Costa in Aberdeen City

We visited this Costa this afternoon after what had been a long tiresome day hoping to get a nice coffee before our journey home. There were dirty tables and when we asked a member of staff to clean one so we could sit down we got a mouthful of abuse. So we left and went upstairs to the Pret a Manger which was much busier but they had nice clean tables and welcoming staff. Will not be visiting Costa again but would definitely recommend the Pret a Manger if you are visiting the Bon Accord Centre!

Costa es definitivamente el mejor lugar para disfrutar de un verdadero café. El personal, incluso si está muy ocupado, es muy amable y alegre Cada martes . . . . Costa # cafés! !

Costa siempre es un buen lugar para detenerse y disfrutar de un café, donde sea que esté, o un buen capuchino, como hice yo. Me gustan los dulces, el café es bastante bueno, siempre ocupado. El personal aquí es bastante eficiente y amable. Me detuve allí durante aproximadamente media hora, el capuchino y el muffin de BlackBerry estaban deliciosos. ¡Buen lugar! ! !

No bad reviews on the coffees but the service was terrible. Myself and my partner like to treat ourselfs to a costa every now and again. We haven't had a bad experience with costa so far until today. we ordered our usual, hot chocolate, latte and a couple of sweet treats. The young lady that served us was quite unpleasant and was almost like she was looking down on us, like we shouldn't be there. We then were waiting for our order and then my partner had realised that they hadn't given her, her marshmallows and cream. Well we wasn't not going to ask for it. So we did, only for the young boy to turn round too my partner and say "well did you ask for them?". Its not the fact that he asked the question, but the way he asked. There was no need for his kind of attitude.

Llamado para un café y pastel. El café era encantador realmente caliente como pedimos. Asientos cómodos y agradables. El personal es amable y servicial.
