Costa Coffee in Belfast

Refused to give me a cup of hot water to heat up my new born sons bottle, I didn’t even want a coffee but I ordered one before I asked for the water, wasn’t allowed to give it out apparently. So my question is, is Costa now no longer service americanos? Because the fundamental ingredients are the same. I’d like to know if this is a Costa wide policy? If it wasn’t for a Synge and Byrne kiosk, my son wouldn’t have got his feed when he needed it.

Very bad Costumers manner’s .very bad coffe too. Instead enjoy my coffee I sit txt how I get feeling, bad service .staff argues everyone who on serve. not good place start day for Not any table cleaned for sit for I get sit someone rubbish already on it 😞 Sorry for who own business people like that made theme close bussines😞

What a total rip off this store is, I was stunned by how much you charge when compared to stores in the rest of the UK. Most items 50p more so your simply ripping people off and like me sending them to your competitors

This is regarding the new Costa at Forestside Lovely new premises but the staff do not know what they’re doing, awful queues when there are so many staff and so little customers and was questioned as to why there were two of us sitting at a table for four when the place was almost empty, had to clear table myself putting the stuff onto another table nearby and wasn’t taken away by the time I left, just staff standing about and no organisation

Vosges with my wife today,place was spotless let clean at 12am. I had tea abs ham and cheese toastie I thought was very reasonable and it was delicious and nice and hit. My wife had a huge coffee and a toastie also. Guy serving at counter with skin fade beard had a great personality and is the type of guy I wud say wud keep fellow staffs spirits up. So thanks all round we will def be back. Paul & Emma

Management firstly train your staff that customer service is key! Secondly basic instructions should not be difficult to follow. WET latte means no foam not 5 cm of foam after tipping most of the coffee out. IDIOT comes to mind. Much better service in Cafe Nero and even Starbucks. Poor over all not the cleanest too many flies.. too many staff standing about chatting

Asked for 2 black forest hot chocolates. Been to many costas & never been a problem. Was presented with a bog standard hot chocolate. Asked where the choco chips and syrup was and was told what i'd been given was correct. Stood my ground as ive had the correct item many times and repeated what i said. Was again greated with same response of i'm not interested, this is a hassle tone and body language. Had to then ask the other cashier who rectified the manner. I could have understood if they had been busy and under pressure but wasn't the case. Why have the festive signs and photos up and charge me more for what i didnt ask for and then give me attitude when i politely point out the mistake. Training & customer service revist needed. Disappointing.

Just needed to say this spiced latte was disgusting as there was no taste. Had 2 sips and it was like hot milk. 3.30 a RIP off. Wont be back

Very efficient service, staff very approachable and excellent cappuccino. Definitely the recipe for repeat business!!

We had a large Cappucino and a pot of tea with a slice of Carrot Cake. All very nice although the coffee was HUGE, like a bowl of soup but very well made and tasty.

This is a small branch of costa in the middle of a shopping centre but it is nice and comfortable. Prices are good and staff friendly. Would stop for a drink here again.

This is a typical Costa Coffee shop. Good Coffee on offer, polite staff and a good atmosphere in the shop. This is an ideal place to stop and buy a coffee. There are other coffee shops in the vicinity, but I recommend this Costa.

We started our morning with a great cup of coffee at Costa Coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We felt that the product was excellent and we can honestly recommend Costa Coffee for visitors and residents alike.

The coffees were lovely and nicely presented, but they only offer soy milk as a lactose free option (which is the cheapest lactose free milk and far from being the healthier one) but apart from that, everything was good.

was in on Saturday and wasn't busy but every table needed cleaned and floor was a mess. I cleared a table while my husband waited in queue. Even had to clean jam off the seat. I asked for a cloth to clean the table 3 times. On the tird occasion I mentioned that all the tables needed attention. My husband overheard a staff member say 'does that woman not know we are understaffed?' Well that is not my problem. If that was the case I would have thought clearing the tables and making the place CLEAN would be of utter importance. We walked away after the remark and certainly NOONE came to at least wipe the table anyway Will NEVER be back!

I and my husband would regularly visit coffee costa the service is brilliant very friendly helpful. I would recommend out of all the Costa this one is the best.

I enjoy a Costa Coffee so might be a bit bias but yes good for a wind down when rushed of your feet shopping with the wife

The seats are disgusting. The fabric is worn and dirty. The coffee is up to the usual costa standard but not an enjoyable place to soy in.

Asked for take out coffee, whilst waiting a long time I realised that the coffee machine was covered in sour dried in milk with coffee granules spilt on the ground. Completely off putting as a customer! Rushed and unprofessional service, should have went to Starbucks!!
