Had problems in the past with coffees not being made hot enough . Yesterday went though drivethru and ordered x 2 sml lattes and using our own sml flasks. Got order then drove home to unpack car full of shopping. Sat down to enjoy my latte only to find my flask was less than half full and mainly froth! Hubbys flask was full. Consequently put complaint in via costa app. Wont use this costa again!! Over £7.00 for 1 and a half drinks...ridiculous!

Popped in for a coffee with my mum on a recent shopping trip. Ordered a iced latte and a large latte for my mum. We were not expecting the huge soup bowl full of coffee for her, her face was a picture! Haha. Delicious coffee and very friendly staff.

Has to be my favourite Costa. Staff are excellent, efficient, and friendly. Place is always clean. Seems to be fairly busy whenever I go which I think is a good sign.

I visited Costa Coffee at Eastway Hub a couple of weeks ago on my way back from Blackpool. The experience is your standard Costa - the selection of drinks and snacks is exactly what you would expect, priced accordingly. Despite the queue being very short, the staff were a little slow to make up our order, which was a bit disappointing, meaning at busy times, the waiting time could get quite lengthy. It should also be noted that this is a drive-thru Costa, meaning staff have to simultaneously make up customer orders and drive thru orders, which could also lead to delays. Although this is a nice, bright and airy Costa, (presumably) recently built, I thought it was a bit lacklustre in some areas. Firstly, the toilet on the right hand side was absolutely shocking. It was blocked and full of toilet paper and God knows what else! It was in such a bad state that a shopping trolley would not have looked out of place in it! The other toilet (as well as the rest of the coffee shop), however, was clean, which was a bit of a contrast! Second, I am unsure if the tuna melt I ordered was actually cooked properly because when it arrived, the cheese had not melted into the tuna, making it more akin to a tuna and cheese sandwich by sight alone (yum...not!). The taste was alright, but it looked weird compared to what I have seen from like establishments. In respect of some other minor points, this place is right by a motorway, so the motorway view isn't great. I probably wouldn't recommend sitting outside as all you'd do is inhale the passing exhaust fumes! To be honest, you don't need to sit outside in this Costa because the staff just left the front door open the entire time, making the interior a little chilly! On the plus side, owing to its location, this place has a decent car park and affords the customer the option of getting a drive-thru coffee. Overall, would I say this was a bad experience? Probably not. I just think there are a couple of areas where this Costa could really pull its socks up as I have been to better Costas!

I came to the Grey Friar for dinner with my Auntie, uncle and Nan. While we were ordering the staff member taking the order made a snide comment about us ordering the whole menu. We had to send my uncle's curry back as it was stone cold, and my aunt got the entirely wrong order. No apologies at all. The standard of service across Wetherspoons pubs has deteriorated horribly. Our experience was awful.

Staff are slow when you order and they prioritise the drive thru this is completely unacceptable!
