drink ready for me then asked for a shortbread to go with it. Told they only have 1 min to serve each customer. Oh dear couldn’t be bothered to grab a shortbread for me. I drove off.

Nice coffee only stopped for a pitstop. Convenient location just off the motorway.

One of the few Costa's I've visited where the coffee is decent and the place is kept really clean, even the loos. Wish it stayed open later, maybe it will in the summer.

Regular Costa, but fully staffed and efficiently run by cheerful, young and enthusiastic staff.

Found this Costa just off the A303. It seems to be in an industrial park,but who cares when desperate for coffee,cafe and facilities!

Peaceful stop off during a long walk ...Nice people and plenty of room to relax before continuing on a winter walk.

Coffee was great. Atmosphere quite quiet but we were only getting takeout. Nothing wrong with the way staff did their job but they could have been more welcoming and smiley

Food and coffee are always of a 5 star standard but, the opening closing times for this facility is shocking especially when you consider where it is located. The staff never seem too happy and really engage in general conversation when serving, not due to being overwhelmed with work. Question: Why locate an EV charge point (INSTAVOLT) capable of charging 2 vehicles at a time in a place where you can only charge 1 vehicle at a time? Not very inconvenient.

Not the most friendliest atmosphere but I suppose that's what you get when you employ kids who are far more interested in having a laugh with each other than serving customers with a smile

This was one of the worst Costa Coffees we have ever visited. The atmosphere and acoustics were terrible, there were no sandwiches and the hot chocolate was undrinkable. I do not recommend it.

A toilet was out of use and the mess of the station just to the right of the door outside of the place was off putting before we had even entered.

Went there at 6.50pm for a 3 hot chocolates there was 4 other cars in the car park but the doors were locked even though it suppose to close at 7pm

Unhelpfully the shop is closed whilst the drive in remains open, so when charging an EV at the charger in the Car Park you can’t get a coffee. They couldn’t serve me if I wasn’t in my car, which was on charge in the empty car park. A modicum of interest in customer service could have solved the issue in 2 seconds. Won’t return, Starbucks has a new customer.

The staff seem very organised and made my coffee quickly. I like the Soya Latte.

Honestly if I could I'd give it less stars! So fed up of ordering a coffee with alternative milk yet still getting normal milk. I have an allergy which is why I order alternative milk but they don't ever seem to care. This is the 4th coffee in 2 months that has been made incorrectly. To top it off it costs me extra for the alternatives. Lost out on £20 quids worth of coffee so far! Beyond fed up.

Using drive-through. Pleasant staff, but lacking on customer training especially as I drived away and the top of my lid has their messages/codes which is right on my nose now from permanent marker. Really?! Basic

Lovely guy served me and my puppies got new hot chocolate and 2 pup cups (cup of cream) for my 🐶 🐶.

Unfortunately the restaurant area was closed due to some maintenance work but the drive through was perfect and the staff were very professional and friendly - made us feel welcome

Cool little place hidden away on the 303. Fast service and it’s costa. What more do you want. Parking is limited Cheers HHT

Watch out for the add ons, was asked if we wanted cream and marshmallows with a hot chocolate most places that's included, staff didn't mention it was 50p extra for each of those and ordered toast, same situation, asked whether I wanted jam or marmite, no indication of extra cost, jam was 40p extra. Doesn't sounds much, but we were using 2 free drink rewards we'd saved up and the £1 toast offer, ended up paying a few pounds more than expected.

It's a Costa. A British company that pay their taxes in our country. If you drink in a Starbucks you are showing your absolute disdain for your country. On top of that the coffee is always exceptional.
