Lovely as usual. Amazing coffee, great cold drinks and sweets, the sandwiches are not bad too even though most of them are not Halal and none of them are made with brown bread or wholegrain.

Nice place, staff was quick and smiley and made the perfect Americano with coconut milk for a quick take out, it was rather busy but was there in rush hour, it's not a big Costa so if you looking to do work on laptop or charge your phone whilst having a coffee it's not the place it's design for a quick grab and go, anyway if in London area again will go back and get a sausage sandwich later cos I was starving and didn't want to wait 5 minutes lol.

I am sorry but when we said "No whipped cream", it was totally ignored... The drinks were pretty watery and for the price not worthy to buy... Better go to Starbucks.

Very small shop but still had a lot of stock. There is nowhere to sit but the staff are friendly and it's right by the river so you wouldn't want to sit inside anyway.

The worst Chai I ever had So spicy and bitter I drink that kind of drink from many years and I know exactly how the chai should taste This chai had a lot of cinnamon and cloves but not at all or maybe one % of cardamom Just awful taste Stuff not helpful at all

The Costa above Waterstones was jam packed on Saturday with masses of people coming off the Worldwide demonstration for freedom rally which had gathered on Trafalgar Square. There was only two girls serving and bless them they did well under pressure, with a third staff member providing relief. Unfortunately the toilets one was locked as broken, and the other was blocked meaning the bowl filled to the brim with all the people queuing for it. When I offered to pay a cash tip to the girls for their service under pressure they refused, saying it was company policy - Costa needs to address their staffing levels for weekend trade, their toilet facilities, and allow a tip jar to be available.

Not a busy Costa, great place to have meetings and relax. Also got great cappucinos!

We were here after moving around. Delicious sandwiches and friendly service. We recommend.

Friendly staff and nice warm food.. All types of coffees , and great breakfast deals. A good bunch of people pass here from the local area..

Amazingly quick service for how cramped they are; can't quite imagine how staff cope. But they say they aren't big enough to stock lactose-free milk which is mega-annoying as Costa is the only chain offering this at all.

Ths Costa is take away only and positioned at one of the exits of Charing Cross Station. We went for a Cortado which is stronger than a flat white and it was very well made and tasted great.

I came in with a big order, 5 different drinks. The gentleman behind the counter, Lee, was polite, professional and service was very fast. Drinks were excellent. Overall, a great customer experience!

Love Costa, even have a points card. This one is one I didn't know about at first, but the staff are friendly the place is clean and warm. It's a good place to take a break, as is all Costa shops.

For several years, I have been drinking Skinny Mochas during the working week and in all that time, I have not found anyone, or any shop make a Skinny Mocha like the Guys at Costa Express Charing Cross Station. Costa Coffee, please acknowledge your Charing Cross Team for outstanding work, excellence in coffee making, and customer service. At present Charing Cross is a nightmare to use for the London Underground, but I'll still trek to your Charing Cross Station team for my fabulous coffee! Thank you, Gracias.
