Costa Coffee in Brighton and Hove

Place is a bit bland, very noisy because there is nothing to soften the sound and some of the staff need public relations training.

This is a nice spot to sit and always clean. The staff are really friendly. It's near the beach and village shops. The coffee is fine, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special.

Normally the staff are really nice and good. But the women that served me . Had a face on her as if someone slapped her with a wet fish. Then once I sat down. I could here her talking to her work mate about a customer and how difficult she was . I was there the customer was ok . Makes me feel like not coming back to this atmosphere.. I'm sticking to Nero's even though it's further away..

Nice staff. Great service. Opens early. On the high street so difficult to park although there is parking spaces on the small road that runs along the right of cafe.

i am a visually impaired guide stick user and the help from staff quite frankly needs more attention, the young man that served me was extremely rude , when I asked is it ok for you or someone else to bring the coffee to my table due to my disability he replied with an unprofessional grunt , I had to ask two times to receive an answer . i wont be visiting again I will give my money to a more professional coffee shop in the area

with at least 6 tea and coffee place in rottingdean this place is not needed,nearly impossible to park and expensive and bland fare.

Can’t say that Costa make the best coffee and having big chains on lovely traditional high streets horrified me. However, the service in this Costa is exceptional. It’s worth a visit to just be on the receiving end of really friendly and helpful customer service.

As a visitor to the UK I had not really experienced Costa Coffee and was amazed to find the size of the cups for coffee. They were huge; however, very tasty and w enjoyed our morning tea.
