Costa in Brentwood

What's not to love? Very good and tasty coffee, chilled atmosphere, and friendly staff always full of smiles. Love it x

I visited here on Thursday with my disabled friend. Staff unfriendly and not very helpful. I have a milk allergy so thought great they have dairy alternative. I have visited many Costa coffees around the country and have never been told I can not have something made with a dairy milk alternative till now. Asked if I could have a Frappuccino made with any of milk alternatives to be told “no sorry” when asked why I was told “we’re not allowed” hmmmm!!! Don’t see why not and I buy Frappuccino made with dairy alternative on a regular basis in Costa all over the place so why should Brentwood be different. I was amazed to see that it was the manager who was serving me. I will not be frequenting this Costa again instead I will go to Starbucks who have no problem with serving me with the drink I want. I will also be taking this complaint further. Oh gave a score of one only because I had to put something.

Costa还是英国正宗些。不过连锁全世界的连锁咖啡都差不多，哈哈。每次都是为了休息，上网才会去。还是喜欢些有个性的自主咖啡屋。连锁的喝的失去新鲜感了，哎，人呐。哈哈，总是这样
