50% off cheese & ham toasties makes it a lot less intrusive on the wallet. I love their cappuccinos, I always prefer them with coconut milk.

Absolutely loving the toblerone Christmas hot chocolate and cranberry and Brie toastie. I’m gutted I checked my app and realised my birthday cake slice and free drink ran out on my app during November, but nice chilled place to sit and go through my private emails.

Much better now this place does M&S foods. I enjoyed their smoked ham and cheese toastie and got my free Costa Coffee off the app.

Expensive bacon roll with nowhere near enough bacon in it. The lady could do with some charm schooling. Toffee latte was nice.

Very expensive for a soggy toastie and a warm plastic bottle of Diet Coke. It was tasty enough, but they could atleast make it so it’s actually toasted.

I have visited this store on multiple occasions and I must say, the quality of service here has dipped significantly over the last 2 years. 1. Staff are not welcoming. 2. Opening times change with no updates to website/web listings. 3. You have to ask for everything (sugar, stirrer etc) no intuition at all.

The opening hours have changed. They no longer match the website. As we wait we see several people arrive and then leave. Please update your hours on the website

No filter coffee although there is a machine. Had to have an Americano - coffee was bitter so I asked if I could have some milk & could it be warmed. I got a tiny pot of froth. You would think that might have checked if there was actually any milk in the pot, but no, too busy talking about how many minutes it was until they could go home (20) Had to leave the coffee.

On Saturday 4th May I went to meet someone at Costa for a coffee. I had never been to this costa before but I saw a queue by the tills so I joined the back of it. I was standing there for a good 5-10 minutes, all the staff completely ignored my existence but I was fine with that because I thought was just waiting. However then another man who had literally just walked straight into the shop walked up to the tills and got served within 30 seconds of him walking over there. Well I then realised I must be in the queue for the people waiting for their coffees they had already ordered so I then moved and waited behind the gentleman who had just walked in (it would have been nice for one of the staff to point this out to me initially). So once he had been served, the lady then served me. At this point I didn’t mind too much as it was my fault for waiting in the wrong queue, but then I smiled at her and said ‘I think I must have been in the wrong queue’ and laughed. Well she quite literally gave me the most disgusted look I’ve ever seen in my life, as if I was a piece of chewing gum on the bottom of her shoe, did not reply or apologise for my wait at all and said in a blunt lifeless voice, ‘what coffee do you want?’. Well I was absolutely taken aback after I’d just been ignored for a good 10 minutes by this point and just got stared at like a piece of trash. I have worked in hospitality most of my life and was appalled by the lack of common courtesy. Even just a smile or a hello wouldn’t have gone a miss. The salted caramel latte was not good either; tasteless coffee, with big lumps of granulated sugar in and some caramel syrup at the bottom which was too thick to even mix into the drink and just sat at the bottom of the cup. Would not ever come back here.

Coffee was Costa coffee, what else can you say, it was fine. But what was a refreshing change as this was the first time I had been to this branch, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to their job. Well done lads.

Wasn’t busy . Called in for takeWay . Standard costa. What annoys me is paying over £3 for a cooler drink which is basically a little fruit juice and lots of ice for them to then not take the time to do it properly . Slushy with huge lumps of ice and tiny straw
